Not a great experience at this store. Employees were charting at the back room, and they seemed less than willing to understand my issue than to move on to the next customer. This is a very competitive industry, so customer service needs to be exceptional- this is not the case here.

Returned a alternator core asked to buy wiper blades which advertised free installation. The store manager Christine out right refused not me to install. Also refused first responders discount. Not going back. 1003 post Rd west haven don t go

Just left this pitiful store after being told via phone that they install replacement headlight bulbs for free as a service. I arrived after 12PM as directed and was told they don't provide the service and no one admitted to speaking with me. I hit redial...the store phone rang and the 4 employees just looked at me. So somehow a ghost answered before and told me to come there. So sad and exhausting. Never again!

Needed a headlight, which they had in stock in 3 different varieties. I went middle of the road. The nice young man that waited on us also installed the light. Great service.

Curtis was super helpful and very friendly and welcoming when we had questions about finding a product and making a return. I would return based off of our interaction with Curtis on 8/10/22. Thank you for great customer service, that s hard to find these days.

Usually has the best prices for walk in parts. And also has more parts then most other walk in auto stores. Just be careful when shopping for car parts anywhere always check Amazon.

Staff is very professional. I was helped right away and then an amazing man name Frank put my wipers on for me and wouldn't even take a tip!! Very thankful for that!

I went there for the first time to buy some cooler and oil for my car and had no idea what to do, how to do it .They helped me, explained me the process, and the best part they advised me great mechanics. The second time was for changing my wipers. The job was done in less than 5 minutes. These guys are extremely nice, professional .

I had to have my headlight replaced on my 2018 Grand Cherokee Jeep. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in West Haven to get the bulb and possibly get it changed there. Frank the associate assisted me. He informed me that he wouldn't be able to do it only because it required taking the whole front piece off. Frank gave me some great information on what to do. I am writing this review because he was so awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable and for a female not knowing too much about cars and relying on Google for alot of things. I appreciate his support. He was so nice above anything else. I will definitely recommend Frank and O'Reilly Auto Parts -customer service is a big deal to me and he delivered!! Thank you Frank!!!

Get my oil and oil filter every 3000 miles from this place. I changed the oil by myself. They still carry conventional oil 5w-30 here. Nice and very knowledgeable staffs work here.

It's a nice and clean shop. The man who attended me was very helpful and offered to put my wind shield wiper for me. I appreciated it. I will for sure go back to this store for all of my car needs. Thanks

Took employees 10 minutes to come from the back. Store was empty no customer in in there. All 3 employee were resting in back. Finally this heavy d looking guy come from the back. Not a how you doing,nothing. Other guy on his phone. Didn't ask if customer needed help. Another guy came from back. Talking about he was sitting back there for 20 minutes. Resting. This is why you go out of business. You hire the dummiest employee's.

Hey so the other day I went in around 645 to buy some lights for my car. I was being helped by this gentleman named Brian. He was very helpful by the way but this lady I think her name was Susie or Suzanne seemed to be in a hurry. She said hey can you hurry up with the customer Brian I am trying to hurry up and leave to go home and mind you. I haven t been in the store for no more than 2 minutes. She was trying to get the register and basically told him to rush. This is very unprofessional and it made me very upset. Brian continued to help me and I got the part I needed. Thank you Brian for helping but that lady was very rude.

Love their free.tool rental. They have great prices and very helpful staff. You can fix your car on the spot and they will help, not like autozone where you must buy and leave.

Shrywon, the cashier helped me find the correct bulb i needed quickly, however he slipped in bulb grease in the price after i told him not to. It's only $1.49 but come on... is it that hard to listen?

I was desperate to finish my car A/C repair before the storm coming and one if the A/C lines broke off, I find out the is repair line kit fittings and I when to all auto parts stores was open in my area Autozone, Advanceauto, no lock the I when to O'Reilly auto parts on Barnum Ave Stratford all staff try to help me to find the right parts and finish my car.Thank you all you are all awesome and helpful from now on this is my store A++++++

Started coming here instead of the other Auto store chains. It's always quick and easy to get what you need and get out. The store is a bit smaller than the other Auto chains but it has all the stuff your looking for.

To much talking in back room had to wait for service. First girl I encountered was texting on her cell tried to help but didn't either know how or needed a password to get into the system. All in all ok not sure if ill go back.
