I needed a new tire and rim for my 2023 Highlander after a road hazard incident. They were delivered early the next day and installed on my vehicle in less than 24 hours from my initial service visit. The customer service was excellent. Toyota s well known superior parts availability and distribution system rang true again. My Highlander was back on the road at 100% in the shortest time possible.

I brought 2 cars to Hoffman Toyota in Avon CT for service. Alexandra helped immediately with the issues for both cars. She was friendly, professional and thoughtful about all of the items for both cars that needed attention. The service was amazing. I was also treated with great kindness. Landen was also instrumental in helping resolve all of the issues ( even minor annoying issues like resetting the clock in what was my late Fathers Highlander). I really felt like they cared. I also spoke with the mechanic Brian who was very helpful and clearly a seasoned professional mechanic who knew these cars inside and out.Thank you for a great service experience!

Patrick is a super service advisor at Hoffman.He understood my service need, and he took the time to explain what needed to done and also listened to what I was willing to do with my 21 year old Tacoma.In the end I felt that there was good communication and understanding, and alsofelt we were both satisfied with how this service was handled from a customer and the Hoffman service department representative relationship.MRB

I really was pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the service I received at Hoffman Toyota. The person who attended to me was very nice and helpful. The service was great too. Thank you Hoffman Toyota for fixing my car.

Hoffman Toyota refused to complete safety-related vehicle recall work on my truck s trailer wiring harness. I bought the truck new from a Toyota dealer with the hitch installed, and Hoffman won t fix it, because they say it s an aftermarket hitch. The recall clearly covers hitches installed by Toyota dealers, so I don t see why Hoffman is unwilling to do safety recall work. Pretty disappointed.

Patrick and the Hoffman Toyota service team were amazing. I had a flat tire at the close of business. They took me in and set up tire replacement the next morning. I was so relieved and thankful that they dropped what they were doing to help me out in a tough situation. Thank you!

I'm not sure I would come back here. I made an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday (35K service which is just a tire rotation and inspection, and yo check my dash display). I dropped off the car the night before. After not receiving a notification in the morning, I called the service department. They said they would call me back. At 1015 I came in after not hearing back. They had not started on my car and told me they had left me a message. It turns out they dialed the wrong number. They then said that there were no notes from when I made the appointment and that they needed my approval to start. The service person said the computers were slow and doors don't open. They noted that they often get feedback about poor communication from customer service. They have now wasted a good part of my day and it will be another 90 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager. They told me that there wasn't one in the service department on weekends. Why should I ever bring my car back to this service center if they equipment is in disrepair, they don't communicate, and their management team isn't available?

Taking my Toyota Rav4 in for a safty check before leaving on a cross country trip. My visit was anything but routine. Nick 's greeting was just what I needed. This was the 3rd time in the 3 years I requested the hood latch be checked. While driving I would suddenly notice my hood had begun to bounce a bit. I would pull over and slam it down,then go on my way. Every visit I was treated politely and given reassurance everything was fine. My instincts did not agree. Fast forward to my October 24,2023 visit to Hoffman Toyota.Being greeted by Nick had a completely different feel. As I made my request for safety check I begged him to take a close look at the hood latch. Having me get in the passenger seat Nick jumped into the driver's seat. He reviewed my list of concerns. As an after thought I asked if he might be able to get my GPS/MAPS working again. My arrival time was 10:15 am ~ my departure time was approximately 4 pm. Nick didn't give up on his quest to solve all my concerns. My appointment concluded with Nick informing me the "under side of the hood latch was completely RUSTED through!! They would order the part and an 11 appointment was scheduled for Friday October 27th.I hate to think what might have happened without Nick's dedication to his customers in giving his best to his job. Hoffman Toyota should be proud of Nick's professional ethics in giving his best in representing Hoffman.

Service was great, Patrick the service rep was very nice and answered all my questions, Hoffman takes care of their customers unlike the Toyota dealer in Middletown. I give Hoffman and Patrick a six star review.

Excellent customer service! Mike Fuhr is the service advisor I ve been dealing with for many years now if I need anything done to my 2009 Tacoma. Mike treats me like a friend not a customer! Hoffman Toyota is very fortunate to have Mike Fuhr as an employee! Give that man a pay increase!!

I brought my 2010 Prius in for a rear brake rotor and pad replacement. Landen was very helpful with my previous visit and once again helped me with this job. The parts department only had one rotor in stock which surprised me because this job was booked the preceding week. So he scrambled to help find another which extended my wait from 2 to 3 hours. He compensated my time with a nice discount. He kept me informed of the job s progress and frankly I would have taken my business elsewhere if not for him.Service: Brakes

Extremely dishonest. Huffman Toyota salespersons just want to rip off the people with no mercy at all. It is really a shame how people are selling their soul with for just couple of dollars there is no more dignity morality left over in this country.

I just had my 2023 RAV4 in for service. The vehicle was delivered with only one key due to supply chain issues (no reflection on Hoffman Toyota). When I got notice that the second key was now available, Hoffman Toyota was there to help. The work was performed quickly and professionally . I plan to have all my vehicle needs taken care of by Hoffman s! Thanks again

Top Notch Dealer with great people!Landon, Patrick, and some others I ve received respectful service from and all will attend to your concerns, along with recommendations if your vehicle requires it. This is the only Toyota Dealer I have all 3 of my Toyotas serviced. Brought in my Lexus rx350 f sport for some routine service. This place gave me the best dealership service I have ever experienced! Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, polite and their techs do a phenomenal job. Waiting area is clean and bright. They also have a great coffee machine! WiFi is available so you can get some work done while you wait. Ask for Mike or Landon. Replaced frame and several engine related components. Service was complete, and thorough. Explanation of work required and recommended, as well as work completed was detailed such that there were no concerns on my part Hoffman service reps were polite and made sure I was onboard with everything.
