Couldn't provide the simplest service - PM service. Went in and asked if they can do PM service on my Freightliner M2 with Cummins engine. He said he can take me in around 4am (I came at noon, so had to wait 16 hours. All the bays were empty but I said OK, I will wait).Said he's not sure if they have filters for it. Asked if he can check and he said I need to give him part number otherwise can't help me. VIN number won't do. So I turned around and left, seemed pointless to waist my time with this guy.My question is - if you go to a mechanic shop and need a service, do you need to know the part # of the part you are replacing? If, let's say, my coolant hose broke, I'm the one to provide the part number for it or they cannot help me? When you take any car to a shop to do oil change, do you tell the mechanic which part number is your oil filter? Or starter? Or A/C compressor? Or brake pads, rotors, muffler......... You just take your vehicle to the shop and they put the parts you need... This is not how things should ever happen in a shop, especially at Travel Centers of America!

I was here for my trailer wheel seal leak and the folks here they are great they helpful they are friendly every one of them is nice. I checked in around 4 in the afternoon and they started working on my truck around 7 in the morning well that s a pretty long gap but when I called them before going down there they already told me that it is going to be a long wait so there s nothing to complaint about I guess. Not only that but even while I was there I saw them they were treating every single person with a happy face so that s where theses five stars come from.Talking about there job they done and the price well, about price you know these TA,s and Loves and how these corporate companies work they charge more than a local mechanic we all know that so, it s all up to the person whoever is going to them. I tried some local mechanic in that area but they were closed because of weekend so I didn t have any other option. They charge me around 750 replacing both sides wheel seals and including there labour.About the job they done there s nothing I could complain about.

Stopped here for truck service, a shower, a meal and laundry.The shop store/lobby floor should have NEVER been that greasy! I didn't step on the shop floor when it was requested during the oil service. I watched the required portions from the top step of my truck. I only did so when forced to do so during steering tire rotation. I was NOT happy about that!My breakfast at the restaurant was very good and better than I expected.The employees were friendly. Some of them seemed to be working harder than others. An employee to solely focus on the general cleanliness of the facilities would be very helpful in my opinion. Trash cans that are not overflowing and debris free floors can go a long way.This place is probably like everywhere else; short staffed with underpaid and thinly stretched employees.Thank you all for the effort! As a trucker who is on the road up to 4 weeks at s time, you are appreciated!

Called to preorder a Bendix air dryer 36 hours prior to arrival because it has been a challenging part for other TAs to acquire in a timely fashion. Was told flat out this shop will not preorder parts even if you have a TA Acces account they can charge the purchase to ahead of time. Silly of me to think I was dealing with a professional truck service shop

It s a truck service right ? But they don t fix a hole in the trailer ?And they said only 1 mechanic for a lot of truck that they don t want to fix , so they just want to make money doing nothing.The guy told me tomorrow afternoon just to look if they could fix it. Bad , really bad. The guy told me someone was there since day 8th

Some of them have great services, their staff sometimes is very experienced, they know what and how to do things, they have wonderful prices, however sometimes they have people that are not happy or having a bad day, but it's not costumer fault, they need to relax. Driving trucks is not easy, you can't imagine what crazy people and situations we find everyday. So please be nice, is not difficult.

Had my starter go out. I was told the tech would show up at 11pm. I call at 1130 pm, and I am told the tech will be here at 2 am. The Tech (Mike, middle aged guy) finally shows up at 4 am. The entire time he is constantly making passive aggressive statements about not wanting to work on the truck in the cold, and not wanting to be there. He left for an hour because he didn't bring the tools, or the starter. He wanted to "try and jump the truck" so he could "work on it in the shop." Once he gets back he spends the next hour jacking the front end of the truck up so "he can get underneath the truck easier." He then abruptly informs me he "doesn't have the proper safety equipment to do the job." He lets me know "another tech will be out here shortly to replace the starter." He leaves, and I call to verify the ETA for the next tech. To which I find out the Shop is closed today due to being Thanksgiving. Mike purposely lied to me because he didn't want to do his job. Now I am having to pay for a tow bill that could've been avoided if Mike wasn't lazy and did his job. This review is just the first step I am taking. This is absolutely unacceptable, and unprofessional. Due to his actions, it cost me being able to spend time with loved ones today.

