Wow! Awesome people! I've never spent a penny here or even stepped foot inside and they went above and beyond to help me get a discrepancy fixed with my vehicles carfax report. The GM Brian Kelly was super helpful! If they're willing to help me without any of my business I know they're trustworthy folks!

Everything was great when we decided to buy a pre-owed car with them. Customer service was amazing and helpful. Until a year later when the "well take pre-owed car" started giving us issues then Everything there turned bad and unfriendly.Brought the car for service: oil change and wheel rotation. After 2 hours waiting they come out and said that I needed to replace all tires. I was very surprice because I have brought the car 2 months before to get the tires check because of constant loosing pressure, they never even mentioned anything about the tires at that time, As soon as I question that they didn't like it.I left asking them to help me figure out what options I can have with the car. Of course not options given and on top of it we found out that the tires were not rotated or air pressure adjusted.Their customer service is not good unless you agreed on expending thousands of dollars then they are good with you

I was on the unpaved construction ridden road of rt33 dodging raised sewers when I got a blowout near Devan Chevrolet. I pulled in and explained I was from N.Y. and headed to Westport to take my daughter out for her birthday. The service manager, Eric Terkildsen, took my vehicle,put on the spare, and sent me on my way. Class act!

Don t go here! Gave me the run around when I bought a used duramax with 56k miles and the truck had to go back into the shop 3 times within a week of buying it. Have also delt with them for the company I work for and was treated horribly by the guy in the parts department. The salesmen are shady as could be. The service manager seemed like he was the only person who cared about the customer at all. I had to make the service department put the truck back on the lift and inspect myself for oil leaks after they told me they had resealed the oil pan and fixed another oil leak which the truck went in for 3 times for the same issue. I found a leak while it was on the lift and made them try again. Then finally tell me it was all fixed only to drive it 5 miles home and have it dump 3 quarts of oil into my driveway because they overtightened a leaking oil filter instead of replacing it. All around 3 awful different interactions. Go somewhere else!

Mark was very good and recommended what I did not need to do as I realized afterwards I pulled the severe schedule, not the regular schedule so the things in the owner's manual I had been referring to were incorrect and did not yet need to be done. His honesty was refreshing change.The latest visit took three days to repair the electrical problem. There was a fault in the active safety system. The dealer failed to call me but when I called them for an update each day whoever answered the phone was pleasant and found out the status. While a few different problems were diagnosed over the three days with the GM help desk, they did figure out it was a failure with the active safety module so when I got the car back it was repaired correctly. I appreciate them taking the time to figure out what was truly wrong so it was one visit and done.

Although it took more time than anticipated to figure out the diagnosis, your staff, especially Mark, was extremely accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of since the appointment did not go as planned. What would ve been a nuisance to any customer, turned into a pleasantly nice experience because Mark made sure to make it as painless as possible on my end, as the customer.

Fantastic people! Carl was very polite, honest, and informative, keeping me up-to-date on the buying process on the car I wanted. He also showed me basic functions of the car before I drove off! Carmine is one of the best finance people I ever met, providing me above value market on my trade in while keeping the transaction short and simple, and was not pushing me to buy any extended warranties. I will definitely make this dealer my go-to place for maintenance on my Chevy!

Recently financed a Buick Enclave. Process was effortless. I was able to do most of the paperwork via email. Great ride. Plenty of space for people who have more than 1 child. Highly recommend. Thanks again for all your help Jim!

I m historically not a fan of getting service done at a dealership but this place is the exception. After 3 years of excellent service they ordered an incorrect part for a problem my car was having. When they realized the error Mark called me, admitted the mistake, and refunded me for the part rather than installing it anyways as he certainly could have gotten away with doing. I appreciate the honesty, commitment to great service, and respect for my wallet that I always receive from the professionals here.

Mark was my service advisor for my blown motor on my 2020 Camaro 2SS 1LE. He took great care of me and kept me up to date with everything going on. I was very happy with how things turned out overall. I was given a loaner, and my car was back with a new motor under warranty within 2.5 weeks. Very friendly guy, highly recommended for your servicing needs!

I brought my 2010 Cobalt in for "Routine Service" --- which I believed was different from a oil change/tire rotation (it isn't, apparently). I specifically asked the service manager to have the mechanics check a clicking/tapping sound that was coming from the engine when the car reached 45 to 55 mph. Also, upon checking in, I gave the manager a "10% off" discount card I had received in the mail. Upon checking out, the car had received an oil change (about 1500 sooner than was necessary) and tire rotation and little else. NOTHING was mentioned about the clicking/tapping, no kind of explanation, diagnosis, etc. I was told I needed an air filter and transmission lines replaced (they're leaking) but the parts weren't on hand so I'd have to wait until they came in. AND upon checking out, I asked about the 10% discount and was told, "Honestly, I forgot, I'll take it off next week when you come back," which I don't trust at all, to be perfectly honest. It was a very unsatisfying experience --- and I've been here many times before and always found the service to be top-rate. Not so this time.

Love the guys in the service department! They're always professional, friendly, make sure they apply all available coupons, and there are no surprises with my bill. I've traded there for 25 years with no plans to stop. :-)

Took my car for repair without appointment. Diagnosed the problem,overnighted the part and finished the repairs the next day. Gave me an estimated price and stayed within the price, a lower price than I expected. Explained in detail what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Also did oil change and gave me a coupon price without asking. Friendly and knowledgeable.

In Dec 2020, I went to Devan Chevy to check out the new Chevy equinox. We had leased an equinox from another dealership in CT and decided to try a work with a different dealership this time around. We chatted with Carl, who was amazing. Very polite and professional. Very respectful of the fact that this car was for me and not my husband. Took me seriously as a female customer. The finance manager Carmine, was also great, made the transition to a new vehicle seamless. Highly recommend checking out this dealership.

We worked with the sales rep Ryan Marsili. We began the lease process while on vacation in California and Ryan worked diligently to search for just the right truck at an amazing price. He was attentive and respectful and a pleasure to work with. We were also impressed with arriving to the dealership upon returning to Connecticut and to have the truck detailed waiting out front. Felt like royalty! The process was smooth and flawless. We spent more time working through the features on the truck then we did signing paperwork! Thanks again! Marc Yusi is a fantastic service coordinator! I trust that he is on top of all the service needs for my Chevrolet Suburban and I know am in good hands at Devan Chevrolet-Buick of Wilton. Marc is kind, he listens and makes sure to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle service - I truly appreciate this type of treatment! My car was scheduled for an oil change and a review of the tires within two days of my call. Procedures were explained and the staff extended every courtesy from the waiting room to accommodating my schedule when replacing the tires. I am satisfied with the service.

Any time I bring my car in there for service all the employees and managers are extremely helpful and I always leave there happy and confident that my car has been serviced properly. Not to mention they don't try to get me to do unnecessary work, and when work is needed they are very fairly priced !!!! Can't say that about any other dealers I have been to !!excellent job guys!!!

The best car buying experience I have ever had (and I have bought plenty of cars in my years of driving)! There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicle after I test drove it. Ryan and Brian were absolutely marvelous. In fact the whole staff was great. They made my car buying experience fun and enjoyable! Thanks guys!
