It is the first time that I go to Cross and I can say that I am extremely grateful. I had to replace a part of the intake and other parts for my bus so that I could meet my emission test. During the process they were very nice to me and they always explained me well and at a reasonable price. Thank you Julie for your help and recommendations but above all for the treatment. If I had to return for something that my vehicle needs, I would definitely do it without thinking. Thanks for everything Cross!

Julie and the team at Cross Auto were very helpful in dealing with my Subaru. Between regular maintenance as well as helping to track down the mysterious squealing noise, they kept us updated all along the way. I've used them several times and feel they run an honest and fair shop.

Cross Auto and Tire knows how to take care of it's customers. Here's why -The transmission blew on my son's truck (F150) and I didn't know whether to go to the dealer or to Cross Auto - (Cross was recommended by a friend). Mike, Julie and their team were spot on. They got an estimate for a Jasper rebuilt transmission - (best price compared to dealership and TWO OTHER garages) and 3 days later transmission was in, warranty on the transmission and the work. Cross Auto wants to keep you coming back as a customer, hence the best in customer service and price. CALL Cross before you have work done anywhere.

I have used Cross Auto for some time on my cars. Julie has gone above and beyond researching issues and the most cost effective way to repair my vehicles. I feel they have given be honest advice when I've asked. I truly appreciate they way I'm treated when I walk through the doors. Would highly recommend them.

Recently visited Cross Automotive for a quick check up, Oil, lube, and filter on my vehicle. Upon arrival i was greeted almost immediately by a very kind staff member. They asked me how i was doing and proceeded to walk me into their waiting area where they told me they would pull my car into the service area and check my car over and come and talk to me before performing any services. Next, i was called up to talk and after giving some quick information i was informed on a couple things i was unaware of on my car. They told me i needed a few things as far as preventive maintenance and saftey and provided examples of how they would perform the services and examples of why my particular car needed them. The gentleman telling me this was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throuought the process. I ended up needing a few filters and needing brakes after they took my tires off for a tire rotation. He showed me what they look like on the car and that the brake pads were below a minimum. i then scheduled an appointment to have them replaced. In total i was there maybe 20-30 minutes with no appointment for the oil change. In short i would like to thank the young man i spoke with, Chris who was very knowledgeable. he walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable with my decisions! I will be going back for sure! Thank you Cross Auto!

The staff at Cross is the best! They're honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a business owner and they are always super accomadating to me. I rely on my truck for work. And they always get me in and out. It's a great gas station too. I asked them to bring in my favorite energy drink and it was there the next week. So if you like supporting local business and friendly people. This is the place for you.

I have been using Cross Auto and Tire for a while now and they do all of my maintenance and repairs. They have a car to lend for free which has allowed me to go to work while my car gets fixed! Knowledgeable and quick, I highly recommend them.

I have had Cross Auto and Tire take care of several issues I have had with both my work car and personal car. From oil changes to brakes to suspension and struts to tires, they have done a great job!

BEWARE! GET A SECOND OPINION!! They told me I needed a new radiator for $400 and it turned out I only needed the screw tightened that held the hose on to the radiator!!! That was several years ago and the radiator has been fine!!!!! That repair only cost $6 when they tried to get $400 !!

Love the Mobil station! I always smile while pumping my fuel and filling my tires with air! And the coffee is always hot and the people are friendly! Julie and Eli rock!
