In and out service. I arrived early to get on with my day and it was a very quick visit. The waiting area is clean - and by clean I mean it's spotless and actually smells clean. There is a screen so you can see your vehicle, but there are also large windows to observe if you choose. The woman working in the front waiting area was very nice. And I didn't have any, but they've got a popcorn machine and she was making fresh popcorn. I would use this shop again in the future.

A very sweet man who like 9 feet height helped me get my car inside for my oil change. I had never been there before and I'm always so nervous to drive on tgem tracks with holes underneath. But his smile was very bright and made me feel so at ease..I picked up a shift in windham so I went there for oil change. Very fast 15 min in and done..no problems..please go..they are great here..

I was charged $118 for an oil change and they didn t even screw on the cover plate properly afterwards. Air was dragging on the road until I pulled over and had to call for roadside assistance.

Took a chance bc no one else was open or available. Wish I had waited. They didn't reset my oil life and expected me to go back afterwards. Service was ok, but not the greatest for their prices. Had to ask to review my dipstick. Go somewhere else if you can.

Great experience as far as getting your oil changed. They run a great business. I'm very pleased with this place. The manager does a great job while you wait in your car. Checked air filter, tire pressure and even washed the windows of the car.

A couple weeks to a month after getting an oil change here, my check engine light came on - I brought the car in to my usual place and they said the oil was dry. It was a waste of labor costs and the oil change cost.

156.00 for an oil change. There are no prices listed anywhere, 156.00 for a regular oil change. Told me after it was done. Toyota charges 89.00. AT THE DEALERSHIP.

Always had great service here!Today, especially- they were super busy, they just had a new computer system installed. Everyone trying to learn it and adjust. Still smiling anyways, friendly and just going with the flow. I'm glad this notification came up, because I was going to give them a shout out anyway. Great job guys!

I need my emission test results very urgently.This place is near the DMV (1min) and they provides you the emission results instantly.The cost is 20USD and only cash is available.ATM is also available there if u dont have cash :)

Don t waste your money or time giving this shop your business. Last two routine oil changes led to a significant and easily avoidable repairs. First, a belly pan screw was air wrenched directly into the radiator, resulting in an $1800 repair. On the second and last instance, 5 out of 8 small belly pan screws, and 2 of 3 big belly pan screws were completely missing after I noticed flapping noises at highway speed. Not to mention, the one big belly pan screw was completely stripped, and I will now have to foot the repair. I strongly advise not doing business here to anyone who takes care of their vehicle.

I had an amazing experience. They have installed cameras so the customer can see what they do while getting an oil change. Everyone was very friendly and polite although it was over 80 degrees in there. I would recommend to anyone.Great job guys

I have been doing business with you for many years as well as family members.Even though I have dealt with many good employees I knew that I had to mention Mike. His. Amazing professionalism combined with his pleasant and kind personality has won this review. It has come to the point that if I don't see him I rather wait! He makes me feel confident that I am in the right place and is so appreciative of my business.He is not distracted when working on my car and feels a personal responsibility to make certain caps are fully close, tires properly filled etc( it hasn't happened in other places where my phone charger was stolen by an employee).He is respectful but caring and warm. He is never rushed and is obvious that what he does is more than a job for him.what an asset for your business and a gain for me as a woman to know that he takes my concerns seriously and tries to help! This place was just recently recommended to me by a friend. I wish I knew about this place the day I got my license. What a great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are easy fast in and out. You don't even need to get out of the car. I would recommend Foxy Fast Lube to anyone.

Fastest oil change I've ever had, and a friendly team! There was a bit of a wait for cars getting emissions checks before the 1st of the year, but the guys were moving trucks through super fast. Love that this isn't a chain and that they clearly take pride in high quality service. Highly recommend!!

Went to do my emission and failed because they claimed my check engine light came on when it wasn t on before I exited my car or when I got back in after they failed it. DO NOT GO HERE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Go somewhere else literally anywhere else at least they won t charge you 20$ for a lie.

I would do ZERO stars of available....DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Went to go get emissions done. Car should and DID pass. But showed as a fail because they "couldn't find" the check engine light. Also have broken vehicles of family and friends MULTIPLE TIMES!! skip. It's worth the wait to go somewhere good. Plenty of other that will do their jobs correctly.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Not as bad as others problems but still not right! They said they washed all exterior windows and they washed only the windshield. They never added windshield washer fluid and but said they filled it and said I declined the car being vacuumed but wasn't even asked! On top of that, they make you sit in your car during the oil change. You have no clue how much oil is removed or added because you can't see. THEN they take your card and go pay for you. I didn't like that at all and will never do that again!Service: Oil change

I always use them to change oil in my business car. Quick fast an easy. I had a issue with minor oil leaking after a change. I brought it back an they changed my gasket no costs with no arguments, offered to pay, Mike said you are my customer and I appreciate you. Made my day. Second time trying to get emissions done here. It is CLEARLY THEIR LAST PRIORITY, as evidenced by the lack of attendance to the large line of cars waiting to get it done. As long as there is a car needing an oil change, no one works the emissions line.

5 stars is for the accuracy of the low ratings. I went there a while ago for an oil change and they forgot to put the plug back in. So I drove not knowing I had no oil, my car overheated, and I had to get it fixed right away.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Foxy Fast Lube is fantastic--convenient, fast service; quality performance and very professional. I've had a lot of oil changes and emissions tests here over the years--always exceeded expectations. The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. They even went out of their way to rescue a family member with a dead battery at the gas station next door--replaced the battery on the spot and saved a long wait for AAA. Highly recommended!
