They did amazing work restoring my truck to like new after I was hit by a car down the drivers side. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. JillianKnox, the Collision Center Office Manager, was so helpful and kind. Overall, it was an excellent experience. They also guarantee their work for life.

Capitol Chrysler Dodge JEEP Ram is a top notch 5 Star Dealership! My son and I drove over 160 Miles away to get his dream first car, the all American 2 door JEEP Wrangler!Everyone in this building was genuinely kind, inviting and so friendly from the phone calls into the dealership, to arriving handshakes and multiple greetings at the door! The whole process was a Father-son thrill with the detailed car walk around and the whole swift financial finish.My son loves his Jeep and all I can do as a proud father is thank Capitol and there whole amazing staff!Capitol Chrysler Dodge JEEP Ram located in Willimantic, Connecticut is a true GEM, a rare find!Please visit them for all your new and used vehicle needs, my son and I are sure glad we did!Thank you Capital.

I came here from another dealership for a more personal experience with less turn-over at the tech positions. some of the other larger dealerships lose their techs to BMW, Benz, and higher end brands who pay higher rates. I lost my diesel tech at the other dealership because of that. I also went through 4 service managers in 14yrs. This dealership is the one we remember as Gen X kids, with people who get it and people who work on vehicles including the service writers, they know vehicles. I can do most of the work myself but prefer the dealer to do it with the best tools and modern tech, but with the knowledge I share with them, it's nice to see good work and personable people. Strongly recommend.

I purchased a used truck from Capitol approximately two weeks ago with the understanding that the brakes had been replaced. Unfortunately, since the purchase, I've encountered persistent squeaking noises from the brakes. Initially, I allowed some time for them to wear in, but now they've progressed to grinding sounds, which is deeply concerning.When I raised this issue with Jimmy, my salesman who was fantastic during the initial sale, I was promptly dismissed with the explanation that it was an "as is" sale, and they refused to even examine the problem. This response was disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the trust I had placed in the dealership and Jimmy.Moreover, Jimmy informed me that the brakes were only inspected, which contradicts the paperwork he gave me, clearly stating that they had been replaced. This inconsistency is troubling and reflects poorly on the dealership's integrity.It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability, especially when it pertains to safety concerns such as faulty brakes. Even though resolving this issue would likely only require the goodwill replacement of inexpensive brake pads, the dealership refuses to stand by their work or honor their initial assurances.While my experience with Jimmy during the sale was positive, the dealership's refusal to address a safety issue has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.

We had such an amazing experience with the sales and finance staff here!We made 1 trip to this dealership from out of state and we were able to test drive, purchase and leave with our dream vehicle! The staff worked together so well to make our buying experience a breeze.Jimmy was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy and laid back. No pressure sales! He has a fantastic personality and is very easy to relate to.Mike was great with the financial aspect of our purchase. He has a professional and positive attitude. He gave us a great deal on our trade in too!

Saw a vehicle on line and reached out. They got back to me immediately. Chatted with Anthony via text and he was able to get me a price that was within a few hundred dollars for a vehicle that was 1 year newer with 7000 less miles. After a little back and forth, we were able to come to an overall price and rate I was happy with and I was able to drive off the lot that day with my new car. Total time in dealership was 3 hours! Great job guys! And great experience! Exemplary service and professionalism!

Car salesman Jimmy Y helped my father and I with trading my prior vehicle in for a newer vehicle. It went well. He has quite the exciting attitude about selling cars. Jimmy is filled with comical chatter as well. He does have an accent like no other I ve heard so it took some getting used to in order to understand everything. He is patient with individuals and does not seem overall pushy as a salesman. It is your choice!!! I enjoyed the few hours of going through the process of getting a vehicle. Lovely test drive and within a few hours we had decided on a specific vehicle with affordable pricing ! Thanks for the opportunity.

I had the pleasure of working with Sales Associate Phil Prescott, Phil was professional, and the experience was non stressful , he suggested I take the vehicle for the weekend - no strings attached and that would be the best way to decide if I wanted to purchase it . It was nice to have the no stress or pressure to buy dealings. Phil was open and honest through the deal and i understand that car purchases differ now from past ways when the dealer tried to entice the consumer to buy. Phil was honest with what the dealership might offer and wouldn t. It was a pleasure working with him and i would recommend him if you re going to Capitol Jeep to look at vehicles. Also nice he put some gas in the truck twice. Seems like the days of dealer filled gas tanks no longer exist like in the old days.

Purchased a Cherokee from Capitol and the process was hassle free, very easy. No pressure or squabbling, no fine print to worry about, everything is right up front and provided to you. Phil took care of us from step 1, all the way, and made sure everything was good to go. Mike took care of all of the paperwork and finances which really didnt take a long time. We are very happy with our Jeep Cherokee.

I came in because my mom recommended them to me after they helped her out in a tough situation. My car finally crapped out on me unexpectedly and I was in need of a car, and fast. No one else had been able to help me thus far and I was in a bind. These guys took my tight budget and found me an amazing 2021 Hyundai at an affordable price. Miracle workers! Highly recommend these guys! Very patient and for the people, they genuinely want to help and will work with you to get you what you want within your budget.

Buyer beware. If you re in the market for a used car, this isn t the place to shop. We purchased 2 Mitsubishi Outlanders from this place for our business and had issues with both cars. This model of car is something we have purchased numerous times from other dealers and this was our worst experience. The worst of the 2 vehicles has a bent rim, worn to the legal limit on the rear brakes, and an engine air filter that you wouldn t believe. All of these items are pictured. Keep in mind that we purchased extended warranties on these. Their response is that when they sell used cars they don t intend to replace parts to get them in perfect condition and that nothing unsafe was sold on the cars. Try Star Auto in Meriden, they are way better. We ve purchased 7 cars there.

The service was great! Courteous we're satisfied so far without used car, but it's only been 4 days and we're giving it a 90 day evaluation because with the price we paid and the year automobile that we purchased there should not be a single issue with this car!!!! But so far we are satisfied.

My daughter bought a grand Cherokee two days ago. Not only wasn t the gas tank filled .. I have never bought a car with an empty tank! It s a courtesy! But also the key fob wasn t working. It seems like something that should definitely have been checked before selling. She took it back two days after purchase and was told they couldn t see her. They were busy. Come back in two days. They also said it shouldn t cost her anything but may. She just bought it!! And they are going to charge for their negligence?!!! Unbelievable!! I have bought more than a few cars there in the past but no more. The sales manager was neither friendly nor helpful.Very disappointing.*Edit to add:*The problem was fixed since the writing of this review three hours ago. It did take two trips to the dealership, a phone call to the sales manager and this Google review to get it fixed, however. The key fob simply needed a battery(which we suspected) that took five min to fix. Why they couldn t fix that in the first trip to the dealership this am , I cannot understand. They did offer to fill the gas tank, but since the car was purchased two days ago, the tank was filled already at my daughters expense. Bottom line: they did fix the issue.
