I had an amazing experience at maserati of westport. Shaun Riley was my sales person who I must say, he is honest, humble, straight forward,a down to earth man. If I could post a zero star, I would! I purchased a brand new Maserati Levante approximately four months ago and have been experiencing technical issues with the radio only a month after purchasing. I called Maserati Westport to schedule an appointment to rectify the issue. I spoke with Pleuret in service and was told that they do not offer loaners to customers that did not purchase the vehicle from their location. I proceeded to ask why and was told it was company policy with no further explanation. I went on the express my frustration regarding the issue with the radio so early on in owning the vehicle. I was rudely and abruptly interrupted and was told you are not my client and not my problem. I ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and disregard to a matter in my life. I then proceeded to ask to speak with his manager and he refused and hung up on me.

Only giving this 1 star because the manager that we eventually spoke with was decent and understanding. Otherwise, this dealership's customer service gets -2. Pleurat, specifically, was one of the most disrespectful service members we've ever exchanged words with. We purchased a Levante in Fort Lauderdale, Florida 4 months ago and have been experiencing radio issues ever since. This would be the second time we need to bring the car out of our way to figure out the issue, (despite being told that Maserati's are infamous for having technical issues). He went on to inform us that we are "not his problem" as we did not purchase from them directly so they cannot provide a loaner vehicle. No further explanation was provided despite us requesting more information regarding this policy. After asking to speak with a manager, the call was ended mid-sentence. Perhaps Pleurat is good at his profession in car service but a word of advice - this man should stay off the phones and isolated from communicating with customers entirely. He single-handedly tarnished our desire to purchase a second Maserati.

My wife, Maria, and I just purchased a 2020 Maserati Ghibli on Tues. March 30th. We drove from N.J. to Westport to first meet our Sales Rep. Shaun Riley who we had only spoken to over the phone. What a gentlemen!!! Shaun was truly a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely direct and honest with respect to the financial dealings but, more importantly, truly concerned about our being completely satisfied all around. My wife and I have bought many cars over the years but I have to say this experience was truly the very best!!! Shaun is truly the utmost professional and is TOPS in our book. Additionally, the showroom in Westport is beautiful. We love the car and have to say, without a doubt, it was the most pleasurable car buying experience ever.

Amazing experience for my first car purchase!!! Shaun Riley was very helpful, patient, and dedicated time throughout the process. Miller Motor cars establishment was very clean and up to date with protocols.They were very welcoming and attentive. I called Maserati of Westport to inquire about some vehicles listed on their website and that is when I first had the good fortune to speak to Shaun. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles, financing and all other aspects in buying a new or pre-owned vehicle, he was a kind gentleman who quickly turned into someone I felt not only that I could trust, but was actually concerned more with what was best for me and not necessarily what would yield him the highest sale. Shaun painlessly is walked me through from the test drive to handing me the keys to my first Maserati Ghibli with a smile on both our faces. The showroom was impeccably clean and beautiful and everyone I encountered were just happy to help in any way they could. This was truly the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. Highly recommended!!

Eric Goldstein was responsive and informative in our email communications prior to my visit to the dealership, and once we were there, was patient and competent and helpful; Eric made the experience easy and pressure-free. His colleagues at the dealership all pitched in and helped -- they have a really nice team mentality at this place (which is not always the case at dealerships).

He was great.. walked me through the entire process with ease and was very knowledgeable about Maserati product lines...explained everything i needed to know. Had a great experience with Peter at Maserati Westport. He listened carefully to our very specific requests and worked diligently to track down the perfect car (and was very patient as our wish list evolved). We were considering other brands, but Peter didn't try any of the stunts dealers often pull to keep us in the door. He encouraged us to explore our options and just made sure our questions were answered. In the end, we pulled the trigger on a Ghibli and have been very pleased with our choice. Since the purchase, Pete has continued to check in to make sure that everything continues to go well with the car.

We purchased a new Levante from Alex and the experience was terrific. Everyone was very nice and helpful and made sure the experience was comfortable and without pressure. Tons of follow up to ensure everything was going well. Car is great and plan to do all of the service there as well. Highly recommended!

I attempted to buy a car here without luckThe process started relatively well with a test drive and the salesman s technical knowledge was fine. I am a former BTCC driver which I never disclose. The difficulties started when trying to actually make the purchase which should have been simple as I had already decided to go ahead. I could not however get a price from the salesman. Their ultimate failure as a sales organization manifested itself when I called him to enquire as to the price and he entirely ignored the call and did not make the effort to call back. Deal over at that point and they lost out. I subsequently bought a more expensive alternate brand.

Highly recommend Shima Fukano. If you're interested in buying, this is the guy you want to go to. I had no interested in a Maserati and he sold me--not as a salesman--but because he truly lives and breathes it. It's rare to find someone who truly loves the craftsmanship of a vehicle, and who's so knowledgeable on his product. Truly respectable, I definitely recommend!

Dealership is not helpful when you have problems with your car (and you will have them the product is terrible) and has no record keeping system. I had to prove various things through emails and documents with members of their own staff to prove certain things were stated or purchased through them otherwise they would have tried to charge me for them. I would avoid this dealership and all the Miller Motor Cars dealerships.

We leased our second Maserati this past week and worked with Shima Fukano.Shima is extremely knowledgeable about the product and the process. The paperwork was completed in a reasonable period of time and he spent the necessary time needed showing us all the new technology.The entire experience was a pleasure.We would recommend Maserati of Westport and Shima Fukano to everyone.Hedy Bush

We live in NY but made the drive to Westport. Alex and the staff of Maserati Westport made the trip worthwhile!!! Far superior customer service than Wide World Maserati which is where we have purchased previously.
