Amazing service 10/10 I ve brought many cars to them over the years all high end stuff from my Alpina to my SLS AMG, these guys are awesome, highly skilled and trained. Some of the best mechanics in the tri state. Highly recommend for all your BMW / Mercedes / Audi needs.

Terrible experience wouldn t recommend to anyone, got a flat tire called these people for a tow to my job and once tow truck arrived about 2 hours later got my car on flat bed and tow Truck broke down with my car on it then had to wait for there service tech to come down to fix the tow truck on the side of the road mean while the driver that came to get had he s kid with him at work which isn t professional at all then finally arrived at my location hours later the driver asked me to get on the car and drive it off he was a heavy set person so couldn t really fit in my car anyways with he instructing me to back up he didn t fully release one of the many hooks they strapped to the car so it doesn t move and the hook went threw my radiator making a huge mess after this happen the driver said it wasn t he s fault even thou he was the one that set the car up on the flat bed now contacting this business to explain the situation spoke with someone named frank and he said he would take care of everything this all happen on 12/8/2023 I contacted many times and no answer from his cell or business then finally he picked up after many calls and said it would be order and will be at my job 12/18/2023 10 days later which by the way doesn t take 10 days to get a radiator he promised it will be here by 10am this morning and when I called he s not in today and doesn t pick up the phone I contacted the police to get this and will be showing up too his business to cover what I had to order because they can t keep the word for a customer again wouldn t use this company at all they weren t professional at all with me and even on the phone when they did pick up wasted no longer than a min on the phone with me they don t care so I don t care anymore this business is bad and the owner reflects on his workers won t be having my business anymore goodRiddance

I desperately needed new brakes and could not get an appointment with a mechanic I trusted anywhere for 2 weeks. I was recommended Quality Towing & Auto Repair and they were incredible!! I called them the day before and was able to get in to have my brakes changed. I had a great experience that was seamlessly smooth, and quick. The staff there is professional, and knowledgeable, and delivers great customer service! I highly recommend and will be back to use them again.

Got into an accident on a Friday in June 2016 and because the car was so badly damaged, the police had to call a tow truck. This is where my nightmare began. This company ended being the tow company that came out and while talking to the co-owner Frank Jr. and him telling me that he could repair my car better than before the accident, he seemed really cool and a good person to do business with; WRONG!! Both owners Frank Sr. and his son Frank Jr. are liars! They are a bunch of con artists at best. Spoke with Frank Jr. the day of the accident and he told me how he would be able to repair my car in 2 weeks at most and that he fought with insurance companies so that he could get OEM parts put on any car he repaired. LIES, LIES, LIES!!Once he got my business he threw me to the wolves. Frank Jr. and his father Frank Sr. did not start working on my car until 3 weeks after the accident, didn't even have any of my parts at the shop... I went by there every few days to check the progress of my car and for 3 straight weeks my car stayed at the back UN-REPAIRED. During the time there my car was side swiped on the gas tank (because they had it cramped tight and were moving cars in and out), and my roof was damaged! There was a giant dent in my roof and even dented in my sunroof. The worst part of this all was that they held my car for 3 weeks before even starting repairs on my car and my insurance would not extend my rental past 30 days. after a huge argument about my additional damages at their shop and my rental extension, the cops were called (by them) but because of the cops I was able to get them to promise (with the police officers as witnesses) to repair all my additional damages and pay for my rental past the 30 day deadline as long as they had it. To this day however, my sunroof is still misaligned...Fast forward to August 10th, 2016, 2 full months after my accident, my car was finally finished with the repairs at their shop.... 2 FULL MONTHS and they still did a horrible job! Repaired (if you could call it that) my car with Non-CAPA parts (front bumper, which does not align right as shown in pictures) and a cheap axle that caused my steering wheel to shake while driving (Even had my wheels balanced and the shake was still there, only had a shake after their repair).After getting my car, I finally found time to take off my bumper because they did not properly install my D2S HID bulbs and I was absolutely floored by their "repair" job. I added pictures but this is beyond anything that a "Professional" body shop can claim as their work.They drilled multiple holes into my bumper to hide from the fact that they did not properly repair my car (Pictures below) so that they could get it to line up. My bumper no longer aligns with my car and actually pokes out on the driver's side.They used washers to align my fender instead of properly repairing the area so that it would align right. They also omitted to install bolts on my fender because they still couldn't get it to line up because of their poor workmanship. Due to this poor workmanship of installing my passenger side fender, my passenger door rubs the fender every time the door is opened and this has caused the paint to rub off on the edge of the door (Shown in pictures below), this will surely cause rusting during these winter months. I have tried to paint it with touch up paint but it just gets rubbed right off again.Another thing that they did a horrible job at was my paint! In all honesty I could have probably did a similar job and I suck at painting... There are multiple spots of running paint (Roof edges, fender, bumper) and there is even a lot of orange peel in my paint on my lower bumper corner. The worst part of this all was their blending job and their paint quality!!! their paint is actually duller than my OEM paint and you can actually see where their paint meets my OEM paint (Pictures will show them).STAY AWAY FROM Quality Towing & Auto Repair!! THEIR WORK SUCKS! THE OWNERS ARE BUNCH OF LIARS WHO COULD NOT FULFILL MANY OF THEIR PROMISES TO ME!!

