"Total Class" should be the name of Miller Motors. The personal approach from a high integrity business like Miller Motors cannot be underestimated. I came to buy a car and left with both the car and also a friend. Sales Specialist, Shuan did everything to give me the best deal possible and arrange the exact car I wanted.� Shuan changed the usually difficult and stressful experience of buying a car into a seamless, no pressure process right up to the final delivery of my car.� He was available 24/7; I never saw anyone work as hard. Even the General Manager, Tim checked in from time to time to make sure everything was ok and to personally say thank you when I bought the car. Their total and sincere customer focus was outstanding.To add a little anecdotal background, I was buying a car as a surprise gift and I wasn't sure what would be the final color, model or even the brand but I needed to have a physical car for the surprise. Although it was understood that there was always a chance I could end up buying a different brand from another dealer,� Shuan supported me over many months to plan and then even arrange a loaner car for the surprise. He did everything but put the red bow on the car. Shuan made it happen, and I ended up buying the car.

Just picked up my new Stelvio yesterday and turned in my lease Giulia. Shaun and the whole team at Alfa of Westport are amazing. I cannot say enough kind words about them. I was able to conduct the deal with Shaun via email and then just show up to a hassle free process. Shaun has a ton of integrity, is kind and friendly, as is the entire team and everyone was very personable. After a very unpleasant experience with 3 different dealers (not Westport) when leasing my Giulia a few years back, the Westport team made this a night and day experience. I'm 1 - 1.5 hours from several Alfa Romeo dealers and would happily return to Westport for my next purchase. I've driven 10 hours to pick up a car before, and wouldn't hesitate to do the same to purchase from the team at Alfa Romeo of Westport.If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle now or in the futureI wouldn't even think about going to another dealer... Shaun and the team at Westport is an experience that can't be beat.

This team at Alfa of Westport is amazing. I cannot say enough kind words about them. I have a Quadrifoglio and just leased a giulia from the for my son. In Sales, Tim and Shaun are amazing, Hector gets a special shout out for his ability to read a customers distress and easily explain what is going on with your car and he really makes you feel like family.Recently, while having the oil changed, I actually got to meet the "tech" who works on my car (Flo) and even he was nice, he shook my hand (he took his rubber glove off and yes, they used gloves while working on the car).Next time you are in the market for a luxury car, you can drive past Mercedes or BMW and just pull into Maserati/Alfa of Westport and ask for Shaun... Tell him Jason sent you in ;)

I just want to thank Alfa Romeo of Westport and, especially, Shaun. He single-handedly elevated my baseline standards when shopping around auto dealerships in the future.It was, TRULY, an experience working with the people at ARoW.Everything from the initial greeting/attentiveness from the front desk receptionist, consultation, paperwork, to driving off with my new Stelvio, was as smooth as can be. They are professionals! My husband got a flat while traveling to see family in connecticut with his Giulia. We had taken out the extra tire protection when the lease had started, so I started googling where the nearest dealer was, and as luck would have it, Alfa Romeo of Westport was 7 minutes away. He walked in, and explained what happened. They offered him an espresso and told them the tire was in stock and they d fix it right away. 20 minutes later, he called to tell me while he killing time, walking around, and he saw the stelvio he loved and FaceTimed me. Our lease was up in a month or two, so we had discussed in passing what we would do he said he was going to ask some details while he waited and we could maybe figure it out once he got home the next morning. He was never pressured, or approached about trading in his lease .they were just so nice about the tire, he figured, why not? He walked into Shaun s office and an hour later, my husband called, and said he was so impressed with the service and the way he was treated he loved the stelvio, and said the deal was great if we should go for it. I said absolutely and before we knew it .Shaun was emailing me and getting all the details taken care of. Except for one thing .we lived in nj, and since it was later in the day, the car wouldn t be ready until the following afternoon. Shaun let us know it was no problem at all, and he would personally deliver the car to us and pick up the giulia. Let me tell you the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, Shaun got into the stelvio and endured rush hour holiday traffic and brought that stelvio to our doorstep. He brought any remaining paperwork, and we signed the documents at our dining room table, talking about our kids and soccer. Shaun was a kind salesman who went above and beyond to help someone who just walked in with a flat tire .to deliver us the stelvio my husband had been eyeing. Sometimes I guess it s luck and timing .and I m so glad of all the places for my husband to get a flat, it happened when and where it did. The whole staff at the Westport Alfa Romeo was stellar esp Shaun Riley! Poor man didn t get home until midnight and we appreciate everything he did for us to turn a stressful flat into a completely stress-free car leasing experience! Thank you for everything!

Shaun Riley at Alfa of Westport made my lease experience incredibly easy. I was in a rush to get out of the car I had, and Shaun did everything he could to help turn around a lease for a new Giulia in a day. I test drove the car on Thursday afternoon, and drove it home on Friday evening. I'm thrilled with the car, the price, and the overall experience. Dan Mota gave me a great price for my trade in, and I look forward to coming back for that Aston Martin next time around.

