Call AAA for a tow they send this company. The dispacther and driver call me before my vehicle was pick up and the driver send me a test with a picture of my car when he drop it off. They where amazing.

We arranged to have our car towed at 7:40am, they were running late and didn t tow the vehicle until 12:00pm. When it arrived at the car dealership (where we were waiting for it) it was the WRONG CAR!! They towed a neighbor s van instead! The driver apologized and returned the wrong vehicle and picked up our vehicle at 1:07 pm. At 2:20, we found out the driver who made the mistake had dropped our van off at his garage because his shift was over! They didn t have another driver until 3:00! No communication, no apologies from the garage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. They don t care, they don t take responsibility and they don t try to right a wrong. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Exemplary service.I was to have my car towed for a flat tire, gentleman jumped out his truck changed tire in as little as 5 minutes and had me back on the road to home. Got there before the time they said. Excellent Excellent serviceServices: Tires, Tire change

I desperately needed my brakes done and when I asked them if they could squeeze me in, they got me in the very next morning no wait time and the total time for them to do my front brakes was about 20-30 minutes. I met the owner himself and he was super nice and able to help me out pretty fast! And an added bonus, he was pretty cute too!

Quickest way to find your self a court case, having to sue Jason, or the two of you behind bars. Stay away from Jason and J&D period! Gave him $2800 to fix a coolant leak on my Range Rover sport. Not only did it take 2 months when I got the car back it would not start on its own and even had several warnings that weren t on before him. I proceeded to inform him I went to tech school and I am very familiar with repairing vehicles. I researched the particular problem came to the conclusion they had swapped two of the plugs the coolant temperature sensor and the supercharger actuator plug. He had the car for 2 more weeks. After 2 weeks I asked him for my car back , after he continued to avoid fixing the issues after he said he would. I fixed car myself after took me 2 days to fix it, removing supercharger myself, cleaning and installing new gaskets again!Jason promised he would reimburse me for my labor and parts. Still waiting for my money.not to mention the scratch they left on my passenger fender or how they left car in heat now leather dashboard is damaged Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I am fortunate to have found this automotive shop that continuously exceeds expectations for repairs needed on my vehicle. Each time I've brought my Land Rover it's been repaired quickly and with completely reasonable rates. I always research before doing business anywhere and found a gem here. The owner is very knowledgeable and kind as well as the staff. I definitely highly recommend this shop for any car repair needs. You'll be very satisfied with the service overall.

I was running errands in a part of the state that I do not know very well and I am extremely fortunate that if my tires had to go flat, they went basically next door to this shop. I was a mile away when my tire went flat and I put on my spare, and the spare went flat right next door. I'm very glad that the man I spoke to here was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. He gave me a great deal on a fix a flat and took my number to call me if they get a set of tires that would be appropriate to replace the ones that went bad. Everyone at the shop was really friendly. Considering I was otherwise down to my last resort, calling my ex for a ride, I'm very, very grateful.Service: Tires

I was using AAA and AAA commissioned this company for my towing. 4 hours of waiting after I was originally told an hour. There s response time is irresponsible. I can only imagine how their repair shop is. Can t be much better than their Shotty towing. Stay clear

I absolutely loved the customer service and the down to earth feel of the whole place. Eileen was especially helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of booking my repairs and communicating my automotive needs. Everyone was highly knowledgeable and skilled and I fully appreciated their service. I am making this spot my place for getting all my automotive needs addressed! I highly recommend J & D! They ve taken care of my oil changes and general car issues. They were able to get me in quickly and get the job done in the estimated timeframe. Eileen is awesome! She gives you all the information needed and will call you for discussion and approval before the job is done. There is no pressure to have unnecessary work done. They were very nice, got to my car the next morning. BUT they tried to make it seem that i needed all 4 rodors replaced, and asked for $759 to do it. I only needed back rotors and pads replaced, I knew that, but they still tried to persuade me otherwise. It cost me $42 to get my car back from them just confirming what I already knew. I went to another place, only 300 for back rotors and pads with an alignment, because I asked for an alignment.Please take your car elsewere.oh also, all these "good reviews" are just so you can get a discount so they arent real! They told me to put a positive review and I would get some money off... please do not fall for them!

Great local business! They are honest and the quality of work is great. They have experienced mechanics that know how to work on domestic and foreign cars. We had an issue with a Ford Explorer over 230k leaking steering fluid, and other issues, they let us know honestly if it was worth fixing. Definitely will recommend! Absolutely wonderful experience! They got me in last minute needed brakes and rotors. Start to finish even having to order parts less than 2 hrs! This repair is honest and very personable. I can't say enough how knowledgeable Pete and Jason are and how nice Eileen is! They gave me a real good price on a engine and the work was thorough..so far so good. It's hard to find an honest repair shop and I'm glad we found them. I will definitely be going back for repairs, oil changes etc. and I would recommend as well. Check them out they are locally owned so go and support our small businesses.Service: Engine repair

Affordability, good service, J&D Windsor Garage, will come to mind again. In less than 48 hours, my car was repaired. Unexpectedly, the lower ball join and axle broke on my car leaving me stranded. A good samaritan picked me up, recommended me to have my car repaired there. In doing so, met Eileen and Ty, both courteous and attentive took care my needs! Thanks, Alex

Cant emphasize how clutch J&D came in for me. I had a. brake line, fuel line, power steering, and two front tires done by the team over there and they were able to get everything done for me with my Acura ready to pick up the next day! Everything was done right and they even gave me some quotes for additional work at my request. My transmission cable broke while on an 8 hour road trip. I called AAA and these guys came quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour or so. Overall great quality service

Great and prompt service. Accommodated my "last-minute" appt for my 2010 Hyundai Elantra, which would not start. Eileen was professional and friendly and gave straightforward answers about what they would do with diagnostic and all. Brought my car the day after I called and Al stopped what he was doing and took the time to check in my car and helped me find a place to park it. Successfully diagnosed the problem, replaced my old battery, and still looked at my alternator to check if still good. Didn't do any more service than required. Got my car back the same day. Car running nicely. Perfectly satisfied!Service: Battery

My car was leaking oil and then started smoking. I called them and they scheduled to bring our car in and within no time changed the oil cleaned all the leaking oil off car test drove to find the leak. Highly recommend they are friendly, professional and do great work and did not feel like I was taken to the bank on cost. Thanks again. I had 3 tires repaired over multiple months, the tires they replaced on my car are awfully worn down. They were bald within 3 months of having them. Wasted $400 at this shop.

J & D was so pleasant to work with compared to the other auto repair shops I went to recently. They were able to squeeze me in the day I called and diagnose the issue (needed a new alternator) AND fix it that day. After purchasing a used transmission and waiting three months for my mechanic to replace the original one on my Audi A8L. I just so happen to accompany a friend of mines who was dropping her Accord off to JD Performance for service. She introduced me to one of the mechanics and I began discussing my Audi and the problems I was having with my mechanic dragging his feet. Not only did JD Performance pick up my car and transmission for me, but they were also able to return it to me within a weeks time. During the process, JD kept me informed of potential issues that would need to be addressed further down the line as well as for items that required my immediate attention.The best part, JD quoted me half of what my original mechanic estimated. I'll definitely chose JD Performance as my first choice for my future auto repairs.Service: Transmission
