I live close by, so I gave this business multiple tries? Hoping things would change for the better. Unfortunately. I was wrong.Not only does the owner have a miserable disposition, the techs are unqualified, even for the most simple of tasks: changing tires.Never again.

Based on proximity to where I moved to three years ago they were the obvious choice to service my older vehicles. Now, If I moved 50 miles away I would still make the trip to have them do the work.Amazing customer service and completely trust worthy. Not to mention a great team and group of people.

The mechanics at Precision Performance are 4 X 4 Specialists! Took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to Precision for a Warn ZEON Platinum 10-S winch install, LED OEM headlights + fog lights, and spot light mounting on the A-pillars. John and Patrick are very good at communicating. Rob, a friend of my fathers from high school, has great car stories. Casey did the install and was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I plan on using Precision for future upgrades on my Wrangler. The results of the project speak for themselves!

ABS sensor lights were on. They replaced two wheel speed sensorsAnd noticed my e brake was rusted out and not operational. Replaced e brake assembly and brake baking plates. These guys are great!! They helped me out with a car problem that arose just as I was ready to leave for vacation. I could see it was a crazy busy day for them, and it was absolutely crazy busy for me but they were kind and courteous and great troubleshooters they figured out a perfect temporary solution and made time for me so they could fix the problem when I returned. For a reasonable price.They seem like a smart, honest and courteous bunch and I am so happy to have them in town. They are now my new go-tos . I have always had positive experiences with Precision; their work is excellent. That is: what your car needs, no fluff, no surprises. The team there supported keeping my old clunker going as well as my new car. Not the cheapest, but I never had an issue with their work and they are HONEST.

These guys are great, I recommend them to everybody.It is a struggle we all go thru to find a shop that we all actually like and trust. In terms of quality work, fair pricing, and personality, this is where you want to go to get your car fixed.It s that simple!

I have been having them service my car for years. They are thorough, diligent, fairly priced and completely honest. In fact, I knew the front desk customer relations manager, Pat, when he worked at the Getty station body shop in Wilton. Everyone I know who has them service their cars is very pleased with their work.

These guys can work on anything, they fixed my 1996 geo prizm, and they worked on my 2005 freightliner with a CAT twin turbo diesel. Honesty and great customer service are what you want in a business and the guys at precision performance provides both in spades. I brought my car there for a noise coming from the front wheels. They said they would be able to look at it on Tuesday and sure enough on Tuesday they called to tell me they found the issue. It was loose lug nuts. I asked how much it would be and they said they wouldn't charge me. Even though they could have charged me a diagnosis fee they didn't. This is a great Local shop that I would take my cars to anytime.

I just moved to the area and was looking for our go-to automotive service. I gave Precision Performance a go when the alternator on my diesel F350 disintegrated. They did an excellent job, providing a clear explanation of the repairs. They also diagnosed a vacuum problem I have been having as a leaking hose and repaired it. My previous mechanic wanted to just replace my vacuum pump. I am very pleased with the quality of the service and repairs.

I had an ARB air locker and gear set installed in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler by these guys and throughout the whole process they were great to work with. at no time did they talk to me like i was an idiot(like some shops) and there was a genuine sense that they actually cared about the project they were working on. They also shared photos of gear setup and didn't move forward with things without first getting an OK. All in all i would recommend them for axle work. 10,000 miles later and everything is working great.