This is THE best towing company I have ever worked with. Frank went beyond helping me with my work van, from towing it to a tire company to staying with me the ENTIRE time! Took us to go to TWO different tire company s then when the tires wouldn t fit he took my van to his company and cut the rims till they fit. This guy was literally a blessing from above and I can t recommend his service enough!!!! YES YES YES!!! Contact them and they will give u the best service in ct.Services: Car towing, Tire change

Amazing service and honest to the core!! I went here to get my engine checked, because I was told by a different mechanic shop that I needed a new one. Talk to the owner and happened to only be a cylinder issue. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with kas. Gained a customer for life definitely recommend.

When you think of towing you think of something that is unpleasant but necessary. But like any well run business, it s a people thing. We were in an accident that required towing. Eric on the tow side went out of his way to explain the process and make us comfortable. Kas from the shop management only wanted to make sure that we were ok and comfortable while we sorted out the process and waited for a ride. He even kept his office open so that we didn t have to wait outside in the dark. People who behave like that are people you can trust. Highly recommended.Service: Car towing

After taking our vehicle to the Lexus dealer for an oil change and assessment, I was very pleased with professionalism, quality, timeliness and price that they performed the needed front brake rotors and pads replacement on my Lexus GS350. Cas seems to be very knowledgeable and straight shooter. They previously did a good job tuning up my wife s Jeep - having never run smoother.

Back in 2017 I got in an accident and my car was towed here. They had my car for almost two months before the repairs were finished. The rear tire was crooked when they finally got it back to me. I just brought my car to a legitimate mechanic who after looking at the job they did said it was completely butchered. Welded in the wrong place, crooked, and still damaged. I didn't notice this was a problem, and the consequence was burning through tires. The worst part is that they received a whopping 5K+ from the insurance company for the job, and they didn't fix it. So, because they cut corners, I need to pay for a repair out of pocket that should have been done right the first time. Not to mention, the manager told me the car would be done 100% one day in the evening. So I arraigned to arrive there after work to pick it up, only to be frantically told that it wasn't ready a half hour before hand. Got stranded in Westport because of that. All-in-all sluggish turn around, lack of honesty, and a poor result with quality of work.

Quality service from quality people! Frank and his team are top notch pros that go the extra mile to get the job done quickly ,correctly and at reasonable prices. My car was in distress, and they got me back on the road under an hour. Fantastic work ethic, a can do attitude, Westport is lucky to Frank, Kas, and an auto repair shop like Quality.Services: Car towing, Tire change

Today was the second time I had to get help from Quality & these guys are really great! Both guys that helped me, today was Scott, were professional, kind & respectful. Being a woman by herself needing help, you never know what kind of person is going to be sent - both times I was quite impressed with the gentlemen & did not feel intimidated or that I was being spoken down to in any way!!!!Highly Recommend!!!!!!Service: Battery

Absolutely worse! Got into a car accident and my car was brought here. Items were stolen out of car. They denied everything but they steal. If I can do it again, definitely would not bring my car here.

I'm in Connecticut on business and was on my way home to NJ for the weekend when my radiator blew on the highway. Limped the car to Quality and the owner Kas got right to work on my vehicle. Fast friendly service at a fair price. These folks got me back on the road in a couple hours. Absolute rock stars!

Stay far away from this company they're as shady as can be. They over charged us about 100 bucks. I called them up and he said to come down they'll take care of it. As soon as we arrived they tired to scam us once more with shady charges saying that they will refund 35 dollars to us. He never even allowed us to speak he just tried to force the money on us. No customer service skill Very rude guys. The owner the. became very hostile with me flashing his hands about while my daughter was in my hands then threaten to call the cops when I demanded the proper refund. He also kept the first receipt because it would be proof of their false charges. At the end then refunded the right amount but not before I was disrespected and lied too. But i have a photo copy of the original receipt. Very unprofessional bunch, worst at what they do. And I will pursue legal action against them can't Imagine how many people they scam daily.

Kas is amazing! He is always so accommodating and so fair on price. He always takes our cars in right away and deals with everything so fast. It s rare to find service like this and to deal directly with the owner is hard to find. We highly recommend him for any auto repairs or tire needs.

