Wonderful. Getting work on your vehicle done as a woman can be nerve-wracking, but I never once felt uncomfortable here.Mike at the front desk is wonderful and Dave my mechanic have never steered me wrong. Honest and trustworthy. They will not upsell you a bunch of thing you don't need.

Was recently charged 455$ to have my car towed 9 miles by this place and because I didn't have that much money they kept my car for 2 more days and charged me an additional 300$ to tow my car back to my apartment. Altogether to tow my car with this company cost me 755$ to have a car towed a total of 18 miles. If you enjoy being ripped off call them for a tow otherwise I would suggest you contact a different company.

Absolutely fabulous employees and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. Unfortunately couldn't fix my car because of tools they needed that they did not have I still definitely would recommend them to everyone

If zero stars was an option I would have selected it!!! Worst customer service ever!!! I was waiting for an estimate on brakes for my car and was totally ignored. To add insult to injury, I finally walked out and one of the workers had boxed my car in. Took him forever to move his car so I could leave this awful establishment.

I don t even want to give one star. I had to have my car towed from an unsafe location as instructed by the Rocky Hill police, so I had no choice but to use their towing service, which they have a contract with this company s towing. Straight off the bat, I was told I would have to pay $160 cash in order to have my car towed. First of all, hardly anyone has cash on hand nowadays. Second, I certainly didn t have that kind of money in general to even take out at an atm. So, the only positive is that the towing guy agreed to tow my car and let me pay the fee at a later date. Unfortunately, that later date was five days later. The communication from this company is practically nonexistent. If I hadn t called myself, I never would ve heard from anyone. When I did call, I was placed on long holds several times. When someone finally picked up, it wasn t even worth the brain cells it took to hold the conversation. I was told that they typically operate by appointment only, which does not make sense to me. Why have a contract with a police department for towing if you can t handle the work volume? The second time I called for an update because I rely heavily on my car for all of my transportation, as it is the only one I have. All I needed was a new tire, after all. When I finally got through to speak to someone, I was told that they hadn t even looked at my car yet and would do so that day. Another two days pass and I call, once again, only to be told that the order they placed for a new tire was never actually placed. So another day goes by, and I still have no updates. Eventually I am able to pick up my car, but only after I got no call updating me as such. I had to get this go-ahead myself. All in all, I do not recommend this establishment for any of your car needs. I ve never dealt with such an unprofessional group of people.Service: Auto tire replacement

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE I typically do all the work on my family s cars but due to my limited availability now, my mother in law brought her car here for an oil change and front brake pads since their prices seemed somewhat fair.After a couple months I had some time to do another routine oil change myself on the same car and noticed the oil drain plug was stripped from the time they changed the oil and was covered in RTV sealant to try and stop the obvious oil leak they created. This was never told to my mother in law.Also a couple days ago I had a change to finally put some new brake pads on the front and noticed that there was yet another stripped bolt with a coil that was never told to us.Moral of the story:This place uses air guns to tighten absolutely everything which causes bolts to strip and break on easy repairs and they cover it up very poorly without telling customers. Luckily I was able to resolve all issues myself but other customers that have less knowledge in automotive repair would be taken advantage of greatly and never even know it after bringing their car here.

I like those guys. I think they're honest and the work done to my cars in the past were very good.Pleasant people to deal with. Never had to go back because something was screwed up. Decent waiting area, pretty clean.

They only Towed My car 3 Miles and wouldn't take a Penny Less than 361$ all I Had was 360 and Made me pay The FULL AMT.THAT I HAD TO Borrow from my ride!!!

Got into a car accident the other night and was going to use my triple A to tow my vehicle but said that wasn't an option because he was already there. Tow guy proceeded to take me off the highway while speeding through the emergency lane and actually hit the guard rail. Picked up my vehicle the next day and was met by what I can only assume was the owner who collected the payment and charged me $382 to get my car off their lot for a car that had only been there less than 24 hours. Told me that he had hours posted that they weren't open on Saturdays but couldn't show me where after searching the whole shop. Also, had employees working in the shop on other vehicles with garage doors open and all. My experience was horrible.

Came here for emissions testing, everyone was very nice and friendly. The waiting area is very clean, and they treated everybody with respect.I personally dealt with Ethan, I came back a few days later to plug a tire. Ethan remembered me and my car, and took it into the shop in no time.This will be my new shop for anything service related, thank you to Ethan and crew for the fantastic service.Thanks!

