My boy Kyle hooked us up. I called in because my trailer lights stopped working I had a terrible short in my circuit and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had a technician take me in immediately and I got back on the road within 2 hours. You rock Kyle!

Todd at Fleetmasters was incredibly helpful. I had a rather large truck broken down on the side of the road, hundreds of miles from our location. He was quick to send a road tech out to diag the truck, and also handled the logistics of having it towed back to their shop in Windsor Locks. He diagnosed and repaired all the issues we had with the truck, in a timely manner, and at a very fair price.Being all the way in Virginia, with a truck broken down in Connecticut, he could have charged me a lot more and I would have been 'stuck'. But despite the circumstances, they really took care of me. It's hard to find a shop that can address issues quickly, and treat you fairly. My experience with fleetmasters was top notch!

These guys are Great! Fixed my issue right away and was a decent price. I had been told by another shop that I needed front wheel bearings, but those had been replaced so I brought my rig to Fleetmasters. It turned out to be a simple mounting issue. I saved a lot - No wheel bearing and no charge for the simple fix. I also had them do an oil change while in their shop. Todd was awesome!

They are road robbers. I called Fleetmasters for a simple truck oil change. I asked for an estimate, they said it would cost me R$260.00. This is a normal price. So, I sent my truck there and they did the oil change very quickly. For my surprise then, withouth any additional service or product, they charged me U$540.00 for a plain oil change with lube. It was the most expensive oil change I did in 20 years on the road. I was robbed with no way to fihght back.

Quick and reliable service, got our truck on the roadside going for a reasonable price, stuff is polite and friendly. Highly recommended !

If you breakdown in Windsor locks area call Fleetmasters. Highly recommend them for heavy duty truck repair services.

Nice to have a local certified Onan repair facility however they have trouble getting parts for my 97 camper equipped with an Onan generator.

These guys are top notch and very professional. They do fantastic work and get it done quick, while keeping it affordable. Something you don't see everyday. A+ job guys!!!!
