Todd is absolutely wonderful and was incredibly thorough when I got my estimate. However, the receptionist (Tracy) as noted in other reviews is very confrontational. Every interaction I ve had with her has been unpleasant.

I highly recommend this business. Very professional and experts in thier field. My car was hit in a parking lot. They took me right in and fixed my car. You would never guess it was hit. Very pleased with the workmanship and service.

I love how clear the guys are in explaining the what's and why's of the repairs they do before they do it. In my latest visit, they used an aftermarket bumper that initially had me concerned. After explaining why this was the best option (waiting for the manufacturer's part would take several weeks) and the reminder that MasterCraft guarantees their work for the life of the vehicle, I gave the go-ahead. The resulting repair made our 4Runner look like new.The paint matching was spot on.I hope I don't have to use these guys often, but I won't take any of my cars anywhere else for body work!

Todd and his crew do a fantastic job on autobody repair. FYI, the way Mastercraft does their estimates is they take pictures on the initial visit and call you back with a estimate. It's a good idea and allows them to think the job through. Todd took his time and got my truck looking amazing. The best paint match I have seen by a shop yet (kudos to his long-time painter), no dirt in the paint either. If I ever need further work I will be back. Thanks again Todd!

Todd was very helpful and straight forward. I was on a business trip and as soon as my flight landed Todd was there to pick me up. The body work on my car was beautifully done and well worth it. Awesome body shop!

Incredibly rude on the phone, I needed to get rid of some scratches on my car before I sell it. I took my business elsewhere. This was my first and only experience with this company. I went to Mastercraft auto body in Windsor Locks, Ct. It is a top quality shop to get a quote on my 79 Corvette . I spoke to the owner and he looked at some pictures that I brought to show the damage . Todd told me what it would take to repair the damage , but he said that the shop was fully booked for repairs , but suggested another shop that he trusts . That said , that shows the honesty and the amount of quality work this shop handles. Ken P. 6 / 10 /2021.

Mastercraft turned an extremely stressful situation into one where I felt like someone had my best interest in mind. Almost daily text reminders with status updates kept me involved in the process. I couldn t ask for an easier company to work with! If I need repairs in the future I will definitely send my vehicle to Mastercraft.

This was my first accident. I was very nervous but the level of care and professionalism that was given really made my bad experience felt like normal.I was even more impressed when my car was ready and Todd and Tracey dropped it off at my home. Thanks you guys for your support...

I called to schedule an appointment, but the lady that took my phone call was very rude And unprofessional. The way She answered the phone and asked me questions (with almost a condescending attitude) Was very off putting. I decided not to use this place.
