Lou and Mike are stand up guys. If you want to buy a car without all the hidden fees and hassle come here. They will also negotiate a bit too if it makes sense. The customer service I received was great too!

When I was around 22yrs old I purchased my second car from them and now being 30 I came back to purchase another vehicle for my growing family. They are truly the best and will work with you as much as possible to get you into something available. They are all the absolute best, I always pass out their business cards or just spread the word because it is very rare to find an excellent used dealership.

100% recommended! I took a flight from Miami to West Heaven to pick up my FJ Cruiser. The owners, Lou and Mike, personally assisted me excellent people. Many thanks for all the support and attention.They arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport, invited me to lunch (one of the best subs I've ever had). I genuinely have to recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to feel at home. The owners are super friendly and transparent with information. The condition of the vehicle matched exactly what they described and showed in the photos.As a bonus, Lou gave me a recommendation to try the best pizza in the United States. Tonight, I'll find out if it's true! Haha.Thanks, Lou. I hope we can do business again in the future. Cheers!

Both Mike and Lou were fantastic I bought a 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser in very good shape for the year. Despite interested buyers in other states calling them while I was in the middle of test driving, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision on the spot. Ultimately, I decided on the first visit to go forward with the purchase not only because the car was in very good condition, but because they were helpful, genuine and honest. That continued throughout the process, which ended up taking a week and a half for various reasons due to issues on my end, not theirs. I would and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality cars without breaking the bank.

Outstanding place!! Louie is fantastic. Just purchased an 06 f150. Beautiful truck. Louie went through the entire truck. Fixed some minor problems and the truck was ready a week later. The guys at York are outstanding! Very honest and down to earth. Not trying to screw anyone like other places. Very honest guys. If you need a car, go to York auto. I recommend them100%. Thank you York !!!

I purchased a 2008 Prius from York Auto on 9/23/2020. A month and over 100 miles later I'm still very happy with the purchase. Lou and Mike were great to work with, and Lou was happy to review the things that are "odd" about a Prius, like the engine shutting off at traffic lights, which helped the transition to my first hybrid a lot easier.

I looked extensively for the best used car deal I could find for my 16 yo daughter. We were on a very tight budget. I found a 2010 Elantra at York. I visited Lou on a Saturday after hours as he politely offered to stay after closing to show me the car. Lou was a great person not a car salesman but a genuine person. He understood my concerns about a first car for a teen driver. He assured me the car was a safe vehicle and that he would go through the car to be 100% sure. I bought the car with complete confidence. Mike handled the paperwork and the transaction was seamless. Great gem this place is. My daughter is very happy. Thank you Lou and Mike for your genuine integrity and politeness.

They sell junk! I bought a car two months ago and it already went dead. They just try to make cars look good for sales. They spray painted my hood that was missing paint.They don t clean them or put gas in them. They ll ignore your calls and e-mails. I don t recommend this dealer.

If you're scrolling & wondering if you should choose York Auto....this is your sign that YES you should! I came across a Ford E-250 they had that I had been looking for on Carfax. I called & was able to test drive it the same day! Mike, Lou & the crew at York are honest & dependable! I told them I had intentions for LOTS of driving & they went above & beyond to make sure my van was in tip top shape to hit the road! A week later & a couple hundred miles in & I am VERY happy with my purchase & service I received here! It is clean, in great condition & runs like new! Everyone is friendly & you're not just another sale here! If I ever need anything with my van or another vehicle I will for sure go back & will recommend to all my friends & family!

Hands down the best car buying experience we've had! Mike was very honest and reasonable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He, unlike many used car dealerships, was not out to take advantage of people, and I left knowing I got a great deal on my trade-in! 100% recommend this place to anyone thinking about buying a used car.

This was my second time buying a used vehicle from a dealer and the first time I wasn't robbed and sold a complete lemon! The owners were very nice and helpful. I was able to look at and test drive the car alone, without distraction and even they came down on the price a couple hundred bucks (even though I would have paid full asking price!).. They dont have a big selection, but the vehicles are of good quality. I've driven the car a couple thousand miles so far and never once felt any kind of buyers remorse. I am very happy and next time I'm looking for a vehicle, they will probably be the first place I go looking, now that they've earned my trust!!!

The guys at York Auto are informative, kind and made purchasing my car easy. They have a great inventory of well-maintained used cars and when I found one I wanted, they gave me a fair price with no fuss or pressure. I ve bought used cars before and I can honestly say my experience at York stands out as one of the easiest and most comfortable. No games or hard sell tactics. I would highly recommend.

I bought a used car from Mike and Lou partly because they have the best reviews online. When I took the car to an independent mechanic for an inspection he was very impressed by the condition the car was in. My sense is that Mike and Lou are very honest and treat customers well, unlike other dealerships they don't try to take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about cars. I will update the review once I have driven the car for a few months.

Mike the owner is a very honest man. And that is very rare to find at a Used Auto shop. I was gonna buy a truck from him and we were all set to pickup the truck the next day. He called me later that day and told me about a couple of leaks he noticed when he was preparing the truck for me. He actually called me and informed me that he just noticed the minimal leak. He gave me sometime to speak with my family about the issue. I ended up getting a Hyundai Sante Fe in stead of the SUV I originally looking at cause of the leak issue. My Hyundai rides like it is still brand new at a great price. They finance at York Auto also, so it was quick and easy. Getting to the point, Most Used car dealers would of just let me buy the SUV that had issues and would of never said anything about a leak. So if you want a nice car at a decent price I recommend York Auto Sales. And I want to thank everyone for such a good job on helping me find a reliable vehicle so I can get to work even in bad weather conditions. I work at a hospital so regardless how bad the weather is I still have to get to work and Mike was able to satisfy my need for a good AWD SUV.

York Auto Sales has AMAZING customer service. As a new driver, the search for a new car has been horrific but I m glad I i came across them. The prices of purchasing was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the car was in tip top shape. I couldn t have gone to a better place for my first car!

They tow my car from last night accident. Person name Mike he told me to paid only cash. I try to pay by phone and they charge extra $25 by credit. They are worst service he abused by phone.

Recently purchased a car from here and had a great experience all around. Very welcoming relaxed atmosphere never felt pressured. They helped me to get financing and made the entire process a breeze. York auto is the best! I've had then do work for me a few times and I am 1,000% pleased. They take their time to explain everything and they do what they say they're going to do. I've received nothing but professionalism from everybody who works there especially Jay & Bob. I will not bring my business anywhere else but here! If you're looking for true professionals, this is the place to go to. I recommend them highly!

Purchased a Kia Sorento today. Great customer service and very honest. My vehicle is used but looks brand spanking new, one prior owner who took great care of it. They gave me the Carfax to prove there were no major issues. And it really helped that my registration and insurance was done right there no DMV hassle! I would highly recommend if you're looking for quality and a good price.

I called yesterday with a question and Mike was so efficient with information. I received a private loan with no hassle and I drove off in my car today. Mike and Louie get things done, their mechanic Enoque went on the test drive, and knowing he been there for 15 years gave me more confidence. I am pleased don't hesitate to go here people.
