Purchased a 2024 Nissan Sentra from Janice at George Harte. She provided amazing customer service, went over every detail when it came to purchasing my vehicle, and I would recommend her to anyone. Servicing was fantastic! I had an appointment at 9:30am. They kept to that appointment time and took my vehicle right in. During scheduling, I was informed it would take about an hour. Recall fixes were completed at 10:21am. This is a rare experience in any service industry. Waiting area was extremely comfortable. Everyone was warm and friendly. Super pleased as it was my first experience at George Harte.

I just leased a new Rogue at George Harte Nissan Janice Rosado-Beqiraj was my sales consultant and she was such A great help with everything I needed she went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was completely happy and assisted with everything from insurance to downloading my app for me walking me through every aspect of what I needed to know about the car and leasing financing options. Janice is the The best. and I am so grateful for all her help. I am a Nissan lover for life.

If you want your car serviced by a team who can actually diagnose the problem, give you an explanation of why their recommendations will fix the problem and then take care of it until the end to ensure your satisfaction as a valued customer, then don t bring your car to this service center. Choose another one. You can easily gauge the complete lack of customer driven motivation from the moment you walk in but it becomes all the more clear if and when you have a problem with the car that s outside of the standard stuff they get.My story can be chalked up as a one off but the complete lack of sensibility from the manager and the front desk service attendant George shows a deeper systemic issue that deserves even less than this one star I m forced to give to leave this review.Here s the short of it.I have two key fobs. One was dead and not fixed after a battery change. The other had power before, but wasn t being recognized by my car. The car had power because it lit up and started with the fob but wouldn t completely turn on. I explained this and gave them both keys.They said $240 diagnostic fee that goes towards the repair. But if it s just a simple key fob issue they said they won t charge diagnostic. Whatever.They called later and said they need to fix/reprogram the one broken key fob ($480) and said that ll fix it. We spent a good 10-15 minutes on the phone repeatedly telling them that we don t need the extra key. We just need the car to turn on with whatever key. We kept asking on the phone why they think this will fix it given that the other key had juice but still wasn t being recognized by the car. This is the only thing we can see that s wrong they said. Fine. I pick up the car pay for the new key and it works. I go to work that night, get out at 2am and whatdya know, same issue. I bring it to them the next day (had to call out of work) and oh now it s a $900 problem with some other electronic thing. The warranty covers it so fine. But I ask for my money back for the key I didn t need. I explain this to the manager and he becomes hostile, asks the front desk guy to read the report to me. He blames me for their misdiagnosis and then after a debate only offers a refund sans diagnostic fee. Then more debating until they agree to a full refund in exchange for the new key. Done. Next day I go to pick up my car and the darn thing has the same problem! I had to go back in and ask them to jump start the car because that usually did the trick. They did tell me the battery needed to be changed the day before but the battery was fine practically new but just not holding a charge. We didn t agree to change the battery. And they gave no other explanation or diagnosis for the battery issue. Anyway, $900 later and the key ID still isn t being recognized. You d think the correct customer service thing to do was solve the problem or at least offer an apology at any point this whole time not a single apology not even at the end when I asked for a jump. Not by the manager. Not by anyone.They are not only incapable of accurate diagnosis if it s anything more complicated than an oil change but they also have no remorse.Find another spot.

He has helped me through the journey of my Nissan Sentra and always gives amazing advice and is helpful throughout all maintenance on my vehicle. There was a little incident with my vehicle while in the shop. Accidents happen sometimes. However, they were completely & immediately up front, honest and transparent with what had happened and made the necessary repairs without hesitation. You cant even tell where the little accident happened. This further increased my confidence in them for how they handled this. I have great respect and appreciation for their handling of the situation! And, they did a great job with the mechanical repair of my vehicle as well!

