Very bad attitudes, don t treat people very nice. Better off just going elsewhere. Then they comment on my review with lies only to try and cover up. Little did they know they were being recorded and most was on tape. they called me a HOMO and threatened me!My company wanted to discipline for your lies UNTIL i rolled the tape!

Provided we with excellent and very professional service on all occasions. Purchase a new 562xp chainsaw at a fair price. It came broke from the factory and they replaced it immediately without any headaches. I made some mistakes in using the the chainsaw and they kindly provided guidance above and beyond. Almost a year later I returned with the chainsaw to have it updated and they helped me right then and there. Good people. I will definitely buy my next Husqvarna here.

Id give this business 0 stars if i could. Beware!! Staffing love to argue around customers, will argue with the customer if not satisfied. They are right and you are wrong! Oh, cause they went to years of schooling and you dont know what you are talking about!! (As they say) Extremely unprofessional! Assumptions were made about the diagnosis that carried no facts, lies, swearing was their choice of dialect, including threats. They all work as one so there is no asking for further help. Oh, and they store your stuff in the elements outside. Spare parts are also stored on top of your equipment when they are maintaining their landscape. Good luck if you choose this place! I fought and got my money back in the end! Look at yelp and BBB. This isnt the first complaint.They will always respond to customer comments and try to professionally justify the misunderstanding, but dont let it fool you! Do your research and choose wisely! I speak for us customers out there! If your good your good! If your bad people should see the warning before proceeding... BEWARE PEOPLE!! GOOD LUCK HERE!!P.s. Again the response does not reflect correct facts. Cop was called cause employee actually grabbed and forced a part out of my hands that i thought was mine cause it was sitting on my tractor they left when i was loading my tractor. they told us to leave and all because i disputed wrongful diagnosis they were upset and refused to humanly communicate.Actually the husband made comments to me about buying french fries at McDonalds which had no relevence in my disagreement with the diagnosis. Cop also said they claimed they had no cameras on that day which i gladly asked to produce. humm out of all days. wonder what behavior you had to hide. Remember i was the one that had to call the cops. Plz i can pay my fees! It wasnt about the money. It was the fact you did nothing to my tractor, misdiagnosed it which i have on paper. I Had someone else properly diagnose it and even had photos of the real problem. PLEASE TAKE NOTE... once again you tried to justify your cause and deem your behaviors "only human" therefore should be look at as acceptable. NEVER is uncontrolled behavior by employees in a business practice ok. Her statement does not reflect the actual event of that day but is an exaggerated version with add ons. Shame on this business! All I know is i had enough evidence to prove services were not proformed to initiate a fee to the customer per state guideline. Therefore you know that 45.00 you talked about i couldnt afford? Well that didnt belong to you that belonged to me! Glad its in my pocket! BEWARE CONSUMERS! I SPEAK FOR YOU!

They were open on a Monday after I got out of work. I gave them the model number of my lawn tractor, they came back with the important part. When you don't have to wait a week for a part, it's much better than letting the grass get 3 feet high! It also helps they were friendly. You pay a little more, but you don't have to wait a long time just to find out you ordered the wrong part online.Thanks Tractors to trimmers!

Terrible service and poor preventive maintenance. Took over 3 weeks for original service. Extremely poor communication. During regular tune up, they mentioned I could replace spark plug, gas cap, and a roll pin. At no time was it explained that the roll pin was a critical piece and if I didn't replace it I would have a useless hunk of metal sitting in my garage. I told them I would stick with the oil change, unaware of how important this piece was. It was 3 weeks later for delivery. I used it once and my transmission went out in the middle of the mow. When I questioned why it was not communicated on how important the part replacement was and that it was critical for continued use (after my mower had already failed) they said, "we are not responsible beyond recommendations". Why else would I bring my mower to you? You're the specialized mechanic that tells me what is important to do and explain why. Will never use them for anything ever again. Now at the beginning of the season, I have no lawn mower and I spent $260 on a tune up for a lawn mower that now no longer works. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a Husqvarna 550XP Mark II on 11/2/20 at the Tractors2Trimmers great internet offered price of $499. Husqvarna also includes a 10% First Responder discount through their dealers at point of purchase which Tractors2Trimmers supports. Which means I am getting this saw for about $450! As of now the chainsaw is on back order and expected to arrive before Thanksgiving. Stephanie told me the $499 internet price is being honored until the adjustment on their website is changed back to $599 and she took my order over the phone. She said the shipping would be around $20. My name was placed on the list and I am currently waiting. I normally don't review, but in light of some of the negative reviews, I felt it appropriate to share my positive experience. When my chainsaw arrives, I will update this review. As for now, I appreciate the honoring of the price with the First Responder discount and the virtual handshake deal. I may even make a day out of the purchase and see their shop. It is 2.5 hours from me, but great customer service goes a long way.UPDATE: On 12/16/20 I got my chainsaw today! Everything went smooth and I paid $450 for the saw. I purchased 96 ounces of the mixed fuel to get the 5 year extended Husqvarna warranty and also got a bar, chain and tractors to trimmers threw in an extra air filter which did not go unnoticed. So hopefully this helps anyone interested in making an internet purchase from them. Tractors to trimmers did everything they said they were going to do and I couldn't be happier. Support our small business's whenever you can.

