Extremely unprofessional business. Called to inquire about a specific tire size. When I asked about the tire size, the response I was given was what about it ? NEVER EXPERIENCED A RESPONSE LIKE THAT! I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone. This business needs to be evaluated from top to bottom. No Manager nor Area Manager or Director cares how they are conducting business there.

My favorite place for tire replacement and oil changes. They also do various other car works for a very, very reasonable price. You don't have to fear being ripped off at Walmart Auto Care centers. I hope they will extend their services in the future.

The lady that helped me was great. Nice friendly and informative. She told me about a 3 1/2 hour wait. But hopefully sooner. After waiting 3 hours. I was told they couldn t get my tire off. So I asked how do I get my tire off and the guy just shrugged his shoulders.I left and looked at my tire. Absolutely nothing was different about it. Not even a finger snug on the chrome.I went around the corner to a regular tire shop and they had my tire off in less than a minute.

Hit or miss. Some of the front desk people are rude , which is usually the case. I usually walk out pretty frustrated which is why I avoid going there if I have to. I went for tire install on Sunday , 7am. They couldn t find my appointment. They didn t have one tire. The front desk was apologetic and courteous which helped tremendously. The guy showed me where the app was saying one tire was out of stock once they found my order/appointment but a phone call would have helped prior to traveling there. The gentleman s service was way better than any service received there EVER. He had to be management.

Horrible customer service ! Made multiple installation appointments for them to be cancelled and no one could tell me why. Supervisor needs more training. I basically was told to take my tires and get them serviced elsewhere which I was going to do !

CHEAPER isnt always better. Absolutely WORST place. I will NEVER again purchase tires and attempt to work with walmart auto center. I have had my tires sitting in the back of my car for over a week. I scheduled an appointment and when i arrived was told they did not have me scheduled despite having the confirmation and then when they attempted they were unable to. i went in the next day and was made to wait an hour where they then proceeded to tell me they could not take the tire off and the bolts were cross threaded. I explained they are not because this is a problem i had previously paid to have fixed with my last tire installation-and two lug nuts are smaller than the others. the gentleman did not even attempt to look. After going by AGAIN today i am leaving once again with the tires in back of my car instead of on. and they want me to return again tomorrow! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. unpleasant staff. I will be returning these tires and just taking my business back to town fair tire because i have never had an issue with them. cheaper isnt always better.

I only needed windshield wipers. That was a process the store price verse shop price. They made seem like go around and someone would put them on. Only to be told its a 30-45 minute wait. Autozone 3min.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It took them 2 hours to change my tires and then 45 minutes just waiting for my keys. Everyone is unhelpful and unprofessional. Will jot be going back.

Great price for oil change. Get there early on Saturday, since it gets busy as soon as it opens.

I went in needing to get a replacement for my warrantied battery that went bad. It took almost an hour. The man working behind the counter told me it would take about 10 minutes to get to helping me.He was dismissive to several other customers that came in even when they were asking for simple things. He spent more time telling people why he couldn't do something than it would have taken him to help them.There were a lot of unsatisfied customers. I know i won't be going back to this location. Maybe Walmart should increase their staff at the auto desk to improve customer satisfaction.

I was a long time West Haven resident. Last year moved to Derby. I still go back to Walmart in West Haven. I've tried Walmart in Milford and was unhappy with the service. Actually had to go back the one time I switched to Milford because the tech didn't tightened my lug nuts enough and my tire was wobbling. That was two years ago. George in West Haven is awesome. Friendly, helpful and always has a smile. 3 months ago I went for an oil change and was longer than usual but I figured they were short staffed due to covid. Going this morning. Will give an update on service as far as time.

Went in to inquire about tires. They had a limited stock. The rep then showed me how to order excatly what I was looking for on their website and send it straight to the tire shop. Ended up saving me a lot of money. Not the best option if you need tires right now but well worth it if you can wait a few days... Will update after I have the tires installed.

Went in to have auto battery replaced. They had the battery at very good price which included installation. My battery is located under the floor in back seat interior . I was in and out in 35 minutes. What a great job by very friendly and knowledgeable people.

