I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here at DePalma's, being referred to them confidently from my son. My contact throughout the entire experience of calls, initial consultations over the phone along with the patience of Paco in that I had to reschedule a second time, to the straightforwardness of his assessments of my vehicle and what needed to be done. I needed brakes and also drums repaired and Paco was very easy to converse with, told me exactly what I needed and an estimated cost. All of which was certainly reasonable and I felt very comfortable coming to this garage. I feel I have finally found a good trustworthy and well established local garage. That gives me confidence as a senior citizen with very limited knowledge not just about car mechanics, but area businesses in which having a reference provides solid peace of mind. Paco was excellent, straightforward and a very down to earth person and I will be returning to this garage for my car maintenance needs and repairs.Service: Brakes

I m a self employed contractor and the brakes on my truck started grinding on a Friday afternoon. I called DePalmas garage to see if they could squeeze me in the beginning of the following week. They advised me not to continue driving as that would probably cause much more damage and said I could bring it down and they would take a look and see how bad it wasThey were obviously very busy when I got there so left the truck with hopes of having it back Monday or TuesdayTo my surprise and great delight, the next phone call I got from them was to come pick up the truck it is all done !!!Very professional, great work and great pricesThanks guys!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

DEF repair : took my truck to another shop they couldn t repair my DEF system on my freight liner. Then came across This shop . My experience with this garage was extremely pleasant. They really try to help you out with the prices of any services needed to your vehicle. They give the best service I have ever gotten, very professional as well. I m really glad I got my car repaired by them! My brake lights were out and I went to several places to no avail. I assumed for some reason DePalmas was closed today. I spoke to Cord DePalma and he helped me right away. Replaced all the lights without an appointment. Was not charged a crazy amount like the other places I visited first. I was very pleased although while helping Cord remove the stuck assembly I accidentally cracked the plastic light frame. I blame the zero degree temperature. I will definitely return, It's my 2nd time here, Cord replaced my battery a couple of months ago. I highly recommend DePalmas.Addendum,I heard my front brakes squeeling loudly. Called Cord DePalma he told me to bring it down after work. He looked at my brakes and determined nothing was wrong. Best thing he did not charge me. Probably a pebble or sand caught in pad caused the squeeze. I will take all my future business to Depalmas.

Billed $400 for to fix a stalling problem. Picked the car up and in under 15 minutes it was stalling again. Looked at it for 2 days, couldn't find the problem and tried to bill me another $200 dollars. Do not recommend.

I just recently stopped in at DePalma 's garage and I only was trying to put air in a tire and the Mechanic said that they didn't have a air gauge!!! L.o.l. I won't bother to stop by again.

Poor customer service. Over charges customers. Lied about information regarding a towed motor vehicle and sending certified paperwork to the customer. The manager/owner are money hungry and over charges customers.