Been here at the TA since Friday we November 12th at about 2:30pm to have an air compressor governor changed. Was told over the phone we would be in that evening by 9pm. When we arrived and did our in person check in we were told it would be 7am. At 8am the following we received a phone call stating we would be in around midnight... At about 2am we were informed it wouldn't be until around 9am.... This time they finally brought us into the shop at about 9:30am. Started working on our truck, then the tech disappeared. Later we're told he left for a service call. It is now 4:32pm, Sunday the 14th, we are still sitting in the shop waiting to see any activity.

No bags while I'm carrying an arm full of drinks to my truck. Very nasty attitude from both cashier's couldn't get a good morning get out my face or nothing and when she did speak it was with straight attitude. I understand some ppl are morning people but don't work customer service if u can't fake a smile and nice attitude

Terribly slow. Came in at 11 am for an oil change. Was told I d be waiting to 5am. I AGREED since I didn t need to leave until 7 am. Get a call at midnight that id be waiting until after 10am. Handle your business elsewhere

Not a honest place they charged 2 hr for a 30 min tire replacement the truck was 2 miles from the shop and the guy took 1 hr to get there here also give me a price on the phone and it was another at the shop.. they trashhhhh

Stopped by the shop to get a quick release air valve... greeted by two women with an attitude. Had a part number and even a picture... she proceeds to take my phone with the picture to the other woman turn around and say we don t have it.... I asked her to look up the part number she continued to say they didn t have it. She asked my make of truck (doesn t matter) and proceeds to tell me they don t sell Kenworth parts.... I asked her if they sell parts how can she tell me it s not here if she doesn t even know what it is....a common part on ALL trucks. ..didn t bother to look up a cross reference on the part number... after a heated exchange on how ignorant and useless they are she finally takes 10 minutes to cross the number and said they sold one last week... it s sad how bad it is to get parts let alone service. Don t bother walking in unless you can grab it off a shelf in the front they might not even know how to scan it to sell it.

These people are getting worse every day, poor service here in the shop, the drivers complain about how slow they work. And they have common sense on the big toe, well away from the brain. Today is 12/19/21 10:30 PM the problem here is the front desk night shift.

I rated no other business here and there is, a Dunkin and BK. As for the t/a, it's pretty much like the rest but big truck parking went up to a full $20.

Went in for a tire was told would be a while. 3hrs later wad told to go to bay 2. Been 3hrs waiting just to get inside for a 1/2hr tire change. Will never use this TA for repairs again. Very misleading

It's a great and convenient place to stop. 2 sets of bathrooms with changing tables, so never any wait. Multiple options for food and a little shop that sells everything you could need on a road trip.

Worst TA TRUCK SERVICE I EVER HAD ...I CHECKED IN 24 hour before ,, WASTE MY WHOLE DAY JUST FOR INSPECTION WORST TA ...not recmended at all

very bad experience. guy name dillan had me waiting for just a jump start from 6 pm to 3 am . almost 9 hours and left his shift without letting next shift know that i was there waiting . very disappointed. that i had to wait 9 hours just to get something done that was half hour job .

Gas station with and RV dump, good find! Because an RV dump is invaluable when you need it, and TA did tue exact opposite of delivered - if you know what I mean!

This place is so slow with service. Getting a tire replaced and getting a air fitting, got call to door 1 at 10am it s gonna 9pm and still waiting for them to finish .. this place is on my do not visit anymore list.

They said 7pm then called and changed the appt. Time to 11pm I rearranged customers and delivery times so they could screw me.. for batteries you need to keep your word! I keep mine

Stopped to do the pm service. Guy who was there told me to come at 3pm.Can you guys guess when my PM was done? It was done in next day (2am)So if you want to waste time, stop at this TA and waste it.....Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

So far going on 9 hours waiting to change a trailer tire. This has got to be the worst TA in the country. Save yourself the time and aggravation of stopping here