At 9:30 in the morning, the west haven facility didn't have the tires that I needed. The clerk offered to give me the number to the milford facility, which I declined. When I got back to my car, I dialled the number to milford myself. They never picked up. I went to Town Fair Tire.

I must say that the Auto Care Center of West Haven went above and beyond. The employees there are courteous and willing to explain anything. I had a lot of questions. And they had the knowledge to answer them thoroughly. Thank you.

This review is for MILFORD CT.I needed a battery,was told they didnt have it but gave me the phone number for the next store. I was hung up on after 22mins and was told by the crew here to drive up and purchase it and bring it back and they would install it here.I purchased it and wasnt even asked if I wanted to install it....Back to Milford, Im waiting and dont think itll be long. This group is awesome. Thanks so much.

Great care from George in auto dept. my husband bout tires there. One hubcap fell off. When he went back to have lug nuts checked, he told them bout the hubcap. He was told sorry bout they could not help him.I spoke to miquel. He stated he would talk to his supervisorand get back to me. I am still waiting on his call back.I called the store back. Gentleman who answered the phone knew of this situation and put George on the phone. It took two minutes for him to tell me how to get the hubcap and that they would refund me.Thank you George and to the employee who knew my husband issue.

I m November I purchased four new tires. A few weeks later I had a bubble in one and another was flat. Purchase two more tires. Literally a couple weeks later two more tires are flat. Purchase two more tires. Today guess what? Another flat. These are supposedly quality Goodyear tires. Not to mention everytime I go the service desk is unattended and to cash out takes an hour. DO NOT GO HERE. In fact go anywhere but Walmart.

I got there at 1 pm to get 2 new tires, but they were on a lunch break so i jad to wat 1 hr 30 min for them to get back. After they did get back, i was made to wait another 2 hours. Then when they finally talked to me their word were, "We close at 5."

Took my car for an oil change after 45 minutes of waiting the mechanics came to tell me that the drain plug was damaged. I have never had an oil leak before going to Walmart, now there is an oil leak the check engine light is now on and they have the nerve to tell me I have to replace the oil pan and produce a receipt that it was replaced before I can do another oil change with them. When they were the ones who messed up my oil pan. And to top it off the young man who dealt with me was very disrespectful. If my car was leaking oil before I bought it there they would not touch my car so they were the ones that damaged my oil pan. I am so mad right now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO WALMART IN WEST HAVEN..

Absolutely either understaffed or lazy employees! Simple oil change!!!!!! Nope, I will take my business elsewhere. Splash Car Washes offer 10 minute oil changes from the time you check in!

Its unbelievable how are they treat their customers, also the desk serving is the slowest service you will have ever seen I spent more than 15 mins waiting the desk man to just give me my service while just one people were in front of me. It was my first time and it's totally going to be the last one. RECOMMENDATIONS DONT EVER WASTE TIME WITH THIS STORE ..Ny visit was 6/9/2017

Just got a flat tire on a Sunday and the only tire shop open is this place. Sadly I have been calling them repeatedly and no one is answering the phone. I have very little faith that they will be able to help us if they can't even answer the phone during posted open business hours. Taking my business elsewhere.

There was no one in the service desk, there were two people in the back having a conversation. I waited for about 3 min, I had to call out to them and they lady came out looking extremely irritated because I stopped her from gossiping. She said someone would be right with me. I mean I don't know what her job is, she was at the autocare center.

Worst place ever, for anything done a car, you wait for ever literally no joke, I went in for an oil change and had to wait for 2 1/2 hrs, cause 2 or three of the techs left, leaving 2 techs to work on about 14 or 15 vehicles, the guy at the counter is slower than the word slow, he's always away from the counter doin lord knows what, then claims to be doin a lot ahum' never again will I go to that Walmart, because even inside the shelves are always almost bare of items, the place is always a mess, there's more stuff on the floor than on the shelves or on the racks, I don't know how it remains open, never again.....
