Excellent Experience to the NinesAfter eyeing a vehicle on the lot time after time for a good month, I decided to stop in on a recent Sunday. It was then that I met Ricardo inside the showroom. We talked for a while about the vehicle and then some, and I called it a day. However, I still really really liked the vehicle and knew I enjoyed speaking with Ricardo. The next day I went in and offered my price in mind. Ricardo worked some numbers and made it happen. Purchasing a vehicle can often be found to be stressful. Not with Ricardo, as he is a gentleman and most professional. Treated with the utmost respect and NO pressure, Ricardo permitted this to be a great experience for me. Ricardo knows the trade and understands people; he is definitely one of the good guys! Also an unpredictable warranty issue came up and guess what no issue for me. Ricardo introduced me to Kimmy and over the phone, all was resolved- No banter, No conflict, No nonsense. Rather true stick to the word, good ole American warranty workmanship! Kimmy also maintained great communication while the vehicle was being repaired. Should you be in the market for a luxury vehicle, a commuter, a toy, or a work truck, I can honestly recommend PerformanceOn7. Ricardo and Kimmy are gems in the industry get a cup of coffee on the house and check em out!

Ricardo made the used car process easy and customer focused. From preparing their vehicle so well that my new-to-me car passed my mechanic's review with flying colors to getting the deal done in a timely fashion and following up with great service - they hit it out of the park. And, I waited to write this review until my first oil change so I could comment on the service experience as well. My oil change was easy to schedule, done in good time and while I waited in comfort. Thank you to the whole team who went the extra mile and make the process simple, fair and friendly. I Highly Recommend Ricardo Daniels as your finance executive and Performance Motor Cars as the best dealership in the area no gimmicks, no tricks, honestthe best quality vehicles .

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle for my daughter on her 16th birthday and we are very pleased of the service that was provided by Ricardo at Performance Motor and Cars. Our daughter was very pleased with the vehicle. Most of our interaction with the sale of this vehicle was done by phone and text and the deal went through flawless. The car was ready when we arrived for signing and drove off with it that same day. Thank you for your patience and the personal service provided by you. A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST! The only place you need to go to! It s a one-stop-shop. It s the second time I purchased a car here and I m once again so impressed by the level of care Ricardo shows his customers! You feel so welcomed and comfortable doing business there because he treats you like family. He really knows what he s doing and he will get you into your dream car! Both times I bought the car, got car insurance, registered the car and drove away within an hour! You ll be glad you went there!

From the moment I walked in to the dealership service was amazing. Ricardo the manager was so helpful from the start of my purchase to the very end . I don't normally enjoy the car buying experience, but must admit that Performance Motor Cars made the process pleasant. We're very pleased with the used car we bought, which was in really good shape. Jacob made sure the car was in excellent working order and worked with us to purchase it at a fair price. The next time we need a good quality pre-owned vehicle we'll start with Performance ...no need to go elsewhere.

!!!!Amazing!!!! Highly recommend! This dealership is unlike any other dealership I have encountered. Ricardo was referred to me by a relative and I m glad he did! Not only did Ricardo expose some warrenty fraud charges from the major dealership I got my car from but also gave me a professional approach on how to handle it! All of his cars are show room quality and he does not bs or play games!! Truly an honest person who works hard for his clients! After 8 hours together trying to fix a problem that was unfixable he got me into the car of my dreams!! After being a customer he know considers me part of the family and always greats me with a smile. This is a game changer people. Ricardo is and will be the people s choice for any of their auto need! Preformance on 7!! Don t go anywhere else!

Joe from the Service Team was very thorough with what needed to be done on my car and what needs to be taken care of in the next few months to keep my car on the road. We did our first big jump from a Nissan to a Mercedes Benz and was a nice experience thanks to Ricardo for explaining every step and even that we were really scare he help us to figure out and being really patient, definitely we will be back

I went to look at a Corvette Convertible. When I got there I was shown the car and they gave me the key and told me to take it for a drive.When I got back (about 30 minutes later) they asked how I liked it but there was zero pressure to buy.Fantastic customer service.A+++

While the vehicle was being purchased, everything was excellent, the car began to have a problem with its screen, we sent Ricardo photos and videos and he told us to do everything and nothing worked for us, we expressed it in all the ways and the only thing that towards it was to ignore us, we completed 1 year with the car and he preferred to block us from all his social networks than to give us a solution and until the sun today he did not give us a guarantee and we are still blocked from his networks
