Extremely customer-oriented, my rear window got smashed out and the car was undriveable from glass blowing into the vehicle/prone to water damage from repeated storms if left sitting, and New England Collision gladly gave me a tow shop to contact - they wrapped my car to protect it, same day, to prevent any further damage until they could start repairs.Top notch body & painting work - you would never notice the damage that had been done to my vehicle prior to their repairs. You can always reach or expect a requested callback from the personnel you need to speak with. Detailed updates on progress and friendly staff. Highly recommend for body and/or paint work, great experience. They are now our designated shop for body work/painting, no matter what!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Wow! Just wow! Beautiful work.. I m still in awe. Angel was awesome to work with, so many great interpersonal skills! I felt I could trust him with my car. Everyone there has great customer service skills. I m very impressed with the work they did, and I m thankful! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Angel is the absolute best. Trustworthy, kind, fair. My car was in rough shape, and he made it perfect again. The process to work with them and with insurance was really easy. I will absolutely be back if I ever need body work again. Thank you, NE Collision and Angel.

I am SO extremely thankful for this business! Especially Angel and the owner! I had some issues with suing a dealership that sold me a lemon and they really worked with me and helped me. They were so nice and really accommodating. Everyone s story is different but I would definitely recommend coming here! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you so much for everything! I m so grateful!

I brought my RAV4 in for some work a few weeks ago and everyone here I spoke with was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am not someone who knows much about cars but Angel and Leon were really good about walking me through exactly what the issue was, and what was needed to fix it. Very honest and fair with pricing and helped me fix just what I needed to be back on the road safely, without having to go outside my budget.Pretty sure they even vacuumed for my car for me when I got it back, couldn't appreciate the work everyone did more. Great place and a great team!

The staff is very professional and friendly, and they will do whatever it takes to make you satisfied. Had some small imperfections after repainting a door and informed Angel about it. He called me himself and asked me to bring the vehicle back and took his time to fix them himself until I am completely happy with the result. Will definitely recommend to others.

Joe and his crew were incredible! After our car accident the last thing we wanted to deal with was insurance companies, appraisers and rental companies. New England Collision took care of it all for us. Our driver side door would not even shut from all the damage. They came to pick it up and left us a rental. They handled all the details for us. I knew our car was in great hands. They called when it was ready and we didn t have to wait long. Impeccable service that you won t find anywhere else and just look at these before/after photos. They did an AMAZING job! It almost looks new again. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

New England Collision, did an amazing job on my vehicle. I first took my Corvette to another body shop that has worked on it in the past. The first body shop was unable to make the numbers work so I took it to an EC. They did an amazing job and did it on budget so I did not Have to come up with money out of pocket. Highly recommend!!

I recommend highly coming to this business .Our vehicle was stolen and damaged, and we were referred to New England Collision for our repairs.John and Angel put us at ease and delivered more than we expected for results. The car came out perfectmore importantly is they helped us understand the process and we were able to get our rental car through Hertz at their location as well.We have actually had a second need for bodywork since our first visit and they did a great job taking care of our car for that as wellServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently visited this auto body shop for a minor scratch issue on my car. Right from the start, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown by the owner, Joe P. He personally inspected the scratch and quickly buffed it out. To my astonishment, the scratch disappeared in just a matter of seconds, making my car look as good as new!What struck me most was his humble gesture when I wanted to tip him for his excellent service. He kindly declined and asked instead for a simple shout out. This level of dedication and customer service is rare to find these days.I am truly grateful for Joe's help and would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing car repairs. The level of service, professionalism, and the overall positive atmosphere make this place stand out. Thank you, Joe, for turning an otherwise stressful situation into a pleasant experience!

My driver side mirror was knocked off in a accident.I shopped around different car repair body shops in the area.It was around new years eve and no one was willing to help me get the new parts in time.New England Collision Center made the effort to rush order the parts I needed and stayed in touch with me along the way.My car was back and ready to go the next afternoon!(Other body shops said it would take a week minimum).When I came in they greeted me warmly offered me coffee and water while I wait for the repair to be made.Really happy about their service and most of all the feeling of "the costumer comes first".Highly recommend this place to get your work done.They will treat you like a mentch!

