I recently needed a tow truck for a car that is very special to me. After calling multiple places in the area I chose Soli's garage. The reason for my choice was that Vic (owner) answered the phone promptly and politely. He is a professional in his field and honest in his explanation of the services he provides. They are fully insured and comply with all state laws regarding every aspect of towing, including pricing! Will recommend and use again should the need arise. Thank you all for a job well done.

One of the best and most honest and gentleman around and mechanic shops in the county. I have dealt with this garage on multiple occasion and even purchased a vehicle from him! My vehicle is always ready by days end and I am always happy with repairs and service as simple as an oil change and tire rotation. Excellent customer service, superb staff members. I always receive an genuine and fair price and WILL NEVER bring my vehicle somewhere else!! Vic and his staff are amazing!!! I don't understand where all these NEGATIVE reviews have come from in the last week as Vic IS NOTHING LESS THAN AN SINCERE AND HONEST MAN BUSINESS OWNER. He is truly a man of credible integrity!!

I don't know where these recent reviews came from. I have known Vic @ Soli's Garage since 1998. Vic is the only mechanic I allow to service all my cars. I have had 5 cars since I knew him. He was always courteous, caring, & genuine. He is always sincere & reasonable with repair charges. Bottom line: I don't go anywhere else for my car needs.

I needed a trailer hitch installed ASAP, so I began calling around. Most said they won't install it, or couldn't do for a week later. Vic said he would do it first thing the next morning. He offered me a loaner car! Two hours later it was done perfectly and when I asked him how much he gave me a price almost half what Pep Boys wanted! Considering that 95% of his business is maintaining Police cruisers it's fair to say his reputation is excellent. I don't know what the negative reviews are about this was not the same guy I dealt with.

I have utilized this shop for the past two years. Vic runs and honest shop, and brings true integrity to the game! He team is top notch, polite, respectful and most importantly genuine. I never worry about my truck in his hands and would never let her be touched by anyone else. I know that each and every time, my vehicle receives stellar service, quick repair turnaround and very fair prices. I even have co-workers at Yale using him too and everyone is extremely happy.

Vic and his staff are AMAZING! He is one of the most honest people I have ever meet. Not only does he deliver quality service, but he is also trustworthy. This shop is a RARE GEM. Everyone is the shop, including the owner VIC have true integrity. The prices are great, the turn around is prompt, and I am always happy with the services provided. VIC KUDOS TO YOUR AND YOUR TEAM FOR LEADING BY EXAMPLE!!! HONEST, QUICK, AND PRICED RIGHT!!!!

I was in an accident on 95 in West Haven. I live 2.5 hours away in New Jersey. The state police had my vehicle towed to Soli's and I couldn't be more thankful.From start to finish they were helpful and considerate, the tow truck driver was incredibly friendly and helped a great deal with figuring out how I would get the 2 plus hours home that night.Vick was communicative and responsive as myself and my insurance adjusters worked to figure out the damage and coordinate getting the vehicle appraised and dealt with.Couldn't have been more lucky to have my truck towed to Soli's, living over 2 hours away made the accident even more stressful but Vick and his people made life as easy as they could. I am very appreciative

I truly reccomend Soli's Garage, the owner (Vic) answered the phone, very pleasant and knowledgeable, I needed a tow and he was there in 20 minutes. Had my car home in no time.Definitely give him 5 Stars, other times when I have use a different Garage I waited up to 2 hours. Thank You Vic.

Vik Soli is the only person I trust to take care of my car. He's friendly, takes the time to explain what the problem is, and most importantly, he's incredibly trustworthy.As a female, I always worry I'll get taken advantage of at the mechanics. Not with Vik. He helped me patch a tire so I didn't have to replace it, and helped me find the best deal for the tire I did have to replace. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Vic Soli is an incredibly helpful mechanic. He went out of his way to show me the problems with my car, and get them fixed quickly and at a good price. I will absolutely be bringing my car back.

One of the worst tow truck places I've ever had the pleasure of going to, the tow truck driver was very rude. The driver charged over $125 for a scooter that was not even 0.5 miles from the garage and I picked it up that day. Would not even negotiate and even yelled at my boyfriend and his uncle. I felt very nervous at this shop. Then he yell at us to take it up to the police when I was just taking to him was not okay.

Absolutely the best garage in the area to have work done on your car. Owner is very kind and the workers really care about your well-being, while giving suggestions on what work you should have done on your vehicle. Definitely 5/5 from me!

Vic Solis is a professional in every sense of the word. I am proud to say he has been my mechanic for over 10 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about his service. He is the only mechanic I allow to work on my cars. Sounds like that negative experience started when the police ordered the vehicle to be towed.

I call to get my car towed, he was gonna charge me 125 and he said he can get the driver to pick my car up in 10 min. I said I don t have the appointment until 11. Trying to ask if we can kinda schedule it, he cut me off and said, then I can t help you. Bye.
