This business is still open. Currently they rent out Uhauls as part of their revenue stream. However it was the worst Uhaul experience I ever had. I wrote an honest review on the Uhaul site as is my right as a customer. I then received an extremely rude, immature, and passive aggressive e-mail response from Robert Gegetskas, who I guess is an owner (sadly) of this "business". Instead of owning up to what he could improve, he proceeded to blame his lack of customer service on the fact that he is a small business which makes 0 sense. The evasion of responsibility was evident, and the true source of the problem as well.Corporate entities and small businesses alike need to treat customers and clients professionally. Getting upset about an honest review is not professional and reaching out with a rude e-mail on top of it is completely unacceptable. I myself manage a business and when we receive bad reviews instead of blaming the customer for being honest we reach out to see what we can do better and how we can resolve it. I have also reported them to Uhaul. I would report them to the BBB but this isn't even an accredited business (big surprise!!!!). Long story short, let them sink themselves since they are clearly on a mission to do so.

I dropped off my car yesterday and was told someone would call me with a price before i was charged anything. I was called 10 minutes before they closed that the estimated cost would be $600 for a new radiator and labor. I could not afford that, I declined service and was charged $107 just to look at it. Then i find out that the radiator is $100 and the hoses are $30 on advanced auto parts. So essentially I was charged $470 for labor of 2 hours or less, if i had the work done. Which is ridiculous. I asked if they at least had a discount on the $107 for veterans, and was told no, which is odd because it seemed to be veteran owned. I would not recommend going here.

Bobby and his staff bent over backwards to help us this weekend. They went out of their way to accommodate our hectic schedule. Genuinely nice folks and really came through in a pinch for us! The u-haul trucks,( we used two different ones), were both clean and ran great. Absolutely no probs with them! Great Guys, Great Service, we couldn't be happier and highly recommend Bobby G's!

First a big thank you to Bobby and his staff. Words do not describe the compassion they show. Kudos!Secondly- This moving experience has not been great. After getting jerked around at other places for Uhaul and Budget trucks we decided to drive a little further for this rental. Never would I expected this! The owner came in on his DAY OFF- the day his store was closed on a SUNDAY to make sure the online pickup was smooth. He opened the store just to get this uhaul truck on the road! I was floored just by that- but then there was the rental truck. Perfectly cleaned inside and out- cared for, and washed! This entire moved has been terrible, but this one act of random kindness made it ok.I cannot thank you enough, and recommend anyone to your shop for either uhaul or small engine work.

Would give them negative 5 stars if I could. I stopped there for gas and my mother needed to use the restroom very badly because we were on the road for a couple of hours. It says on the window "Restroom for Bobby G's customers only" , and I was a customer purchasing gas. I asked the young guy at the desk, and he said they don't have a bathroom there and then I told him I read the window and it says there is one for customers, and then he changes his story and says it was out of order. As I was walking out he was inside with the guy in the garage pointing in the direction of my car and my mom & they were laughing. Highly unprofessional, discourteous, immature and pathetic. Garbage.

In all honesty, they don't even deserve one star. My husband I rented a UHaul from there and the customer service is awful! They can't give a receipt for the UHaul rental because it was reserved on line. Never heard of such a thing! Was in there for almost an hour trying to straighten out being over charged. Did I mention that it was just as cold in the store as it was outside? They say old-fashioned service? I'm pretty sure that means you should be polite and courteous. Neither of which you will find there!

My aunt used to bring her car here, never again. They kept her car for a week to change the tires and threw away the spare (she left a not telling them to keep it and they charged her $20 to dispose of a tire she wanted). She then brought it in for a battery post replacement. In store, the parts are $5 each and the labor is short and easy, he charged over $70 for the parts and $200 for the labor or "installing them and cleaning the battery" very disappointed as my aunt has a handicapped child and not a lot of money and they know this. I'm refusing to let her bring anything here again. They also never called to see if she was willing to pay $280 dollars before doing the work!

This place fixed my Honda lawn mower, however they were not very honest.just know pricing is gonna depend on what you look like.I had hit my carburetor against a tree which didn't allow gas to flow correctly .They just pulled out dent and charged almost $200 .The guy who fixed it didn't want to charge me that amount, He was very nice and seemed to feel bad about the situation but the owner pushed the price, 'I'm assuming he was the owner .I hear Bobby G"s used to be a honest and good place to bring your car . I'm hoping that remains the same with this business and I just caught them on a bad day

This place has no customer service....hard for me to even give them one star....This morning on my way to work in the pouring rain my wiper flew off on the highway......drove in breakdown lane on highway to nearest exit where I found this place...all lit up and several workers there. I go in and explain my issue say I need a new wiper.....they say sorry they are not open yet, that I could pull in a spot and wait. facebook says they open at 6 AM

This place has changed to become just another gas station. They used to be the cheapest gas and if they weren't they would change the price to make it cheaper then anyone in town. There location is convenient.

Rented a U-Haul. Excellent service, great folks, fast in and out and a great experience over all. Bob is a real nice guy and was very helpful!

Always provides great customer service cheap gas prices anytime I have a problem with my vehicle I can get right in they diagnose my car in fix it at a very Competitive price... Very friendly helpful staff!!

Terrible. Had my lawn mower for over a month and instead of letting me know they couldn t get to it they kept promising to have it fixed. Don t go to Bobby G s.

I stopped by to get a tire change d after breaking down the owner said no don't have time I said it only takes 5min to change a tire he still said no I noticed his two workers just talking and him alsoWe not the place I would ever go to again
