Mr. Jay @ RPM is professional and explains everything that needs to be done, also has detailed billing information broken down so you can understand pricing. He was recommended to me by another mechanic-I was told it was head gasket by a few people but he checked it out and found out it was the oil cooler. I am very happy with the service and my daughter had her car back the next day.

This place is great IF you want to end up with a worse car and pay unexplainable amounts of money .. the gumps that work there are unprofessional drunks and undesirables the owner finds around the clinics . And will ruine your car more the it all ready is . And charge you . It s sad to say that s what they do to poor woman in that place . In other words they are trash!

These guys are most honest and down to earth people. They understand the customer needs and budget and do a correct diagnosis to suggest the cheapest repair possibilities. They do a great work on transmissions and anything related to the cars. If a dealer is charging you a bomb, this is a place to visit and get your car fixed

Down to earth and Honest repair shop.. Tell him your budget and they'll give you your options - in order of priority.When I was in the middle of an emergency, they stayed afterhours because they understood how important getting back on the road was to me.Long stories short...Sometimes it's not about the time,Sometimes It's just About Getting The Job Done...And They Get That. %

Hello..I had several problems with my truck when I brought it to RPM. They were friendly and communicated all repairs and pricing. When I picked up my vehicle I had no issues and it passed emissions. Thank you

Terrible service. Constantly lies says working on transmission but isn t putting in used parts from wherever you can find in the shop to put into the truck. Three times the truck has been in the shop and nothing has been repaired. If you re looking for a real mechanic for your transmission please save yourself some grief and don t come here. When the police were phones they said they ve had a lot of run-ins with this particular company so take some heed in that and do not come get anything service tear or you ll have nothing but headaches

My father and I have been driving our work truck with no reverse for two years as we were trying to save up the money for the repair. Finally we had enough and brought our trans to rpm to be repaired. He told us he would take it apart and let us know what it needed. Said he would call us the next day. Three days past and no call. I went to the shop and he told me the trans was fixed and the bill was 480 dollars. I said wow you didn't even call to discuss the repair or give me an estimate. He then got very personal belligerent and preceded to swear at me and call me all kinds of names. He says just give me three hundred and get the hell out of the store. I said wow. Would you like to take a minute to cool off then we can figure this out? He replied f you you piece of s and get out of here. So I took my trans loaded it up and left. He threw a doctored up invoice in my car and on my way I went. I brought it to my mechanic and he says this doesn't look like anyone opened it up. And sure enough It was still broke. So we are left with a mechanic bill we cant afford no van to work and feed the family and a broken trans. Karma i pray you have your way with this man. Please don't be a victim. Do Business Elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else again. Better off going to car dealership. Sad to say but true. I rather not put on display the details. Everyone situation is different. Never again though.

They did my mercury moutaineer right. There was a problem 2 days after, and they came and got it, fixed it and returned it before I got home from work. 2 months later it still drives better than when I bought it.
