The best hands down I called Aneta 3 months ago for a car and 2 weeks ago I called her back and the same 2011 toyota Camry was still there it was meant for me and I love my car I only had it a few days but elite motors are the best !!!!!!

Anetta is the absolute BEST. I have been going to her and her husband for 4/5 years now I will never go to any else. She makes you feel like family with giving unbeatable prices you CANT pass up. My entire family own cars from Elite Motors and we are so glad we made this decision. New car owners, old car owners, wanting a second opinion? The elite motors is the place to go. Tell them diamond sent you :)

My dad recently bought a vehicle from these people they told me over the phone truck was not rotted I cannot believe this truck is rotted painted over the rotted areas this dealer should be closed for even selling this truck to an elderly man

This is our third time we get a car at this dealership. The best place to go. Customer service is great and you re not gonna leave with your hands empty. She makes the impossible, possible so you can get your car

Aneta lied to me about this car. I would fill this comment box with them. Since I don't have the time i will say this. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. She will lie to you and then ask you to lie to the finance company. Just stay away. I was told there were new brakes, lie. The a/c doesn't work and she tells me that she will fix it under the warranty. Leaving this comment is a waste of time but I hope people will read this before you waste your money like I did. Be well. She finally replied and she had said come in and she would check the a/c under the warranty. And she didn't say anything about lying about how many cng stations there are. There's 4 in ct. One 5 miles from me and the others over 39. But hey it's my fault for thinking she was a honest person. Instead of a snake oil saleswoman. Lol

True Review- No gimmickI wish there were more stars for Aneta and her team. My entire experience with Elite thus far has been nothing short of amazing. I knew I initially wanted to do business with her hence my reason for returning after a bad experience with another dealership that I will leave nameless. I expressed my needs and desires to Aneta; while she couldn't deliver right away- the time came when she was able to get what I wanted on her lot. Her partner in love and business is equally AMAZING. He drops financial gems and provides credit tips along the process (at least that was done for me and I heard him I heard him speaking with a younger couple the same).The mechanic team is great as well. They have no problem answering any questions you might haveamd willing to help concerning the health of your car. From start to finish my expectations were exceeded AND you become like family beyond your purchase. I am able to return for my oil changes without a hassle.Since I've gotten my vehicle back in April of this year, there was one problem recently which they fixed the same day my car was towed to them. I just can't express my love and appreciation for this wonderful business. They are honest and pretty much up front about everything. Last, I absolutely love the small bank they work with for car loans

Went in last Wednesday met with Aneta ( such a beautiful soul inside and out) helped me find the right car she got us approved and out the door. Picked my car up today serviced detailed Looking amazing. Thank you Aneta everyone I know looking for a car will be sent to you. Thanks for treating us like family. You are amazing

This dealership sells lemon cars. Don't go to this dealership unless you want a broken car.Edit: by the way, my family did buy a car from this dealership. Yes, it was broken. Once we found out about the problem, it was too late. We were stuck with a car too dangerous to drive, and we had to scrap it. Plus, why would this be fake lol. Owners are just made that there's actually some truth to this.If anything, the owners are fake. They can't even handle a negative review. This dealership is a joke.

Staff was respectful and polite! Aneta goes out of her way to help you! Mechanics does great job servicing the cars; overall, Elite is a great deal. Very reasonable with prices as well. They have a permanent customer for life

I went here in 2019 and yes I am just posting this review. My mother bought a Honda CR-V and I Financed a Honda Civic. When we arrived they asked us which car we were looking into and our budget and Chris sat us down and walked us through the process. My mother ended up buying the car and left the next day with it because they washed the car and cleaned it.. about a few months later I went to buy my Honda Civic and Chris walked me through the process again and he made sure I got that car.. those reviews I see about how the insurance is fake...honestly y all do all these bad review because your either mad that his business is going good or you are one of those that what s everything free or that 70% off. Buttttttt anyways no it s not none of this is fake.. I can say it myself because his wife got us a insurance that now we are paying less for 2 Cars. If you guys don t believe me then go down and check it out yourself 1050 Boston Post Rd, West Haven, CT 06516. I can even tell you that I don t smile but leaving this place with my Honda Civic I left happy with a big O smile. His wife and him would never lie to you about a car and they Can Even tell you what cars are not good. When my car had some issues (not going to tell you what it is cause none of y all business) his wife and him and even including Liz made sure my car was all set before going to work.. (thank you to everyone) and even when I was getting my car they worked with me and my work schedule.. if I were to tell you everything it probably wouldn t fit in this review but all I can say they all are good people and they will never lie and they will work with you non stop and treat you like family It s been around a year and never had a problem with any of the 2 car at all..

