Excellent place to repair your car.Over a year ago I took my Mercedes to Westport Auto Craft.After the repair, the first thing I did was to check the work down.Couldn't find any defect at all. I checked it in the shade and in the sun, different angles, and I couldn't find any difference front the area repaired to the factory painted areas. Perfect match!In September of 2022, I took the car to Europe. Here, I run over a rock and I bent the right front control arm. The part wasn't available here because Mercedes stopped making it. I called USA and no new parts were available there either, same reason. I couldn't find neither new nor used.This was a big problem, my car would be useless.So, I called Westport Auto Craft, my last hope at this Point.Mr. Martin, immediately agreed to help me out. He called some numbers and today I got the part. Used but looking like new, and came with extra suspension parts.He was very nice and I was impressed by his willingness to help.The best in workmanship, professionalism and willingness to help his clients.Ant�nio D. Westport Auto Craft is absolutely amazing. 100% recommend. I have brought two of my cars here for auto body repair and they have exceeded my expectations every time. I just got into a car accident in my Audi convertible and they fixed it perfectly. The car looks beautiful like nothing ever happened. I couldn t be happier. Went through this business after a car accident. They did a decent job with the repairs for the most part.Communication wasn t the best and they gave/continue giving me the run around about something that needs to be fixed in my trunk. I ve been waiting for this piece to come in since March now. Lol. I know it s not coming in, but I love calling in for Rob to act like he s calling Honda and then coming back with a bogus timeline.Now, my trunk shuts awkwardly, but what ever, I m not dealing with the hassle anymore. My car drives.. but if I pay for a complete service, I would like all of it done & for you guys to honor your promise of fixing my trunk the following week .Service: Body & Trim

My car needed to be painted in more than one area due to a minor accident. The service was outstanding. My car was finished within the week and the workmanship was impeccable. The service department is beyond excellent and the manager, Ron, pays attention to every detail personally. Without a doubt the best service and attention to detail. The work was top notch. My car needed a lot of collision work. It came out looking better than new. They are very efficent and most of all very honest. Rob, the owner, is on top of every job. Ron, his associate is right there to help and answer anything that you need to know. A great team. If you want the best for your car this is the place to go. I recommend them from my own experience and give them 5 stars.

Fanatic, obsessive perfection. I've brought various cars here for body work over the years. The experience is the same every time - no matter how big or small the damage, when they're done it's as if it had never happened. On top of that, the customer service is great. They go above and beyond to make it easy to get an estimate, drop off the car, and pick it up again when it's done (which is consistently when promised). They also have a great working relationship with all the big insurance companies, which also helps to make it a painless experience. Top-notch professionalism and complete dedication to craftsmanship.

I had a scratch and the color came out of my bumper. At first I thought that I needed a small body paint. I talked to Ron at Westport Auto Craft and he told me that I just needed a touch up. He advised me to go to Mercedes Benz and ask for touch up color and he will do for me for free. What a wonderful and honest person!Six months ago I saw a scratch on my car and went to Ron as well. He took the solution and cleaned that area. I realized then that I did not need any paint work. Ron did not charge me either.Thank you so much Ron. The auto business needs trust. Ron and Westport Auto Craft showed me that. I will absolutely go to him if I have problem or damage to my car.Service: Body & Trim

This place is awesome! I used them a few years when i was rear ended and it was quick and easy. My insurance company wanted them to repair a part that obviously needed to be fully replaced and took care of it completely without me having to deal with the insurance company. I was recently just involved in another accident in my new car and didn't hesitate to call them up to schedule the work.

We picked up our MBZ Wagon on Thursday and couldn t be happier with the repairs done on our rear bumper. The team at this shop is friendly, thorough and really focused on completing quality work. Amazing staff and quality work. I am new to the area and I am very pleased I decided to use them. I would recommend them to everyone. They were always eager to help and make the process easier on me. They made my car look brand new. They take great pride in their work and that is something you don t see much nowadays.

What an amazing shop - the work is superb, and the prices are excellent. I backed my brand new car into a pole and had to pay out-of-pocket for the repair. I therefore got quotes from six different shops on the area - WAC s price was fair, and the guys there didn t jerk me around or try to charge for any unnecessary extras (unlike some other nearby shops!!). When I picked up the car, it looked brand new once again - their work is meticulous, detailed-oriented and really beautiful. I m so pleased with the price and the end result. I highly recommend WAC!

BEWARE ! My auto insurance company referred me to westport auto craft to have my car repaired after an accident. Instead of finishing it in promised time of 1 week they took two weeks. Multiple calls to enquire went unanswered. When they gave the car back the camera on front fender was dislodged and car kept alarming. The center cap of wheel was missing.I had to take it back to get camera fixed. I will have to take it back when they get the center cap.Multiple trips to this auto shop, big nuisance and hassle. The persons are rude, unapologetic for their mistakes. They don t return calls. USE THEM ONLY IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE CONSTANT HEADACHE

I had the best ever experience at Westport Auto Craft!! They're honest and forthright! They told me the truth about whether my van was worth fixing and gave me an education about the auto body service industry. I highly recommend them and I am referring all my friends and family to them as well!! In fact, I just did that!!

I've been taking my cars to Rob and team for 20 years. I"m a good customer (3 teenagers) and have never had any reason to question the quality and cost of their work. And they've been an approved vendor for my insurance company all this time, so must be doing something right.

Was able to walk in without an appointment and get an estimate done in less than half hour. The parking is a bit of a situation, along with a fair amount of traffic, but that is the case in many of these places. One of the gentlemen even helped me pull out by signaling when the coast was clear.

Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble of everrr going to these "people". By far, worst shop experience EVER! I was unlucky to be hit by a 16 YEAR OLD TEXTING & DRIVING... These guys quoted me 4 days and took 3 WEEKS!! when I went to finally pick it up it was nowhere near ready! The back door wouldn't close, driver door wouldn't unlock, brakes completely gone, electric system totally SHOT! and now my check engine light is on when it never was before... they really should've been honest from start and said they couldn't do the job! DON'T TAKE ON A JOB YOU CAN'T DO!! COME ON, HAVE SOME SYMPATHY FOR THE CUSTOMER! I was in tears when i got my car back.. Literally bawling. These guys really should go out of business for the sake of the community. .. I should've gone to A.C. Auto Body in New Canaan where they're always honest and always do a great job! Now, after going through this crappy Westport auto craft, I appreciate more than ever the work these GOOD auto bodies do. Overall, I would never recommend them... I would've PAID to not give them my car.. All from the crap "affiliated list" this guilty party's Chubb insurance gave me...

Excellent customer service, great auto body work, fair prices, worked easily with insurance, kept us in the loop, and were just nice to us throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!!!

Constant run around, excuse after excuse, never called back, waited 6 weeks and have finally given up trying to book my car in. Holding a check for $7K from my insurance. Don t hold your breath.

I think the convenience of this place is keeping them alive. I just don't like feeling as though I'm putting these guys out when I show up for an appt. I don't need to force them to take my money. Go anywhere else.
