The pricing offered by Kevin proved to be more competitive than others. Additionally, the parts were promptly delivered and demonstrated superior quality. KLM Performance is the best, the customer service is awesome, they made a correction to my order. I ordered the wrong block heater cable, before they shipped it they contacted me and sent the correct cable. KLM made the experience effortless. Thanks to the team!

Do not buy from this unprofessional company!Michael has lied from the start. They sent a package to the wrong address and told us to refuse it, and it would be sent back for refund. We ordered another one to the right address. We looked at our credit card statement and they charged us for a restocking fee and shipping after telling us to refuse shipping. If this wasn't bad enough now after installing the fan it stays engaged the whole time. Just to reply on your comment about plowing snow (we have a snow contract for the state and we use tandem dump trucks not pickups) The truck hasn't been used as you are stating.

I ordered air, oil, and fuel filters for my Ram 2500 and had them in two days. Packaging was secure and the package arrived in good condition. I got Mopar OEM filters for just a little more than the knock off Chinese brands some places are selling. It s an expensive engine, I don t understand how some people use junk filters for it.

Paid extra to ship UPS, was sent via USPS instead. They also shipped to the wrong address. Both times I called the guy was extremely rude. Go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of trouble and time trying to get what you ordered. The guy claimed no company in 2024 will ship to an address that is different than the credit card billing address. WOW!

I will say I read all the great reviews and the great experiences when purchasing item s from KLM performance, I ordered the mopar thermostat and the mopar tensioner, I was told that there was a strike and KLM recommended the Cummins tensioner and Cummins thermostat. My diesel mechanic informed me that the tensioner would not work it had a rigid pulley. I have reached out through emails and phone calls to return tensioner , understanding there was a 14 day return window. Never received any response from KLM on returning the tensioner, my calls repeatedly failed. I called from my wife s cell and i immediately got a answer. I was told I would receive a email the next day. Never received a response. It s disappointing that a company like KLM performance would leave a customer disappointed over a $188 dollar part. Integrity and honesty , reputation, character sold for under $200 . . ???

I purchased the SS Braided brake lines in Purple from KLM and added 2" of length because my truck had a 2-1/2" lift. The fitment was really good and the rear lines come with new brackets that move them closer to the axle, only need to slightly tweak your hard lines. The overall look is amazing and with stopping power you can feel, no more soft brake peddle. But I wanted to also thank Kevin at KLM whom took the time to call me when I placed my order just to confirm the added length and again when I called to ask about the rear replacement brackets which by the way look so much better than the factory setup. Had a difficult time finding anywhere that had six 5.9 Cummins valve cover bolts and rubber isolator grommets. KLM had all of them in stock and shipped them the following day. Great service!!!

Kevin at KLM is the man! I ordered a set of stainless steel brake lines and placed the order incorrectly. Kevin escorted me through the options and even assisted with a color choice. These lines have the perfect oem fitment, unlike the cheaper rough country ones I attempted to install. The KLM brakes lines are well worth every penny. I will be ordering everything I can with KLM from this point forward! Thank you Kevin!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from start to finish on ordering custom brake lines for a ram 2500. Kevin at KLM was extremely thorough in confirming brake line fittings and quick to respond over email. The order was also received in a timely manner considering everything was custom and not off the shelf. I had to delay them a few days due to being out of town but order was fulfilled within two weeks even with me slowing KLM down. I hope to do more business with them in the future. Not easy finding quality suppliers of quality parts.

lots of fake reviews. ignore them. KLM PERFORMANCE did a great job with their customer service, email response times and phone calls. i own a 2016 gmc canyon lifted 6 inches. KLM PERFORMANCE built me new extended brake hoses for the front and rear. now i don't have to worry about how bad my old hoses look or how stretched out they would get while off-roading. i have to say they look great also. due to covid and shipping issues not caused by KLM i did receive my order in less than 60 days.Thank you KLM PERFORMANCE for this awesome product.jerald from Hawai'i

Ordered brake lines from them, they did not fit my vehicle. Called multiple times and spoke to multiple people to try and get this corrected. I was eventually told they would send out the correct ones and to send back the wrong ones in that box when I receive the new ones. I waited over a month and nothing was sent, called back and was told by another person they wont send a replacement until I send the wrong ones back, which did not match what i was originally told. Staff does not seem to know the vehicles well enough to have correct products sent. Would not recommend using them, bypass the middle man and go directly to Crown performance and talk to John he knows what hes doing, had me the correct lines in less than a week.The reply below from the company is incorrect. I still have the brake lines that totaled to $157.39 that I am stuck with as well as invoices for them. I have a chain of emails sent as well where I was given a RAN but no shipping return label and when asked what to do with a RAN they stopped replying to me. Below is a photo of the lines I am stuck with. There is no social media bullying going and the statements are not false or misleading. Your reputation is damaged by your own doing as can be seen by numerous other negative reviews.