The staff has been helpful getting me parts and figuring out other information about my walk behind mower that was given to me. The prices have been good too. I couldn't find blades anywhere except from 1 seller on amazon. They ordered them and it was less than amazon. I have no complaints and would go back anytime. I would rather support a local place than large corporation any day and the help they gave me along with pricing makes it a no brainer to go here

My husband picked up our snow blower today after 3 months there. The woman had the nerve to complain that she made no profit off it because it was under warranty. Rude, slow and unwelcoming. Take your business somewhere else if you actually need it the season you drop it off!

We bought a snowblower and a chain saw here, and we have had them do regular maintenance on other tools as well. Excellent place, excellent service, honest. As a local, I really appreciate the inventory and the service.

Not nice people to deal with. Did a shoddy job on repairing my mower that they overcharged me for and when I fell behind in payments due to my daughter getting into an accident and having to pay the medical bills, they sent me nasty letters in the mail that were highly unprofessional and even rude despite the fact that I called and tried to work it out with them. Do business at your own risk.

Bought a new Husqvarna yth1942 today and immediately put it through the Test. As I haven't had a mower in 6 weeks. My backyard was knee high.. the mower performed outstanding, The Price was very good! And customer service was awesome, obviously a family oriented business, plus they got a dog! Ha! I'd Definetly do business again

Extremely helpful staff. The girls behind the counter explained exactly what was wrong with my machine and answered all of my questions. My quote was accurate and my machine was returned MUCH cleaner than when I dropped it off. Very glad to have found this little local business.

Absolutely thrilled with this company. Ordered a generator over the phone, customer service was pleasant and helpful. Generator arrived as promised next day, low delivery fee, delivered right to my porch, delivery man was very friendly. Product exactly as described. Super easy process, would DEFINITELY use them again.

Looked all over the Innertube for a Husqvarna 550 Xp Mark 2 and found one Here. I had Super Fast delivery and Above and Beyond Sales and communication from Tractors 2 Trimmers ! They should be your First Stop when Shopping , I will buy from them again Absolutely ! Thank you Very much Stepheny for all of your help !

THIS is the place to purchase all your equipment needs. We purchased the best snow blower we have ever owned and the service is the best! It is such a pleasure to work with them - especially these days when true customer service is lost in many places. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: As Tractors 2 Trimmers responded they were correct that the fuel had water in it. After running the first tank dry and filling it with my fuel I haven't had any more issues with it stalling and sputtering (and have used it several times since)...but the first tank of fuel was their fuel so that's a problem. Overall I still don't like the mower, I appreciate their offer to trade it in but I don't have the money to buy a mower trade it in a week later for less money and then spend more on another mower. All in all I may purchase from them again but will do more research on the product and may shop around other small businesses too. I would definitely buy from them again if it was between them and a corporate store.Sales woman was friendly. Price was at MSRP, which to me is a bit high, but it s a small business so you can t blame them for trying to make a living in competition with big box stores (there s no way small business can sell the volume to offer below MSRP on a lot of items). The lawnmower I bought was a Husqvarna rear wheel drive 21 with Honda engine and the personal pace levers. The mower itself is junk, my cheap big box store Troy Bilt that I beat to death year in and year out was better. My lawn is finally smooth and rock free so I got a new mower. The Husqvarna bogs down in grass that the old mower handled with ease, the drive belt seems to get clogged with grass clippings which drags on the rear wheel drive (have to periodically clean it out before the lawn is finished), and the mower tends to run as if it were stuck on choke after it stalls then after about 30 seconds to a minute it gets back to normal. All in all I don t regret doing business with Tractors 2 Trimmers because they are small shop but I definitely regret the mower...$400 dollars of junk that I m stuck with for the foreseeable future. Maybe the Toro would have been better?

Expensive disappointment. Brought lawnmower in for repair of surging problem. Diagnosed as clogged carb and recommended that blade be replaced. Two weeks later, notified that repairs were complete and billed $83.21. Brought mower home, started up, and surging problem worse than ever. With grass now nearly a foot tall, couldn't tolerate another 2 week wait, so I pulled the carb and cleaned it myself (no evidence that shop had ever pulled it). Afterwards, started right up and runs like new. When I questioned shop, was told that "sometimes carbs require more than one cleaning." Essentially charged $83.21 for a new blade!

Purchased a junk mower from this business, advertised with new belts and filters to be included, drove 1000 miles to pick it up, the woman who runs the joint forgot to give me the extra parts, wants to charge me to have them shipped, what happened to customer service, she had a chip on her shoulder the moment I walked through the door, I considered leaving, she had advertised the machine as running but with safety switch issues, when I arrived she told me I couldn't hear it run, but a mechanic fired it up. She made a simple mistake by not giving me the extra parts, but fails to own up to it, pay the twelve dollars snowflake and send the parts. She is by far the most disgusting business owner I have ever had to deal with, worse than worse used car salesman you can think of. If I could give minus stars for this biz I would.

Terrible company. Might be the worst customer service in my life. I didn t choose them, they are part of a program for Lowe s warranties. I never post reviews but for this company I made an exception. Stay away!!! You have been warned they are with our a doubt the worst business I ve ever dealt with.

Would Never recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. They do not understand the importance and meaning of keeping their word, nor do they understand what the word "professionalism" means. They did not pick up nor deliver home my tractor on the day they said they would and this caused me much and anguish and fustration as I was leaving for vacation. Of course they had many excuses. Did not fix the sticking brake problem at all. Charged $300.00. I got nothing but an oil change and sheer fustration out of the deal. Never again!

Would have gave less star if I could they keep pushing back the work on my snowblower they put my snowblower out and faded my plastic and stayed it was my fault terribly serves now they won't replace it don't go there they have gotten to big for there own good your just a number not a client