I would like to say my experience with Quality Towing was outstanding. I was traveling from out of town to visit my family and my car broke down. I quickly searched for a towing company and Quality Towing came up. They came out quickly to help tow my car and they brought my car back to their shop which they repaired very quickly to get me back on the road in no time. I want to thank the driver Dillon and the owner Frank for handling my car issues with ease!!

This company towed my wife's truck after she was in a front end collision. After a week of dealing with insurance company's lawyers and everyone else she went to retrieve her things and meet with The other party's insurance adjuster to receive a check and collector things. This tow company was very rude to my wife and threatened to have her arrested for touching our truck and taking our belongings out of it. Poor quality, terrible people, horrible manners, good luck... And for such a beautiful town I can't believe they allow this business to run there....Service: Car towing

Bunch of con artists trying to intimidate you with rude behavior and rob you off. If you had an accident near Westport on I-95 police calls these people to tow your car. Unless you had to work with them, stay away from these people. Take a look at the older reviews, they are either 5 or 1 stars. It makes you believe that 5 star reviews are must be written by their friends etc.Service: Car towing

EXCELLENT. It ain't fancy, but that is exactly what I like so much about this shop. They worked on my Audi A3 not to long ago and most recently converted the air suspension system to coil/shocks on my full size Supercharged Range Rover on the fly, no appointment. The only technician I have dealt with is Caz. He is a straight shooter, forthright, knowledgeable and considerate. His work is careful and impeccable and the best part, reasonable and will work with you. If you didn't have a great experience your first visit and voiced it here, give them a second chance. Thanks guys!

My car smoked on I-95 near Fairfield. I initially called a company named Fairfield Tow Trucks , but Quality Towing & Auto Repair showed up. The driver Frank initially offered $200 for towing to my place in New Haven (around 26 miles). Because it was at 5:30pm Saturday (all mechanics are closed), it makes sense to me to use their shop to repair my car for the save of both towing fees and convenience. But he charged me the same $200 for only 7 miles. No receipt. Cash only. It was late Saturday and I had no other choices but to go with them. After learning more about towing regulations in Connecticut, I questioned him about this when I picked my car. However, he ate his words and said that he usually would charge people $300-400 for a tow to New Haven.I wrote down all the symptoms when I dropped off my car. Two days later, they claimed the causes were found & fixed, and charged me $600 for only replacing three ignition coils + spark plugs. After driving away for less than 10 minutes, the same problems showed up again. I immediately called them and told the situation. To my shock, they said that the car was okay when I left their shop and the guy called Kas didn t know what I did to my car within that 10 minutes. They insisted that it should be considered as new problems and would charge me again for any additional work. After negotiating with them on the phone over several minutes, he suddenly told me to get online using my smart phone and learn more about cars before talking with him.I was able to drive my car at least for a little bit at their shop but not now. It is likely that I could have saved my car if they were able to find the right causes of the problems. Unfortunately, after additional driving under the still wrong condition, the cylinder head and gasket are now both badly damaged. (their diagnosis did not mention to me any other wrong parts, except the three ignition coils and associated plugs).The most disgusting and shameless mechanics I ever know.

We were told a tow truck would come in 20 minutes but it took an hour.The man who arrived to change our tire was incredibly rude. His answers to questions were curt and he seemed bothered by having to answer them. When asked if he could check the air pressure in our tire he said he didn't have time but after we insisted, for our safety, he reluctantly checked it.

A disgrace and embarrassment of a company. The absolute worse experience I have ever had. They were unable to communicate with us for over 3 months, and my grandfather had no idea what they were doing with his car until we involved the authorities and Allstate insurance to force them to call us back and give us information. I pray that nobody else ever has to deal with these people. They are clueless and extremely unprofessional.

I was in a accident and I got my car towed and the tow company that was called by the Westport police department was quality towing the driver Bryan was great and very help full. When I got back to there shop Bryan detected me to speak to frank Jr. Or Sr. Told me they we the owners. I loved the fact that they were a family owned business every one there is eather a cousin or brother. They had me fill out some paper work and even arranged a rental car for me after talking with my insurance company I decided to do the work with them. I got my car back on time it looked like brand new and they even detailed the car when they were done. I will upload pics when I have some extra time from when the car was smashed to when I got it back but I give this shop a AAAA++++++++ there service was very fast and great turnout

Excellent service! Broke down on the Merritt Parkway, called for a tow and the driver arrived within 30 minutes and towed my car to the Ford dealer in Norwalk. Great prices, great service, would highly recommend!

I was near by and I see the guy who "owns" the place getting into some sports cars that were just dropped off for some work. I know they aren't his because he drives his girlfriends Altima to work with no A/C and a spare on the front. He gets in each one after letting them run for 2 minutes then full throttle out of the parking lot. Every single car that was considered a sports car was abused. He ADMITTED to doing so, he also posts it on his YOUTUBE CHANNEL claiming they're his. What a poser.Service: Tire change