Glenn is the care specialist that assisted me and Ken was my financial associate and they were both wonderful and the staff that wasn t assisting me was kind courteous, attentive and helpful. Everyone there had a pleasant attitude and greeted you or atleast acknowledged you when you walk by.The dealership is clean. They serve coffee and water and there is a vending machine for long waits.I was able to be fit into a program that not only allowed me to drive off with a new vehicle covered under warranty but it will also improve my credit score along the way!I am very happy with my experience.I ve had a lot of bad experiences with car dealerships in the past and George Harte certainly restored my faith in car sales!!

I have been a customer here for a while. A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with the car and came in for service. I had the pleasure of meeting George that day. He greeted me politely and we went over the issues I came in for. He was extremely professional, direct and honest about what my cost would be. Being a woman, I cannot tell you the relief I felt and that I was in good hands. He answered my MANY questions with the outmost patience and directness. All my problems with my care were resolved! I felt I was in excellent hands. I cannot say enough about this young man. Thank you GEORGE!!!

I recently experienced a traumatic incident where my new car (only 2 years old) was hit by a drunk driver while parked. In an effort to get a new car, after the car I loved was totaled, Dave S., Steve K., and the team at George Harte Nissan helped me get back into the vehicle I loved. Right down to the same color! What I experienced was traumatic and scary, but I m so thankful no one was hurt. Not only did they help me get back on the road, they showed true kindness and genuine care for my situation. Title: Beware of Kenneth Criscione, Finance Manager at George Harte NissanMy experience with this guy named Kenneth Criscione, the finance manager at George Harte Nissan, was utterly disappointing and unethical. During my recent visit to the dealership for buying my car from them with financing , Kenneth attempted to undervalue my Ford Van by sneakily including it in the trade-in for a mere $100, despite its recent sale for $4000. His tactics involved inflating prices and obscuring the actual costs, demonstrating a complete lack of integrity. I strongly advise caution when dealing with Kenneth Criscione and urge others to seek transparency elsewhere.Criscione s actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for honesty and fairness, and it s clear he has no qualms about trying to steal your hard-earned money. Avoid doing business with him at all costs.UPDATE: After leaving a review expressing my dissatisfaction of my recent experiences with their initial offer for my used car and their shady financing tactics hiding the prices etc, a finance manager from the dealership contacted me. Unfortunately, the interaction quickly turned sour as the individual adopted an aggressive stance, insisting that their offer of $100 for my car was justified in Connecticut.Despite explaining that I never contested their right to offer such an amount, but rather expressed my unwillingness to accept it, this representative persisted in pressuring me. I told this guy that they had attempted to surreptitiously include this trade-in value in the sales contract even I declined their offer, a clear indication of their underhanded practices.What troubles me most is the subsequent harassment I ve endured, with relentless call from the dealership day after leaving a bad review, even resorting to mocking and wasting my time. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism and integrity.In conclusion, I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership. Their sneaky and shady practices, coupled with their disrespectful treatment of customers, are simply reprehensible. Proceed with caution and be wary of falling victim to similar mistreatment !!!

I took my car to get serviced at this location in west haven. I was told to wait inside the dealership while it was ready like always, it got serviced and everything was ready and I walk out take my car and drive to nearby Dunkin. I then notice a pretty large dent on the side of my car and scratches near the door on the right hand side. I then return back to the dealership and explain to them that I did not crash and there s no explainable way my car could ve got that scratch beside it being them. They tell me it wasn t them and then proceed to wipe the white paint off the scratch while implied that it was a brand new scratch. So I am a first time buyer and I ve never experienced this kinda thing before so I leave and handle it with my insurance well my husband has been driving 10+ years and he convinced me to return and call the police I was told nothing could ve been done for me when all I wanted was for the car to be fixed which for some odd reason couldn t happen to me it s not about the scratch size or how bad the dent is it s about the fact that I am paying more than 500$ dollars a month for a car that s scratched (by someone who isn t me) and I can t even get it fixed by the people who did the damage I have uploaded photos of my car damage below.

I have been going to George Hart Nissan for about 12 years. I have never had an issue with any of my cars that I purchased. The staff is always kind and understanding to my wants, needs and circumstances.
