This place is absolutely phenomenal. They are specialists in Toyota s cars. I went there this morning to fix the Fuel Gauge and Uzun beyond fixed it perfectly, they fix other issue without I asked and he didn t want to charge it. They really are GREAT HONEST people. What more can I ask for? I highly recommend them to ANYBODY. Thank you very much!

Mr. Uzun was very patient, caring, and honest during the entire process of vehicle selection and test drive. He was not pushy like a traditional car salesman. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Uzun was truthful and a man of great character and integrity. He was accommodating to me and my family and was very fair. I will be sure to bring my new Prius and other family car to him from now on for service. Facts:1- Bought the car (2009 prius) on March 2020 with 147k millage on it, as a person who is a new commer& immigrant to the US.2- I have got the service (oil change and rotation) done by NJ Toyota dealerships every 5k millage, in other words every month.3- My primary source of income/ job is a driver for the last 3 years; 2 of which is drive share (uber).4-Never got stranded on the road. The only exeption was the time that I reverse jump started the car . Fortunately I only had to get changed my fuse box.5- Travelled to Chicago, Illinois anf Michigan sevaral times.6- Prius is literally a truck when u put down the back seats.7- The millage is 277k now.8- I m done with Toyota dealers. I ll drive up to Mr. Uzun s dealership for any services from now on.9- I got recommended for 3k $ maintenance for the car by top notch customer service award winning Toyota dealerships in NJ, send the list of recommended services which I ll share below, to Mr. Uzun via Whatsapp.10- He tells me to bring the car to the shop the next day. My car was back on the road within 1,5 hours. Costing me only 400$!!!!11- The car has been upgraded to a D segment from C, no noise at all, even raced with a Supra on my way back to NJ.Conclusion;1- Best toad trip of my life.2- I ll see him, The Prius Doctor!!!!, for anything from now on.3- Go figure

absolutely amazing business top to bottom, always finding ways to help out and go above and beyond for customers. i purchased the best car i have ever owned from Mr. Uzun just about 5 years ago, and even since, i have found reliable and trustworthy service there. prices are better than anyone else in the area by a huge margin, and they've always worked with my busy schedule as a new parent. can't recommend them enough!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My boyfriends daughter lives in New Haven. We re in Minnesota and when she was looking for a car to purchase we were worried as it is her first time buying one by herself. She did her research by reviews and discovered Uzun Auto and bought a car from him. 3 months later we came to help her move and her headlights were acting up. We both are handy but had no tools with us. We took it to Uzun and finally got to meet this man she really thought a lot of. He fixed both headlights and we had a very nice chat about all the work he does on the cars before he sells them. He also showed us the underside with the catalytic theft deterrent he puts on his cars. When we were leaving we know she and her family are in good hands with Uzun. We told her that he knows more about Toyotas than most dealerships and to take her car only there to get repaired if needed. He is an honest, wickedly smart, fair, polite and knowledgeable man. This business has earned all the positive reviews by taking the time with each customer and if you want to pay a fair price for a car just look at what he has on his lot. Guys like him are one in a million.

Really helpful and amazing service! Car broke down down the street and they helped us get it to their place and went above and beyond to get the part we needed. Free coffee and tea was great as well :)

Uzun was great! I was having issues getting my car started and I gave them a call to see if I could swing by and have it checked out. I was able to come by the same day and he was able to check my car out. Was able to find and get a part ordered for me and gave me a fair price for the help/service! Would definitely recommend!

I went to Uzun Auto for the first time to inspect the car I was buying. It was a recommendation from a friend, and what a recommendation! Uzun was extremely professional, but at the same time he made me feel safe. Uzun was very careful in giving me all the information about the car, and I didn t feel diminished/patronized at any moment (I m a woman, the seller was a man). When he recognized the friend that came with me was Turkish, we basically became friends. I always take my car there now, his price is super affordable and his kindness is very welcoming. I definitely recommend this place, mostly for students and women. I know how hard it is to find a place we feel we re not being scammed, since I ve had car for almost 10 years by know. But Uzun manages to do that!

Found Uzun by looking for a car on FB, and so happy we did. We have been going to him for 3 years now and he is very skilled and knowledgeable. He has always been reliable, honest, reasonable, and kind. So they don t replace tires, but I blew a tire on the highway right before their exit and had no spare, but made it there to ask if they could do anything to help (I didn t know they didn t do that), but he never even told me that he doesn t or wouldn t. They were so friendly, and weren t going to leave me stranded. They went above and beyond to get me a tire, and help me out. If you re looking for a used car, I would definitely go there, because they re super friendly, fair, and trustworthy.

This is exactly what I had been looking and hoping for in a mechanic - knows everything about my specific car (Prius 2010), honest about what they can do, actively teaches me, and very reasonably priced! I'd gone to a brake shop and they messed it up on accident, then a Toyota dealership and felt there was a lot of insincere politeness and overselling (while also making the problem worse). Here, they fixed the problem for 1/4 of the price and said not to pay them until I was sure it worked! They even gave me their own personal car to drive 10 minutes home. It was an exceptional experience and I'll be a loyal customer from now on!

This is my first and absolutely delightful experience with a used car dealership. These guys are absolutely trustworthy and offer an excellent service. No matter how busy it gets, they are always attentive and listen to your concerns. I once drained my battery, they drove out and jump-started the car free of charge. Would have loved to rate them beyond five stars!

I've been using Uzun Auto for the last three years and love it! Haven't found anyone who can beat their prices. Family-owned, super friendly service, always take the time to patiently explain the work they do on my car, and teach me how to better take care of it. Having a car mechanic you can trust saves SO much time, money and concerns!

Could not love these guys more. Bought a 2008 prius there ~3 years ago, got a really good price and they've given me great deals and amazing service ever since- both my car and my wife's toyota. just a really nice family businesses, super low-key and casual, really friendly and really fair. absolutely will go the extra mile on little things like tires, oil changes, etc.

Excellent service! Honest, very fair pricing, very thorough work. Saturday was my first visit for a repair. The owner was trustworthy and friendly, repair was done perfectly and quickly, and at a price that was much less than I expected! I could not be happier! I highly recommend Uzun Auto to anyone and everyone! 5 stars all the way, in every way.

First of all I bought my ever first car (Toyota prius) from this dealer. The owner of the shop is so polite, reliable and helpful. The prices are reasonable, also he was very kind to prepare all of the documents. I highly recommend this place.

This guy is a true master at his craft. After bringing our 2007 Prius to a Toyota dealership for many years, this place is legitimately 10% the price for someone who is a true wizard at keeping the old hybrids alive.

Blown away. We had brake issues with our Prius and were charged thousands by other garages who failed to fix it. Not only did this guy fix it, he did it for half the price we were quoted elsewhere, promised a refund if it doesn t stay fixed and even let us borrow his car. He also took the time to explain everything. Uzun is now our preferred garage.

Great service. Got a flat tire on the highway and stumbled into Uzun out of luck. I was in and out in 30 minutes and at an extremely reasonable price. I explained the rush I was in and the father (owner, I believe) did everything he could to accommodate. Would recommend them to anyone - very nice and courteous.

If you need a reliable, honest, trustworthy, and capable mechanic for your car, you will not find a better place than Uzun Auto Sales & Service. They are doing the American small business dream with character and integrity. Give them a try. I drive 25 miles because I trust them completely.