As both a new resident of Weston/Westport and new driver (hello, city transplant!) I couldn't have asked for a better experience selecting our fabulous new Alfa Stelvio. It's perfection. Specialist Shaun Riley met us at the door, and walked us through everything, answered all questions thoughtfully and made sure we were comfortable with our decision AND every step of the process. Overall more than happy with the service i received from Shaun C. Riley and the team. From the minute i requested information on the vehicle to the minute i left with my Alfa Romeo 2022. The Receptionist was also very welcoming to my family. If i would of known about this dealer 3 Years ago when I wanted the Maserati, this is where i would of came. I 100% recommended shopping here for your next vehicle.

I just had the most positive car buying experience ever at Alfa Romeo of Westport. I purchased a 2022 Stelvio and traded in my Land Rover. I have been trying to pick a new car for over a year. Land Rover in Fairfield was dismissive and completely uninterested in my business even though I was a current owner, and customer. I first met with Robert over a year ago and came back to the Stelvio after looking at many other vehicles. There was never a hard sell, nor was there irritation at my lengthy decision-making process. I am glad I waited, because I am happy with the trim improvements this year. Once I made a decision, I was given a fair trade in on my current vehicle, completed financing and picked up the car all within 24 hours. The pick up process was a breeze. I am happily driving my new car and would highly recommend Robert and the team at Alfa Romeo of Westport.

We Leased an Alfa Romeo 2021 Stelvio and we are very satisfied.Shawn was so professional , Polite and fair. He explained the contract so well and pointed out all the details we needed to know, Which he also did in the car before we left the Lot, He even showed us where to store the cell phone .We also met Tim the Manager and he congratulated us and said welcome to the family which we liked. John and the Alfa Romeo service team were excellent! I had my Alfa 4c Spider serviced there and they were very honest and detailed. I felt extremely comfortable having them service my 4c as with other dealers i felt nervous. I did this during the Covid 19 outbreak and they provided all the protection to make me feel comfortable. They inspected car upon arrival and car was returned sanitized.

I recently worked with Shaun Riley at Alfa Romeo of Westport. I couldn t be happier he really bent over backwards to get me into my new Stelvio. Not only is he extremely professional but fun to work with. Also the dealership is extremely clean and do all they can to make you feel comfortable and safe with Covid protocols. I was experiencing issues with my Stelvio and took it to this dealership for service after having a not so great experience at another dealership closer to home.Hector the service manager patiently sat with me listened to and noted my concerns. He then went on to explain in detail what may be causing the issues. So were just based on the nature of the car others actually needed to be fixed.He keep my car for a few days and would notify me of progress and any additional issues that popped up.Even though this dealership is about 1 hour from my house, I'd drive there willingly to have my car service.Thanks you Hector and team for a job well done!!

I purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this pristine, modern Miller Motorcars dealership a few weeks ago. I began researching and thinking about the Stelvio in late 2018, walked into the Alfa Romeo dealership in Westport one day and was greeted by Robert Duggan. I had no appointment but it didn't matter. He was gracious and patient as he explained the differences in models and features, and offered to take me for a test-drive. After the test drive he went over pricing and a lease special they had running. There was no hard sell. I told him I had to think about it as I wasn't sure I was ready to buy. He was absolutely respectful of that and gave me his card and offered to answer any questions I had in the future. I remembered that experience and when I was ready to actually purchase a new car 6 months later I immediately emailed him and he was equally helpful. Initially they did not have the exact car I wanted in stock. Robert went out of his way to help source the car I wanted as far away as Pennsylvania. Unfortunately that dealership (Brown-Daub in Easton PA) was a bit shady and after telling me the car was available told Robert it had been sold and then again told me it was available if I purchased it directly from them. As an aside, Fiat Chrysler should do a better job ensuring its dealerships cooperated with each other (and penalize those that do not). I finally decided on a car Robert had in stock and made the purchase. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Robert explained everything about the car in great detail. He answered every question and ensured that the car we received was spotless. This was easily the most pleasant car-buying experience I ever had and much of that is due to Robert and the Alfa Romeo team in Westport. Hats off to you and I look forward to many future car purchases!

My experience at Miller Motorcars was fantastic, to say the least. My salesperson, Shima, made the whole experience easy and stress free. He knew everything there was to know about each vehicle on the lot and could answer all of my questions. Finding the most suitable vehicle for my specific needs became very easy with his guidance and expertise. When we test drove my Alfa Romeo, Shima was awesome and let me experience all the vehicle had to offer. When we first arrived at the dealership, my husband and I were treated like royalty. We weren't bombarded by sales people like we were at other dealers. Everyone was respectful and seemed to take pride in their work. The energy in the building was incredible. I've never had an experience like this at any other dealer or with any other salesperson. That's probably the reason I left with a brand new beautiful SUV. Im so happy I stopped by! Thanks Shima!

Nice selection of cars, I expressed to them how interested I was in buying, they set me up with a rookie who was in his 2nd week selling cars, I saw the other sales people watching with grins on their faces as this guy blew the sale, stuck my head into the managers office to thank him for wasting my time, he tried to get me back in, never again
