It was a great experience with Mathew and the manager Ali. They were very helpful in any question we had, they answered always in a good mood . Very personable. I have leased many cars there but this time has been the best . They made the seriousness of buying a new car easy .

The service at Bruce Bennett Nissan is excellent! When I arrived I was greated outside and given my ticket to start the process. They take the time to cover my seats and floor before taking the car around. Inside I was greeted warmly by Bob Furman. Bob took the time to review my car's purchase and service history and suggest necessary services while postponing the services I did not need at this time. He took the time to check for recalls and made getting my car serviced more like visiting a friend then getting my car worked on. The service team did a wonderful job making sure my car is ready for the Winter and we're very respectful of the car, my time, and my property.If you're like me I used to not goto the dealer for maintenance. However Bob Furman and the team at Bruce Bennett Service have earned my business and repect, while satisfying my car service needs!

We just purchased a new car with the help of sales consultant Angel Hernandez,... couldn't be more satisfied. The transaction went smoothly and Angel made me feel extremely comfortable with his honesty, attentiveness and knowledge....super nice guy too . I highly recommend the dealership and Angel.

This is the only place that services my Rogue Sport.I am always treated in a friendly and professional manner. All work has been done right and in a timely manner. Appointments are easy to make online.

For the last 12 years I have exclusively used Bruce Bennett Nissan for purchasing my vehicles and always added the extended warranty. I brought my 2017 Maxima in earlier this week for an ABS recall as well as getting my sunroof that didn't fully shut fixed.I met Corey V. when I checked in my car and was under the impression that aside from the diagnostic fee my warranty would cover the fix. Corey took the time to double check the sunroof was actually broken prior to me being charged a fee which I really appreciated. As time went on, the actual problem was a portion of the sunroof that of course, was not covered under warranty.Corey thoroughly explained all of my options and also identified another issue that needed to be repaired that was covered under warranty. Corey did not pressure me into getting the sunroof fixed and allowed me to take the time to decide. After deciding to go with Corey, he stayed in contact and worked to see where they could work with me on the cost.I highly recommend bringing your car there for any service need. Say hi to Corey and Bob while you're there too!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations

Usually I don't trust dealership service centers, but in the many times I have brought my car there, twice they fixed problems free of charge. I'm not talking warrantees, actual small repairs. Good people there.

I have no issues with BBN Service and Parts. Tom is a big help in the Service Department. I will always bring my car in for service. Rob in parts is one awesome, cool person. He is very helpful and easy to talk to as well.
