The facility is very clean and the employees are intelligent and helpful. The work was completed quickly and at a fair price. Everything you would expect in a family owned and operated business.

Ran over some paint a few weeks back. Went to get some info on how to remove the dried paint I ran over the night befor. They where so helpful and informative. They do both mechanical and body work at this location. The owners are great and very nice and helpful. I felt very welcome since day 1 of bringing my truck here.

I made an appointment for service. The lady at the counter was very pleasant.I had my oil changed and was out quickly. Decent price, they gave me a military discount!

Just got my car back from Superior and am extremely pleased with the results. My car had been backed into and was there for damage done in that accident. The repair was impeccable. Other cosmetic work on the car was also well done. Tom Sr. and Tom Jr are very attentive to details and a pleasure to work with. They went beyond expectation by detailing the inside and returning my car in "new" condition. I was amazed at the results of Superior Auto s 12-Step finish renewal on my 2015 Honda Civic. I have decided that this reliable 6 year old car is a keeper and want to maintain it for the long haul. The cleaning and polishing of ALL the exterior took close to a full day. When I got the car back, the finish shined like it just came out of the factory. It was well worth the modest investment for me. Please note that this process addressed most scratches and brightened the overall dullness of the finish but some deep pits from stone hits are still visible. Tom the owner, can also offer a wealth of auto related advice and services. I am indeed a happy customer.Service: Body & Trim

My wife took my 2019 F350 to Superior for an estimate on some scrape damage to passengers side. That was Monday morning 8 days ago. Said he would call with estimate in few hours. Waited till Sat. Called to inquire. They took her info again. Few days since. Still no call back. Terrible service. Cannot recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using Superior Auto for auto body work for years. They are absolute pros, know exactly what they are doing, know how long it will take, and keep you posted along the way. I brought my car in after there was water damage to my carpet from a flood. And they were fabulous, they took care of my car within a week, removing the carpet, airing out my car, cleaning the interior before placing the new carpet in, and detailing it! They kept me in the loop and worked with my auto insurance. They were awesome!

This Father/Son (2nd and 3rd generation owners) and their team took my real-ended, borderline total, Highlander and made it look brand new. What made them "Superior" to me, though, was their honesty, openness, concern, communication, caring...the human touch. I was referred to Superior Auto from my insurance company for body work following an accident. Tom the manager was very professional. The work was perfect and completed on time. The team at Superior Auto did a wonderful job fixing our Pathfinder! It looks like new! Really appreciated their effort to keep our cost down. I was blown away by how great the car looked inside and out when we picked it up. They really impressed me!

Got side swiped and took my car to get fixed at Superior Auto. They were kind, well priced, handled it directly with my auto insurer, and had my car back to me lookin' like new in no time. Not to mention, they returned the car back to me looking cleaner inside than when I gave it to them. Thanks!

Strongly recommend. Very nice service and they made sure to correct a minor issue after I picked up the vehicle without any hassle. I would take my car here again should I ever need body work done.

Just picked up my car after it needing some TLC. Overall, the process was as good as it can possibly be. Insurance on the other hand was a headache itself. My car is a 2019 and looks just like it did the moment I picked it up from the dealership. Tom & staff thank you sincerely for taking this claim over. making it as smooth as it could be & for getting my Rouge in beautiful shape. I live here in town so, it was a no brainer to come here. I did call another local shop in town and never received a call back. Tom & staff were always accommodating. They answered or returned calls within minutes. Customer service was top notch here. Thanks again

My Nissan Versa was hit by a tree limb and suffered extensive damage, including structural issues. Tom and the staff did a wonderful, thorough job on the car, restoring it to mint condition. You couldn't even tell that it had been hit. Also, they left the car in immaculate condition. I will definitely return to Superior Auto for anything similar in the future and highly recommend their services.

+Truly appreciated the help this guy gave me, even though he could not fix my car. But he told me EXACTLY what I needed, and printed out a sheet with all of the related parts, on which he highlighted the ones I would need to order. I gave it to my own regular mechanic, who had everything the next day. Charged me nothing for his excellent info. I would go back in a minute.

Great bunch of guys. If you get in an accident or have any exterior scratches they will take good care of the vehicle. Very fair when it comes to accident damage and working with insurance companies.
