Always a good experience dealing with Tracy and the crew, you really do get treated like family there,Not sure why the one star reviews but have been going to Allstate for years even before the move, will continue going.It s great to have an honest local tire shop!

Best service, I m not from the area but I was up in Connecticut visiting family. I stopped in with a busted tire and they took care of me right away. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

I'm glad I found All State tire. They did all 4 tires on with alignment in less than 1 1/2 hours. My truck now rides quiet. Good prices too.

I called to get tires today and the woman that answered the phone was absolutely phenomenal. I also got to talk to Tracy who was phenomenal. I will do a follow-up on when I actually get my tires installed but they go above and beyond forther customers. Which I am a customer service representative and I just wanted a compliment them on their service to their customers. I will write a review on my review soon. But they really get 5 stars all the way on the board so far.

All State Tire provided exceptional service. I had traveled to Connecticut from NJ and had an issue with what I thought was the tire from hitting a pothole. I didn't purchase anything from them but they did look at my car and determined it was not the tire but an interior rim that was the problem. They fixed the rim and i was on my way back home to NJ. They were honest and friendly . I didn't have an appt but they took care of the problem.

I bought tires today and wasn t sure where to go to get them installed. Deborah (the woman who sold me the tires) told me to come here and I m honestly happy that I did. I believe the woman s name is Tracey, she is AWESOME. Loved interacting with her. She s a sweetheart, total gem and appreciated all her communication when it came to the tires, sensors etc. The price for installation was beyond fair. I will definitely start coming here for all my needs when it comes time. I recommend this place. Seriously. Don t waste your time anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Tracy and the All State staff are great. You feel like family there. Quality work, great prices... and they BEAT Town Fair Tire price by a mile. Highly recommend.

This place is a big ripoff. I been a customer here for more then 4 years. I got a set of cooper 4 tires from place and it was warranty for up 65000. At 30000 the tires got bald like I mean it went to the trademark where it was shack the car. The owner of this place Tracy said no you still good keep driving and get into accident then we will change the tires. I wasn t safe at all so I told please take it out and send for inspection. She lie to me that the tires was to Cooper in Pennsylvania for the inspection. The tires didn t even left Connecticut. It was send to a local cooper dealer and my warranty was rejected. What was the reason in report I got was Miscellaneous. I ask her what this mean she said that you don t have a recording of tire rotation. Which I bring to people for rotation all the time every time. If you have bought tires from this snake please for your own good take receipt every single time you do anything from this place. This place should shutdown all the reviews in this place is put in by family and works not real customers. This place actual view is One star not even one I will give it a half star

Horrible we called twice. Once when they opened and again around 12:30pm the lady said she will have the guys check if they had the tire and would call me back. I still have yet to hear anything. Thanks to j$m tires of Southington for helping me out. All state will never get me or my families business.

Honestly I am beyond happy!! I have a 9 month old and all of the staff made sure we were taken care of. I got 4 studded snow tires and they had me in and out in a flash! I will recommend them to everyone

Called for a price on set of tires,never got a call back.Called I different time to schedule an appointment to get tires balanced and no one answered the phone,dropped off 2 mower tires to be changed I waited 5 hours for them finally I Called and they said they were doing them as we speak.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs tires. They will try to give you tires especially for your car and best performance and reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of tires.

Recommended by a friend. Tracy and her staff are great, know everything you need to to help you get the right tires. Priced right. Worth traveling to from 1/2 hr away. Bonus was playing with Finley.

Called and asked for the shipping manager and was promptly told to ship and die and he hung up on me.Great business practices!(EDIT) Called back to make sure I didn't maybe dial the wrong number or something like that. Not the case. Cussed me out and hung up on me.Not sure if he was having a rough day or what...

Best truck tire shop around the Waterbury area. I've gotten to know the family well and wouldn't go anywhere else but all State for my class 8 truck tire needs.

Went to Town Fair tire to get a nail removed was told there was a 4 to 5 hour wait.....disappointed i headed home and saw this place. Stopped in and they took my car right in...and fixed it for free!....when I need tires ill be back for sure.