Ordered a fuel filter kit for my 22 Ram 2500 6.7L on 3/9/2023, and they were delivered 3/11/2023. Both filters were packed in the box nicely and were secure. Inspected everything, and it was on point. Will be ordering more stuff from them soon.I also sent an email to sales on a Saturday, letting them know the order was received and cleared inspection for damage. I had a response back, ON A SATURDAY , in less than an hour!!Now that is service and a business I will spend my hard earned money at!Update: 2nd order for filter kits came in super quick and all OEM genuine filters. I ordered the 3 filter kit to get the discount this time, so I will be set for the next year or so.Thanks again for the service.

I recently ordered the upgraded Cummins OEM oil pan gasket ( # 5522189 ) for my 2004.5 Dodge Cummins. KLM Performance had one in stock. Their website was easy to navigate, the product description was informative, shipping was timely and well packaged, and the price was good. Tech support is awesome as well. Thanks, y all!

I was scared to mess with KLM Perforance. because of the bad reviews. I took a chance. I got ahold of a guy name kevin he told me that he order my parts and they would be at my house with in two days. I could'nt ask for better performance my parts were there on time. I will order again with KLM Performance.

Probably the most pleasant customer service I have talked to in quite a while. I've been searching for a gearbox for my truck for a while now and after placing a couple of online orders I've waited months to receive and never did because those companies were only middle men for the sale. So I searched some more and found KLM and decided to call and ask before placing an order. The customer service person was very friendly, took down my information so that she could verify whether they could get the gearbox for me and call me back. She called back within minutes with good news that they could ship one out tomorrow.

As with the majority of other REAL reviews, I find this company refreshingly real and absolutely fantastic to work with. Admittingly, I called their customer service to inquire as to where my custom order might be after a couple weeks after my order. Kevin was awesome and actually discussed this issue with me and without making me feel foolish (at least he tried, I still do though) asked me to look at my order and actually read it. To my embarrassment it CLEARLY states "NOTE: Please allow twelve working days for the manufacture of your custom made Replacement Stainless Steel Brake Line Set." Again, Kevin was very cool about it and actually asked me how I would deal with this very common issue with his clientele. Get this... he actually listened. This company not only does really great work but is actively trying to better themselves and make their client experience better.Unfortunately, I've read the one star reviews and have noticed a common theme. Either they rate the KLM do to the shipping companies lack of fulfilling their paid obligation, which just isn't right. Or, like me, the client didn't read the order form properly, didn't fill it out properly, or is just simply false. Simply pathetic. Thank you KLM! I'll be doing a lot more business with you.

I ordered the smoke stainless steel braided brake lines for my Silverado and they look awesome! I have not had time to install them yet but the quality and finish is fantastic! I can't wait to get these installed. Customer service was great as well. They were shipped to me in a reasonable amount of time, considering they are custom and made to order. I highly recommend KLM Performacne!!P.S. Don't believe all the bad reviews. People just need to learn to be patient. We live in a world where everyone thinks they need something now. Good things come to those who wait. The quality is worth the wait!

I never do reviews so this is proof of the level of annoyed I am with KLM Performance. I wish I could give no stars. I purchased a Dodge Ram T Style Steering Linkage Upgrade Kit and their system allowed me to enter a shipping address that was different than my billing address. I wanted the parts to be shipped to the shop that my truck was at to be repaired. The next day I received an email stating that the shipping address was changed to my billing address which was my old apartment I no longer lived at and even if I did, the parts needed signed for and I work during the delivery hours. I called immediately to have this fixed and they said they would work on it. Nothing happened and the parts shipped to the old address where one of the products was signed for by someone else under CD Wallace (Not even my initials). KLM did nothing to stop the shipment from going out of their warehouse and then charged me for the part that someone else signed for and return shipping back to their facility. I let ALL of this go and just paid and went on.... until today when I got an email threatening that they sent an amount due to a collections agency Milliken and Michaels, Inc. The moral of the story is this company is sloppy and has no customer service. Brake lines may be good here but not worth the hassle!!
