Eric treated us very well and he was very knowledgeable and professional. The team did a great job working on my car as well. I am very pleased with their service

I suggest making sure you know what you have to pay before hand cause I was told one price one day and a different price when they finished. VERY DISORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL... Said I would just have to pay for balance and that's like 14$, somehow it was 43$. Mind you I left my tire to get fixed I called to pick it up and when I got there they couldn't do my tire made 0 sense why not call and inform me. Just a very unorganized unprofessional experience I do not suggest this location at all!

I would recommend Town Fair Tire in West Haven, Ct I have been coming here for several years, this year I had some problems with my rims and tires because the rims are aluminum. Adam the Manager was very professional and patient took time to get to the root of the problem.Thank you Adam and his Staff. It's difficult to find someone who you can depend on