I am financing my car from here, Caroline is so calm and has no worries I felt like she would sell cars if I financed a car from her or not and she was so nice and assuring and Caroline had my back, she wasn't one of those hungry shark-like car sales women persons take advantage of your lack of knowledge. I take my car here for service frequently and have built a relationship with Caroline and it's great. I would recommend anyone to visit this place if their credit isn't all that or if it is, they have something for everyone! Thank you so much and on top of all of that I was only there for about 3 hours it wasn't an all-day thing like with some places and there was no pressure

I want to say a big thanks to aneta Liz and Chris for helping me find the perfect car. I thought when my credit I can never afford any car they helped me get into a Honda Accord 2010 low miles and great payments also the finance bank that they use helps my credit I've had my car for about two months now and my credit has gone up since then. They also sick time to help me get better insurance cheaper insurance when I left in my vehicle it was clean inside and out and they answered every question that I had about my vehicle. I I would definitely recommend them to anybody that has no credit bad credit has been turned down they make miracles happen if they can do it for me they can do it for anybody

One of the best use car dealership, I ever came across! Very well customer communication, they will treat you like family instead of just someone they could make money from. I bought 2 cars from them and I would continue to buy cars from them. I would recommend everyone that need a good, reliable and inexpensive use car to go to ELITE MOTORS on 1050 Boston post Rd.west haven, CT. you will not regret it.

If I can rate them higher I definitely would! I mean I came to them back in February to buy a beautiful 2011 bmw 535i and they worked hard to get me the loan I needed to get approved. I got approved and put money down to hold the car and then covid hit. I didn't know what was going to happen if I took the car and wasn't sure what was going to happen with my income. So I didn't want to put myself in that spot. They were very understanding and told they will honor my money I left down on either another car or the same one in the future if things were to pick up. I came back to them this past Saturday and spotted a beautiful 2011 mercedes c300 and fell in love. Carolina said I made an amazing choice on car selection because she just bought a mercedes too and loves it. They were of their word and honored my previous down payment and got me approved with a great loan with amazingly low payments. The car is super clean and im extremely greatful for them doing everything they can to make me happy. This dealership is not like those that just want your money and sell you w.e. they take their time to make sure the car you pick will be the car you really want. They are all about customer service and customer satisfaction. Im in love with my mercedes and I love how I was treated during the process buying my car. I recommend elite auto to anyone who needs a car.

Very polite crowd! Bought my first car/BMW vehicle here with elite motors, my experience hasn t been any better. They help with all minor & major issues with my car anytime I walk in they are quick to assist me. Even get 50% services just from buying my vehicle here which helps a lot lol. Come to elite motors the next time your looking to purchase your next vehicle.

Elite Motors may be the absolute best used car dealership in the area. I promise you will not be disappointed going here to shop for a car. Whether you re an experienced car owner, or a first time buyer, the staff at Elite Motors will make it the best experience for you as possible. And, of course, they have very good quality cars to go along with their great service. I definitely recommend Elite for everyone. :)

Chris and Anette are a great husband and wife team. The helped me trade in my old clunker van and get me into a nice Mazda that served me over 4 years which I sold right back to them and as I was told did not even last 24 hours on the lot - immediately got sold. They have a great eye and knowhow to get excellent and dependable used cars for their lot. I highly recomend Elite Motors.

Very easy to deal with and never feelLike I was going to be ripped off. Liz was great and it was nice to meet the owner at the end of the deal when I picked up the car. Transfer plates and getting the car registered without dealing with the DMV was also smooth. I would come back for another car for sure.

Yes, I have two reviews in this dealer website, First review I was talking like being a customer.**I can see that they have spam review with one person doing fake accounts that she is mad because they just to work in the dealer.**Now I can do a review in the working area because I am working in this dealership nowWorking with them have been a great experience I can see how they help people get their car with a low monthly payment and they help you increase the credit. Better scenario is that this ambient is a familiar ambient. This dealership is a family business, The owners always try everything to make it happen they talk to you straight to the point.***If you think this is FAKE come to the dealer and have your own opinion, and you gonna see me there I am not FAKE***

Caroline made my 19 year old daughter s first car experience lovely. Customer service throughout the process was amazing. I love Elite and I won t go anywhere else. Honest ladies who have an over flowing car lot with such nice beautiful cars.

Excellent service from the beginning you enter the yard to see the car. They took care of me since i was interested on the car all the way until the end. Find the best way to fix my credit. i know i got my car the same day the do all the registration from the DMV and plates all really.When people put less than 5 start is because they are ungrateful.

My experience at Elite motors what s a great one to say the least. The car selection was impeccable which gave me many great options to choose from. I had my eye on a beautiful Mercedes sitting outside. I walked in with a very friendly greeting from Aneta. She answered all my questions about the car and allowed me to take it on a test drive with Christopher, her husband. We took it around new haven as I fell more in love with the car.Since I am 21 I feared not being approved for the car, and that this was just another test drive for a car I wouldn t be approved for. I went back to the office. Aneta did everything she could to get me in that car. Helped me gather all the paperwork, tried everything she could to give me the lowest/ a fair price. By the end of the day I was driving my own, registered, insured car. They were patient, understanding, considerate and professional.Can t be more thankful for Chris, Aneta, and elite motors for this experience. Whenever I ll need a car it will be the first place I go. Thanks again!!
