Purchased a faulty can that exploded in my car when I opened it before leaving the store. I went back into the store for a new one an explained to cashier what happened. The cashier looked at me and told that it wasn t his fault and that I d have to buy another one I was beside myself and shocked at this!!! What kind of business is this ?! I have never in my life seen such unprofessionalism, ever! It is 100 percent the stores responsibility to replace any faulty item that was purchased without question. The cashier was rude and did not care that there were other customers standing there with their mouths dropped in amazement as well, that he refused to replace the can drink that I had just purchased. So beware of this store located on Main Street in willimantic Connecticut. They do not care about their customers and they do not have a very professional customer service attitude. Be prepared to argue your case if you purchase a faulty canned drink that may explode. Bad business owners!!! I ll be reporting them to the BBB.

Staff doesn't know how to use register and can't answer basic questions like price checks.
