Every time we drop a car off it feels like we are working with family. Their work is thorough, always at a fair price and comes with a detailed explanation. We re so glad to be taken care of here and highly recommend. Truly nice guys every single time.

As someone else wrote in their review - outstanding in every sense! J&J recently worked on my 2003 Jaguar S-Type and you can feel their passion for cars (and Jaguars for that matter). J & J Car Care Center has helped my entire family, extended family, my children for many, many years. Even when they moved to a new location all of their clients followed them, our family members included. There really is no other automotive center that gives their kind of attention to caring service and friendliness. They know how to care for a car. They always give good advice and they want to make the best appointments for you. The company is owned and operated by a group of lifelong friends in Westport, CT. J & J Car Care Center owners and operators are truly the "Physicians to the Cars!"

Had my car serviced at dealership for over a week. Problem not fixed. Also was quoted big money (as usual) for additional problems they found wrong with the car. Co worker told me to bring to J&J. They fixed the original issue in less than an hour and laughed at the dealership list I was quoted.These guys are outstanding. Highly recommend.
