I absolutely love this detail shop. I ve had 4 vehicles that he has done wonders for. I have an 81 Bonneville and an 87 Cutlas Supreme that he made look brand new inside and out. The Oldsmobile had a mouse smell and Raphael did an amazing job getting the smell out as well as the stains. My truck looks brand new and it s a 2011. He put a very nice wax job on my 2022 Lincoln. On all of the vehicles he went over and above. I feel like he treated them like his own. Now doubt about it, he s an A+ in my book.

Attempted to do a headlight restoration and failed pretty badly and was afraid of damage done. Raphael and his crew were able to get the car in the same week and fix it beautifully. Great experience and would recommend to others. A+

Got my 2017 Lexus IS tinted with True Craft. They are really knowledgeable and friendly people and they offer great prices on their services. My tints came out great - will definitely be using true craft in the future!

Rafael does a fantastic job on vehicles in his shop. You won't regret stopping in!! I had him do a full interior and exterior detail and a stage one paint correction, and clean a second set of wheels I have. Brought in a 2010 CRV with numerous parking lot dings. Exterior and interior look fantastic. Glad I had it done. VERY satisfied.Then brought in my 1997 Accord. Instructions were that I wanted to extend the life of my Car. Headlights were treated, treatment of interior made it look like new. Prices with tax were quoted before I made appointments. No complaints, recommending service to family and friends.Service: Auto detailing

Brought my car in to get detailed, she was a mess. When I got it back she was brand new again. She looked amazing and smelt so good. I can t remember the last time my windows were as clean as they are. I live in town and didn t have a ride home so one of the owners gave me a ride home. Started working on my car they had my car for about five hours which was totally fine with me and I got her back and she was soooo beautiful. They did an amazing job and highly recommend them. I don't give out five stars easily, but True Craft Detail is definitely deserving of that rating. I own a nearly eight year old Jeep Wrangler that has endured the winter's of New England to the sun and heat of Florida and it was showing it's age. I asked for a inside and outside detail and they sure did deliver the goods. The color of my Jeep is black and I couldn't find any swirl marks and I looked. To anyone who wants to revive their vehicle definitely go see them before you go somewhere else.

Interior detail looks like it was done by someone who s never detailed a car in there life, you can see streaks in the cloth on the door panel. There s lint stuck in the creases of the rear door panel that looks like it s from a brush. They didn t even touch the carpet in the trunk. Ruined the tint on one of my windows, offered to replace the tint. Got the wrong tint put back on. Payed for an exterior detail, I got car back dirty on the outside, excuse was well I had to drive it to go get the tint done . Overall terrible experience, wouldn t give me my money back. I will never use this place or recommend someone to use them again.Service: Auto detailing

I had an AC malfunction which dripped over 1 gallon of water inside my car. I was frantic and they took care of everything!!! They wet vacuumed out the car and treated the carpet for mold and mildew. Also the cleaned the car inside and out!!! The bill was less than what was quoted and they were very nice and helpful. The best experience I have experienced in quite some time!!!!!!Service: Auto interior vacuuming
