Nothing but a great experience working with Ed at O'Connor Automotive. The body work performed on my car was done wonderfully and in a timely fashion. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on the progress of the work. Would definitely head back here again when needed. Many thanks for a professional and top-notch delivery !!

Ed O Connor is personable, knowledgeable, and kind. He takes the time to explain what needs to be one to your car and tries to fix it in the most economical way possible, without taking any shortcuts.My impression is that he is honest and ethical. The service was excellent, and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. The car looks great! This is the only place to go for repairs!

Quick and affordable. I am so glad I could get my car fixed at an affordable price. The owner and his son did a fantastic job and was very professional. I highly recommend it.

I have been using Ed O'Connor for several years for all my auto body repairs. You will not find a more honest reliable business in West Haven. He handles everything with your insurance company making it a pleasure doing business with him. O Connor automotive was quick, efficient, and helpful when it came to repairing my car after being in an accident. They guided us through the entire process with insurance and made sure my car was fixed in a timely manner. They communicated as updates and changes were happening. Ed is the glue that holds our family of cars together. For over 15 years I ve been going here, and it would ve been longer but I haven t been driving more than that! He is honest about what needs to be done, honest about what can wait, VERY reasonable with pricing. 2020 hit me very hard, well more specifically people kept hitting my car very hard and each time Ed and company fixed my little car to the point you won t even know anything ever happened. Everything that s ever been needed to do to a car, I ve had done here. Call them before talking with your insurance company! I have been using Ed and Dan for many years. They can modify your car, are excellent at repairs, and are extremely reliable.

Couldn't have had a better experience at O'Connor Automotive. They have done both body work and mechanical work on my Audi A4. The mechanics here care and listen to a customer's problem and work to get cars back to their full potential. I would highly recommend them.

BUYERS BEWARE!! - DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM O CONNOR AUTOMOTIVE LOCATED AT 31 ELM STREET, WEST HAVEN, CONNECTICUT. CARS ARE NOT SERVICED. WILL GIVE YOU 30 DAY WARRANTY BUT WILL NOT SERVICE THE CARS BEFORE OR WITH IN THE 30 DAYS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
