Prices are good for better quality stuff and the service is beyond.. Those guys know there store and know there parts. You can go in there needing a part from something 50 years old and they will have it in front of you in less then 30 seconds every time.. It's great to see guys so knowledgeable and helpful!

All the staff are knowledgeable. Which is great because I am not. I have been a customer for over 30 yrs. Jim and his staff have always been so helpful

Napa usaualy has what I need, sometimes when others don't. Parts seem good quality but always pretty pricey. I dont know if they have any actual leeway, but this particular location made me purchase more than I needed to meet their minimum credit policy, even though I had just made an eighty dollar purchase moments prior and just had to run back in for something small I forgot, so that was pretty annoying! Ultimately, mostly satisfied otherwise.

No issues with the store other than that none of the employees were wearing masks during my two recent visits there. This was once in late December 2020 and again in early January 2021.I know opinions on mask-wearing vary, but mine is that we all should be doing it in public until the pandemic is over. The store should be doing more to protect its patrons and employees.

Always able to get parts I need. They have parts to fix my tractor, my boat motor, my 20 year old German roadster, my plow truck. Just describe it and they will find what you need.

Favorite auto parts place to go to in the area. Guys are helpful and pleasant to deal with. Had to buy a new battery for my Jeep and they even loaned me tools to change it out in the lot.

After a bad experience elsewhere this morning, where customer service couldn't figure out how to help me look up a part, it was a welcome change at Napa Woodbury. Great guys and helpful as always.
