I had left front fender and driver's door damage on my 2020 Dodge Charger. After repairs, paint, and detailing it looks like it just left the factory brand new.Thanks to Jillian, Jose and the techs for a great job. They had the car for eight days, but "you can't rush perfection!"

I had a great experience with Capitol Collision! I hit a deer on Thursday 6/2 and was able to get my car in on Friday 6/3. Jillian was so helpful in explaining the process and approximately when my car would be done. She gave me her business card and told me to call whenever for updates (which I did)! Every time I called, staff was so informative and patient and answered all of my questions to the best of their ability. They always kept me updated with the status of my repairs. Less than 3 weeks later, my car was ready on 6/22 looking better than ever! I couldn t have asked for better customer service and satisfaction. Hopefully I won t need to bring my car back, but if I do, I know it s in good hands!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had our vehicle towed to Capital Collision to determine if it was fixable and if so what the cost would be. I found that the team, specifically Jillian was incredibly professional and accommodating. They were able to break down the pricing of all the specific repairs so we could make an educated decision. Although we decided to not repair the vehicle, the honesty of the team at Capital Collision allowed us to make the best decision for our household and will certainly utilize them for future needs.

Had my truck repaired in the collision shop then had recall work done. Was a nightmare dealing with this place. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. you will regret coming here.

Very poor communication and follow-through; felt I had to micromanage the process to get anything done. I was rear ended and the offending driver's policy covered the repair. I was given multiple ETAs which turned out to be incorrect and they never called to let me know. I had a staff member on the phone promise to call me back after he finished his sandwich. Hours went by. I called back and there was bad news--the insurance company had been arguing with the shop on whether a part was repairable/needed to be replaced. The staff member who didn't call me back relayed through the next person on the phone that he "hadn't forgotten about me but the status check took longer than expected." Seriously? If you say you're going to call someone right back, call them anyway. Haven't had a chance to inspect the work as they've now had my car for 14 days and this is the third business day after they knew they had everything they needed to complete the repair (estimate was 10 hours for the job). Hopefully they'll make good on their promise of today, but I'm not optimistic. Go elsewhere.

Just picked my Subaru up today after it was in the shop for repairs. Had to get my front bumper and fog lights replaced after an accident. I have to say their service was exceptional, and paint detail looks flawless. I think my bumper looks better than when I bought the car new honestly. When I picked my car up it was cleaned inside and out and overall I'm very happy. Well done! Highly recommend.

My 2014 Lexus RX 350 had some minor front end damage from a truck backing into me. Capitol Collision took care of the repairs on time and the car looks great. Im particular about keeping my car clean and in good shape and they returned the car in mint condition. Would highly recommend this team.

Had a spray on bedliner put in my new truck!! They had my truck an extra day but they were honest and said they had problem with machine.. very polite staff a great plus and they did as was asked! I would definitely use this place again!! I only wish they would have offered a discount or something for delay but i am still happy!!

I brought my car in today with a minor dent in the rear bumper. I spoke with Tristan on the phone and he said I could bring it in for a free quote and possibly they could do it for free since it was a very small and relatively easy dent to get out. I came at a later time than I'd informed him of and they still helped me within 5 minutes. Him and a younger crew member spent 10 minutes on the dent on my car with a suction cup device until it finally came out. They were very friendly, nice, and easy-going. They gave me honest advice, and they even refused a generous tip. Would recommend this place to anyone in Eastern Connecticut, as well as to students in the area. Thanks, Collision!

By far the best service I have received since moving to Eastern CT. Didn t try and sell me any services or parts I needed, kept me updated 100% of the way from diagnostic to checkout. Wonderful staff as well, I was greeted with a. Smile and a handshake and left the same. Will be back with all my auto needs.

Brian's body work was beautiful, flawless. There were some communication issues between the staff, the insurance carrier, and myself that caused some confusion, but they ultimately were resolved satisfactorily. Very happy with Capitol Collision. Great experience from start to finish. They worked on a 10yr old car and a brand new 2020 SUV from two separate incidents. Highly recommend for auto body work.

Brought my accord in, wanted to pay out of pocket. Other auto shops quoted me with a hefty price, but Capitol helped me save money and did an awesome job on the repair! Friendly and trustworthy guys!

This is an awesome place to fix your car.. when I got my car back it never even looked like I needed to replace ANYTHING fabulous people the manager was a wonderful man so is his employees thank you I am very happy with my vehicle and would definitely come back again

Very quick turnaround, but not thorough with the workmanship, we have to bring the car back for some small things also the fan is making noise when it is running.