They way I feel about this place not even 1 star is deserved.I got my car towed after a mix-up at the DMV at 2:30am. I ask the tow guy who supposedly was the owner to tow the car to are residence that was literally 5 minutes up the road with rude tone was told that I had to pay cash $110 who the hell carries cash these days, all I had was $60 he wouldn't take it the officer even asked him if he could kindly take me up the road. Instead this "owner" sped off leaving me walking home in the dark.. Customer service displayed by this man, simple human kindness completely gone! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We ve been trying to get our emissions for two days. Most places had one week wait time and others had their emission bays empty and only concerned with their paying customers. We called ahead and got right in. Thank you Ethan for helping us.

This shop is my go-to place for the majority of my auto repairs. When my 02 Silverado needed to go back into commuting duties, I had the guys do a full service going over with new brakes and tires. Found some broken lights and a few other things. They returned my truck ready to roll and no issues. The guys also work on my 94 Camaro and have always kept this car in top shape. Very happy to chat with Ethan too!

Always a pleasure. Tint guy next door is a Debbie downer so don't park on his 2 spaces he hardly uses. Other than that it's in and out with Mirabelli. Appreciate their great service.

Had a power steering pump and timing belt done on a Nissan Murano. Was more than $600.00 cheaper than the same service at my father's trusted mechanic, who he has been using for years. Service was done well and in a timely manner. I will be using them again in the future.

Biggest scumbags that i have EVER MET IN MY LIFE. The absolute disrespect and disregard to customers is completely unbelievable! I was towed to this yard without my knowledge, upon arriving they don't accept credit cards? SO now i had to go and get cash and they up charged me! The so called "owner" with red hair was the biggest waste of space i have ever met. Completely disrespecting the older women that was just trying to help someone. Overall i would rather be stranded on the side of the road for the rest of my life then EVER go or recommend ANYONE to go here. I hope this place is shut down soon.

I broke down on I 91 Pete towed me in and did a great job. Ethan the manager did a great job finding parts for the trailer. Suby worked hard to fix the trailer and get us back on our way to VA. Good honest business the works hard for their customers. Thanks guys!

Mirabelli's always gives no-nonsense assessments & quick, quality service. I have taken my car to them for years with various jobs - ranging from fast oil changes, quick emissions testing, brake work & larger issues. Vince & Ethan are consistently frank and honest with the work that needs to be done (and/or should be done), and they are priced competitively. I recommend Mirabelli Automotive highly.

Their website says they do exhaust work. I bring in my car thinking it would be a simple job for them. They get my car up on the lift, the guy looks at it for a few seconds, and then he comes back with "there's nothing we can do for you here..." He actually referred me to another business in Wethersfield. Pretty odd considering they claim to do "exhaust work". I have no idea if they really couldn't do the job or just didn't feel like working on a car as old as mine.

As a woman I gravitate toward expertice in automotive/motor vehicle repair and maintenance who also understand the importance of excellent hospitality and customer service. Quite a few years ago, now, I was just passing through the West Hartford, Newington area of Connecticut when I needed a hand with my "means of getting from point a to point b." Their comprehensive professional manner actually made me stop and think about this area to relocate to from Stockton, MA. I've been here ever since, happy as a clam, all these years, with Pete and His amazing crew. I love you. Thanks

Their white dump truck dumped rocks all over the highway, damaging my brand new car. After calling 6 times and leaving messages I finally spoke to a manager "Mike" who refused to acknowledge any responsibly for their mistake. He advised me to try and contact the police about the matter. The secretary told me this happens all the time and they can't keep everyone happy. How about you clowns make sure the loads are secure???? Now my car that was brand new had dents and dings down to the bare metal. Thanks!

I have never dealt with a more price gouging scummy group of people. They tried to charge me $309 for a 4 mile tow. The average tow everywhere else is about $125. These scumbags take advantage of a bad situation and they make it worse.

At Mirabelli's Automotive you will find friendly and honest automotive technicians. Their work is always top notch. I plan to travel back to Mirabelli's after I move out of the area. They also do towing should you ever have the need. Ethan mans the front desk in an efficient and friendly manor.

They're good mechanics but they're way too expensive wanted $95 just to look at my radiator to see if it needed antifreeze or if they if I needed thermostat just to look at it not to do any work
