I ve had many details done on several cars, but none as thorough and meticulous as Nelson did just last week on my wagon. The car had been used a lot in the last couple months as canine transportation for a yellow lab. When I picked the car up, there wasn t a single dog hair visible. Inside and out, it was the best detailing I ve seen. And Nelson himself is just a great guy - affable and easy to communicate with for scheduling. If you re looking for a top notch quality detail - look no further.

I was referred to Nelson by a friend. I had two vehicles that I needed to get detailed. The pilot was severely neglected before I got it. The Civic was in good condition but needed attention.I called Nelson on a weekend evening and he messaged me to let me know he received my message and would be calling in the morning. The drop of process was super easy with a night key drop. Because of my schedule I had to pick up the cars on Sunday, instead of leaving them outside Nelson insisted on having them protected inside so they stayed clean because it was going to rain. He came down on his day off to meet me at the shop so I could get my vehicles.As for the quality of Nelson's work it's amazing. Black vehicles show flaws very easily Nelson restored the paint on both vehicles to a deep deep luster. The interiors surfaces are so clean you could eat off the floors, dash and seats. He puts his all into his craft and the results speak for themselves.If you need detailing services don't look anywhere else! Give Nelson a call.

Work done was at an exceptional level. Brought my 1998 Porsche Boxster for a total detail. Car was wet sanded and scuffs and scratches erased or minimized. Best I ever I had done. I m 75 and had lots of nice cars. This organization is special. Highly recommended

We had a Gold Detailing Package performed on our car when visiting the area, and the result was fantastic; the car looks essentially Brand New! Nelson was very helpful, and it was great to meet him in person. He is clearly very proud of his business, and that pride shows in his work. Nelson managed to get a nasty smell out of my car after an unfortunate run-in with a very angry skunk. He detailed both inside and out, and 1.5 months later my car still smells good every time I open the door! My husband also needed some body repair on his car and Nelson made it look like it was never even damaged. Then just yesterday (guess I have bad luck) my bumper was falling off and Nelson fixed it for me, free of charge. He is so friendly and kind, flexible schedule, and we have been very happy with his work and glad we found a reliable guy close to us!!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Paint repair

I've never written a google review before, but just had to share the awesome experience I had with Wilton Autocraft & Detailing. Nelson was incredibly kind, generous with his time, and takes great pride in his work. He did a fantastic job detailing our car (which had been on multiple cross-country road trips with 2 dogs in the back) and it now looks and smells brand new!Service: Auto detailing

Dropped off my car the night before, and picked it up the day after. Nelson was super friendly, and made my Rav4 look brand new. What impressed me was that Nelson was able to remove almost 4 years of road salt from northern winter driving that caked on the driver side of the car, which was something that none of the previous detailers I went to were able to accomplish.

Extremely satisfied with the level of service I received here. My car had been involved in an accident and thus had coffee stains all over the seats and dashboard. Nelson took excellent care of it and the car looks like the day I bought it.Additionally, Nelson went above and beyond and repaired my girlfriend's car bumper right on the spot when it was time to pick my car up.Absolutely recommend taking your business here.

It is a real find when you discover a person that takes pride in every aspect of his business. Nelson at Wilton Autocraft & Detailing is such a person. He took care of my cars as if they belonged to his family. The finished product was impressive as there was always a deep luster on the car s surface and the inside was as if I just drove it off a new car lot. He always went the extra mile to give attention to surface issues that I was not previously aware of.In addition to his workmanship, he is a kind and accommodating man. He text me to keep me updated on his progress and responded quickly to any message I sent him. When the work was finished he told me he would keep my car inside to protect it from the elements until I was ready to pick it up. I have learned that if I needed to pick up after hours, Nelson would drive from his home, which I believe is 30 plus minutes away, to the garage to release the car. He is quite the professional. I've been taking my cars to Nelson for 4 years now, he is both knowledgeable and meticulous, and always puts in the time that needs to be taken. If you need anything from a good wash to paint correction, Nelson is your guy!

Nelson does a magnificent job! I'm in a profession that requires me to take clients out in my car so it's important that it looks good. I have never had my car detailed better. Nelson is professional, trustworthy and on time. He picks my car up at the office and returns it looking brand new! If I could give more than five stars I would.

We recently brought our two SUVs to Wilton Auto Craft and Detailing for mid winter cleaning and detailing. Upon close examination, our cars were thoroughly cleaned in particular the wheels, wheel wells, tires, door jams, and entire exterior including the oft overlooked roof. Windows were perfectly clear inside and out. Interior also neat and all surfaces, including mats and doors, were very clean. Overall we were very pleased with the work provided by Nelson. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Nelson from Wilton Auto Craft & Detailing in Wilton, CT. My job as a nurse takes me traveling and my poor car takes a beating on local and unpaved roads. I stop alongside the road to eat my meals in the car as I am a stranger in many areas. By the time my car is ready to be cleaned it is noticeably a mess, especially from what I bring into my car on my shoes. I had previously taken my car to a detail shop that I really liked but which is now closed. As I was very happy with that person, the bar was high for Nelson. He did not disappoint. He greeted me with a big smile, looked at my car and then took me through my options. He did not pressure me for a decision. I took the mid-range option. I dropped off the car in the evening. Nelson said he would be working on it for about 5-6 hours. When I saw the car, I could not believe how beautiful the shine was. It was great to see that all of my scratches were gone. The inside of the car has never been this clean except the day I purchased the car; it was the dash that was noticeably brighter in appearance. The best part was that there was no smell or oily chemical feeling in the car. As I am very sensitive to this aspect, I was delighted. I waited a month before writing this review as I wanted to see how the wax job faired. The car is still beautiful to look at and as a road person, that matters! Thank you Nelson!! I will absolutely be back.

Although Nelson came highly recommended, he still exceeded our expectations. A professional, enthusiastic and an all around nice guy was excited to work on our car. A vintage Porsche with many nicks and scratches looked fantastic when he was finished. Sorry we did not bring it to him sooner.

I had an excellent experience at Wilton Auto Craft and Detailing. I inherited a 1999 Lexus SUV which was beyond filthy and in bad need of a deep deep clean. I left it with Nelson, who was meticulous with regards to the car and went above and beyond to have this car looking and smelling like it was brand new. I couldn't have dreamed it would have turned out as well as it did considering the years of wear and tear and neglect. Nelson returned the car to me like new. His attention to detail exceeded all my expectations.

I was getting my car ready to sell, and my two kids had turned the interior into a Super Fund site. I had neglected the exterior for a while too, and it had accumulated some nick and smudges. Nelson did all of the work himself, and made the car as close to new as possible. He buffed out the imperfections in the paint, got out candy stuck in the carpet, and got all of the nooks and crannies clean too. Great attention to detail. When my wife picked me up, he even offered to buff out an old smudge on her bumper from a run-in with a column in the parking garage at her office. He is not the cheapest or most expensive, but you get a thorough detailing. 5 STARS!

Nelson performed nothing less than a miracle with my vehicle. My 2008 ranger rovers hood was destroyed from oxidation. Today it looks brand new. You would have to see it to believe it. Best detail by far I have ever seen.

This is the premiere place to have your car washed or detailed. In the last 3 years I have tried every service in the area and am constantly disappointed. If you want high quality work, and a wash you can be proud of - you need to see Nelson at Wilton Auto Craft / Detailing. Best wash/detail in the State.

Had my Volvo XC40 detailed, the "Gold detail" package. Car came out looking great, good job with the dog hair!
