Julio answered the phone. Completely ignored everything I asked 3 times. Kept on talking over meAnd missed everything I said. Try to sell me Ford parts for my GMC from the wrong year. And when I asked him to correct it he hung up. Complete waste of my time

Jacqui Stover was amazingly helpful today. She clearly is dedicated to assisting her customers regardless of the purchases made. Today she helped me discover that she couldn't provide a part that was only available through the manufacturer. Be sure I will be back when I can actually get a part for my vehicle! Thank you Jacqui!

Needed help with engine light, danny and fernando jumped right in. Found a leak in a hose, got me the right part and on my way i went. What a great little store. The Manager, Jacqui was very helpful with the other parts i needed as well. Great way to end my long daybas i work overnight. You have a customer for life!

I went to the oriellys in willimantic ct, and dealt with the store manager Jackie. When I called yesterday, I was panicking and stressed out because other competitors were not working with me and she told me to just breathe and relax. She ordered the part I needed and it was delivered to the store this morning. She offered competitive prices, and still looked at me with the calm in her voice and her eyes and said relax your good. It was a good hassle free experience and I will be returning for sure. Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable. This woman is a true vip. #virginiagirls #sticktogether

I was looking for a part for my car. They didn't have one in stock. They ordered it in the morning, and I was able to get it that same afternoon. Much better service than I was getting from the other places. I will continue to do my business with them

Good experience and friendly staff. Just got one set of incorrect rotors due to a misunderstanding, stuff happens. Made it right and were apologetic, even saved me a few dollars in the end. Brakes and rotors x4 for under $400, I can't complain too loudly.

I was in the Windham store first thing this morning. I needed a key fob battery for my sons truck. The manager Jackie immediately took apart the fob for me and put the new battery in. While this may seem a small thing her sense of humor and excellant customer service set the tone for my whole day. She is a gem!

It is so uncommon to find a business that is willing to go the extra mile these days. It s a Friday morning and it s raining and my wife is going to work when her windshield wiper flies off. What are you to do? I m driving to try to help her. It s 7 AM and I think to myself well maybe I can be lucky to find an auto parts store that is open so I call O Reilly and they say to me that they open at 7:30 AM. I thank them and tell them my situation figuring I ll just try to make do and the person says to come on in. I almost couldn t believe it! I drive in and sure enough I m let into the store they look up and sell me the wipers I need. You might think this is the end of the story; but I go to put the wipers on and the connectors don t seem to match. I called the store back and the woman says just come over. I ll put them on for you! I cannot speak highly enough of the friendly and courteous atmosphere that this store has. They ve earned my business moving forward for all my auto part needs.

I had a really great experience at the Willimantic O'Reilly's today. I needed a headlight bulb replacement; something I have zero experience with. Jackie was very friendly and helped me find what I needed (literally in under a minute), but Matt went *above and beyond*! I can't thank him enough for his help today. He made my WEEK. Give this man a raise... seriously!!!

Generally find O'Reilly's service fairly standard for autoparts store. But Saturday it was chaotic and unhelpful. I was allowed in back to check the fuel hose I needed.... a bunch of guys just hanging around talking (?). Only one helping me was young woman, trying but seemed fairly new. Couldn't give me a price per foot right up until I got rung out - turns out 1 foot piece cost more then 2 foot prepackaged section in the aisle. When asked about a bumper repair product manager guy wanted to look at my car -- then told me I did it all wrong already. Showed me expensive epoxy when I asked about flexible glazing. Had to wait for him to come back to register when I paid cash because drawer was locked (?). Clear some real management needed on site here. It'll be at one of the other stores next time...

This store sold me a defective battery, went back, they gave me a new one. Found there was more to be done on my vehicle so i wanted to return it, had it less than two days and they refused to issue me a refund. All it did was sit on my floorboard. Do not buy from this store unless you are absolutely sure you wont need to return an item for a refund. You won't get one. A $150 dollar battery, with a receipt.

Very convenient location. I haven't bought enough here to comment on quality but they seem to always have what I need in stock. Much easier than heading up the road to the zone or advance. It let's me get in and out of Willimantic without spending any extra time fighting traffic.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They assisted me in finding the correct wiper blades and installed them with no extra charge. I highly recommend O'Reilly's!

guys when you go to a O'Reilly auto parts, DO NOT touch the "O" on the logo, it sent me a weird place and I think I'm in the backrooms now, I think there's a wormhole in the O'Reilly auto parts and I cant get outUpdate 1: figured out im in a backrooms level, don't know which one yetUpdate 2: I'm in level 10, this place is creepy

O'Reilly stores can be so hit or miss when it comes to customer service, but this one was fantastic. I was greeted as I walked through the door and had multiple associates help me (such a rarity in retail now). Well done by this store manager.Attention regional manager: if the Chicopee MA store is in your region, they could learn a thing or two from here. I went there not long after it opened and they didn't even try to be good. One actually looked at a customer whose watch alarm was going off and said "Aren't you going to turn that off?" Since there are two other auto parts stores within 1/2 a mile, I left.The Willimantic location is great however!

First purchase I made from this brand ever, bought 2 replacement headlamp bulbs for my car online and picked up at the store. Could not replace them myself so 3 weeks later went to store with the receipt for a refund. They would not refund cash, had to be credited back to the card. Last purchase I will make from this brand, ever!

Pricing is reasonable and fair unfortunately like most auto parts stores they have gone from actually stalking nuts and bolts and things you might need on say a brake project or caliper replacement or whatever various things you're doing on your car or truck to this millennial version where they have single serve bolts on the spinner and never the size you need and never more than two in stock.

My name is Andrea and I am an employee of the Market St., Wilmington, NC. O'Reilly's store. The shirt I was wearing was my "First Call" and the whole team on duty that day came to say hello and asked if our house was okay after we explained that we had evacuated from Hurricane Florence. They welcomed us and helped my husband find the parts we needed for our 14 year old car.

Usually auto zone is my go to place,but seems like lately there always out of stuff I need,always have to order every part I need for my 05 ranger,no other place in town had mass air flow sensor cleaner and a set of fuel line disconnect pliers but Oriellys had it right on the shelf

I called and no one answered its supposed to ring three times and I spent ten min or more and they don t answer the phone what s going on with the store since all the old worker are gone that store become thrash as staff people no body speak spanish in a town that most off the people speak spanish thank you
