We needed a battery the day before we had to leave for a new job in our RV. The owner answered all our questions and got the right RV battery for us. I paid and my husband was able to pick it up quickly. Thanks!!

The owner Jeff and his employee Raul were amazing. They adjusted our trailer hitch after some scary moments and my husband and I feel so much safer now. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you gentlemen!

We had a spring bolt snap on the rear axle of our DRV Toy Hauler during our drive home to Dallas from Cape Cod. Fortunately for us this happened only a few miles from Good Times. We unhooked and drove over to buy a bolt so we could tow the trailer back to their shop.After inspecting the rest of our suspension they discovered that other components were also badly worn and potentially on the verge of failing. They determined that the Lippert suspension on our DRV Full House had been installed incorrectly at the factory and that it hadn't been properly greased. Obviously I was pissed at DRV & Lippert as well as our local trailer repair shop that had inspected our suspension just last year.Since we live in our RV full time and were 1600 miles from home, Jeff let us stay in the RV while he, Alex and team fought with almost everyone to get a new Mor-Ryde suspension and other parts shipped in as quickly as possible.Jeff ran into several issues where suppliers couldn't get the required parts to us for weeks which wouldn't work for us as we had to be home within 14 days. Jeff found different suppliers and worked through numerous shipping issues to get us back on the road within 1 week.As you would expect, the 5th wheel pulled much much better on the way home. I really wish Jeff's shop was a lot closer to home as there are a few other things on this DRV JX450 Full House that need work. I would absolutely trust Jeff and his team to make quality repairs!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They squeezed me in when they were very busy since my slide was sticking, and we couldn't trust it. They are very professional and personable, ordering parts and scheduling the repair for next week. When no-one else cares if you are living in your RV and something major doesn't work, they do care and will do whatever they can.

Thank you to Jeff, Russ, Alex & team for all the expert inspection, minor repairs, toad towing installation and patiently explaining the complexities of 'our new to us' motorhome. We had an awesome trip out West! Highly recommend this RV repair shop!

I bought a Class A, 42 footer RV last summer. It had some issues. The guys (and lady) have been amazing to work with and the quality has been hands down above anything I'd get anywhere else. Russ, Emily, Aaron, Patrick and Sean have been amazing, easy to work with, creative to get things done and have now turned into friends. They also have the best upholsterer on the shoreline - Donnie. The quality never goes unnoticed by friends, family and strangers that we take through the coach to see the work Donnie has done. A great group of people!Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

We were really in trouble when we contacted Good Times RV. We are full time in our RV. Our only bed in our A Class is electrically lowered from the ceiling and a staff member at Cummins NJ had attempted to lower it with the lock pins in place and when we lowered the bed it fell into the lounge area.When I described the problem to Good Times RV over the phone their tech new exactly what had happened. They booked us in quickly and fixed the bed in double quick time.Not only that their upholstery specialist custom made curtains for us overnight. Amazing skills. Amazing service. Thank you Good Times RV

Over promise and under delivery they did. calls rarely returned. appointing for January 20th and it was done 78 days later. pathetic. He did not even know how to program a 4 button thermostat. thank God Russ had shown me 2 years ago what to do. They love to blame the x employees too. felt like my bill was a Ransome note to get my class A back. The work was just wrong. wrong size solar panels. wrong brackets and placement- All by the owners decision. .Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I wanted to take a moment and brag about this company. We went camping to our normal place, Hammonnassett Beach State Park. We have had several issues with our camper which we purchased brand new in 2018 and have only used a total of about 10 times. We were looking forward to a great weekend with good weather. Unfortunately our camper main slide to get in would not open. My husband contacted the dealership we had gotten it from who basically did nothing for us, couldn't send anyone out, and told us they hoped we got it fixed because they were closed for the Holiday weekend.We googled and found Good Times RV a short distance away. It just so happened that one of their service techs was at the park helping someone else. He came to our site and we were amazed how he fit on top of the closed slide out. He diagnosed what the problem was and let me just say, he did his best to help us but the problem was more intense. He went above and beyond to help us and we were so much more than grateful.My husband spoke to the owner and did tell him that the tech went above and beyond but I want to tell the whole world how awesome this young man was. He definitely knows his RV stuff that's for sure.We ended up not camping for the weekend and our camper went back once again to the dealership who will hopefully fix it correctly this time around, especially since we through the "lawyer" at them.This young man is an asset to the company. I know if we or our friends or family have any future RV issues we will most definitely contact Good Times RV. This business is personable and goes above and beyond to help the customer. They deserve more than 5 stars, they deserve a million.Thank you once again for the effort put in to try to help us. We are so grateful for you.

I I needed a water pump for my RV while camping at Hammonasset State Park, when I entered the facility the people inside were very friendly and very helpful in fact after I bought the pump for excellent price he gave me all kinds of parts to take with me in case I needed them along with a $250 plus tool to crimp the waterlines, when I asked him if he wanted a deposit or my license he said no I trust you. This is a good old fashion company with great values and very helpful and community oriented I recommend them to anyone.Greg Harpin

We found our RV shower with water gushing out on the floor during the first day of our two-week road trip. After I removed the access panel, I discovered a broken shower drain pipe. I googled several businesses nearby and was very fortunate to find Good Times RV. This is a family-owned business, both the receptionist and the owner are very nice. The owner has many years of experience with RV repairs and is an RV owner himself. Although they had a lot of work, he was kind enough to squeeze us in. We are extremely grateful for that. He replaced our broken pipe in 30 mins and the charge was super reasonable. I don't usually write reviews; however, we had such a wonderful experience there and I want to let others know. They deserve more than five stars!!!!!!

Promised 3 weeks took 3 months, Jeff gave us a long line of BS, for poor quality work, workers left muddy foot prints and parts that were never put back into place. Poor customer service.

i damaged the right rear part of my rv along the the aweing needed to be replaced i through that the damage was be on repair but the good people fixed it up and it looks like new they did a excellent job and the office person was alot of help its a good place to take your rv

When my front AC unit died, I called Jeff to see if it could be repaired. He "no problem!". That was great news since all my RV friends said it would have to be replaced since nobody fixes Coleman Mach8 units. We were traveling in our small travel trailer and had a water pipe bust. They gave us advice and a small part that might help for free! We did end up having to go to Lowes to finally fix it, but the guys at Good Times talking him through a few things really helped.

The staff is great and so willing to help and explain repairs. My service�appointment was done sooner than expected and LESS than quoted! This doesn't happen very�often but when it does, it is appreciated. We are now a lifelong customer.

Jeff and the staff at good times rv are wonderful! Very accommodating to do everything they can to get your camper back on the road. Highly recommend these guys, Jeff and Russ are so knowledgeable about every aspect of fixing whatevers broken.