My car was rear ended. They fix it quite fast (10 days). They did an ok job but it s not as clean as one would hope. You can see some of the parts that were replaced are not properly assembled. Nothing major but it s visible.Also when I picked up the car it had 10 more miles on it.

After an accident, New England Collision is the best place to get your car repaired is here. It is also important to know where to take your car after an accident, so that your insurance gives you the best appraisal for it. Lastly, New England Collision make sure insurance companies don't screw you when it comes time to pay.

This is Steven Dattilo and this is actually a belated review on New England collision. I had my car there last summer and also this morning 4/12/23. Both times the situation was I scraped some paint off the rear quarter panel and door on the passenger side of my Nissan Altima 2019. Angel has done my reception both times and you couldn t ask for a more calm reassuring kind of guy that the business can I offer. What I thought was going to be a very involved repainting job was actually Angel or one of his well qualified staffers to take a buffering wheel and seven minutes later the car was working better than brand new. No appointment is necessary it was done on the spot . You cannot ask for a more competent call then a New England collision. Thank you again Angel and frankly no thanks I hope I don t have to see you again lol

I've gotten into two minor car accidents within the past 2 months. Luckily neither of them were my fault, and no one was hurt. But each time I called them, they were quick to answer. They scheduled appointments with my vehicle with the earliest availability, which is usually within 2 to 3 days after the initial call. Really nice people. After the repairs were done, my car looked like nothing ever happened. I definitely recommend coming here for any auto repair job. New England Collision to the rescue!! I hit something that was in the road late at night and unfortunately it damaged my front right bumper.. Luckily when I spoke to Angel he was able to have me bring it in to re enforce the bumper!!! Leon handled that for me!! I took my Honda CR-V to New England collision for repair of the driver's side door (I needed a new one). The car sat for six days at the shop until the door came in. Once the door came in and was put on, the shop would not release the car because the check from the insurance company had not been received. The shop is a verified repair shop of the insurance company and was therefore authorized to release my car. After an email copy of the check was received, I got my car.When I started the car, I noticed the air conditioning was set at 60 degrees (I keep it at 74-78), a quarter of a tank of gas was used, the seat position had been changed, and in the back seat was a lunch bag, filled with crackers, grapes, and a plastic container. New Engald Collission did an amazing job recently repairing our vehicle! They not only did a wonderful job, they completed the job in a little over a week when they initially told me it might take 2-3 weeks. Our vehicle came back sparkling clean looking brand new! We are very pleased with the work and the staff at New England Collision. They were professional and friendly every step of the way. I had New England Collision work on some body and undercarriage damage I had on my vehicle. My main concern was getting the vehicle back soon, and although it took longer than I had anticipated, the staff that I dealt with was amazing. This is the second time that I've dealt with New England Collision, and the quality of work and professionalism from everyone there turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a good experience. I'd like to specifically acknowledge Angel and Mike, for going above and beyond, and also doing whatever they could do to ensure that I was happy and my vehicle was taken care of.Service: Body & Trim

I was in an accident and my car was repaired by New England Collision. Everything was wonderful until the day before the car was ready to be picked up. John called and said that the battery was not holding a charge. It was fine before the accident. We said replace it. I called the insurance company, and I misunderstood the adjustors and thought that insurance would cover it. I paid for the battery. There is a sign that says their prices include a cash discount. If paid with credit card, there would be a 4% fee added to the cost of repair. I was paying the deductible in cash, but there was no cash discount for my deductible because I was paying my insurance deductible in cash. My insurance company paid the rest, therefore, this sign was false. There was no cash discount for me and I paid the fee for paying for the battery with a credit card because I thought insurance was covering that, so I didn't have cash. When I walked out to my car, the license plate was not on it. I was told it must have been lost. Well. It was sitting on the front seat. When i opened the trunk, the wheel well cover was not replaced properly. I will have to fix that myself. These poor customer service incidents at pick up hurt the decent service I received with the repair.

These guys are awesome!!!! They treated me like a valued customer which means a lot during this pandemic crisis. They are not out to clean out your wallet; they want to see a smile on your face and know that you are satisfied with the job. I was satisfied with their work and I am still smiling:).
