They did an excellent job at fixing my vehicle. Only problem was that they broke the arm rest inside my vehicle at some point and refused to acknowledge it or fix it. Gave them a two star because of that.

Brought my truck in after getting side swept and they didn t fix my tailgate correctly. Going back the next day they claimed that s the best they were able to do. Now I have no tailgate so my truck is useless since now it s a safety issue if I have anything in the back. Insurance gave them a good budget but they did the hack job under the budget so they can claim the benefits. Go somewhere else.

Picked up my car today and had to do a few double takes...My car honestly looks newer than when I bought it from the dealer!Great job guys. Will definitely come back if I need help again!PS. Do you guys also do custom work too?Thinking of getting an inverter installed.Thanks!!

I had a fantastic experience with Andrade. They did a great job repairing my car. They also sent me daily updates via text message about the progress of my car. In addition to the texts, Dan called about every 2 days to personally tell me about their progress and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. When I picked up my car, in addition to the repairs, they had detailed it! It was cleaner than when I dropped it off and looked brand new. Andrade does a great job taking care of their customers.Update: Unfortunately, I had a car accident a few weeks ago but at least I knew where to bring my car. I trust Andrade Motorcar completely and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They did such a great job on my car that I almost cried when I saw it. I ran back inside to thank them for the work they did! My car looks and rides like brand new. I'm so glad they worked on my car and insurance didn't total it out. My car is absolutely beautiful. They even detailed it again and it has that "new car smell." They do top notch, A+ work and I highly recommend them. I'm a very satisfied customer.New update: Great! Just geat! Another person hit my car! Seems like this is a never ending story for me! Well, here I go again, back to this time Crash Champions (they changed the name of the business). At least I knew where to take my car. The quality of work that Crash Champions does is top tier. My car looks brand new again and you can't tell the car was ever in an accident. They matched the paint perfectly! They texted me with updates giving me the work status of my car, they are fast, and guarantee their work. Wayne and Nancy are amazing and the best at giving courteous customer care. Due to previous accidents, this was my third visit here and I will only trust Crash Champions with my car.

I m very disappointed with the work they did. I had to get a new bumper the first one they put on did not fit properly took it back after having my car for over five weeks and it s still not fixed right. Anthony was a good guy until I found out my bumper wasn t put on properly and then he gave me a whole attitude. If it was his car, he would want his car fixed the proper way, taking shortcuts is not the way you do professional business..

They did a fantastic job on my 2016 Toyota Corolla. The car looked like the day I bought it. The car had front end damage. And look it now. Thank you for a job well done. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality work, I was worried my door would not match due to the different color and it was matched exact. I was in an accident in December. Finally got through to the insurance company who sent me here. They walked outside and was like nope we can't help you. Seriously?!?!?! Didn't even try to look at it and see if they could fix it or anything

Seriously disappointed. I have had my cars fixed with Andrade motors before, great job.I go in again to have a different car fixed, very minor scratches, he kept telling me that I had to go through insurance while I m explaining that I have cash he said $600 for the front $600 for the back. Fine I said. But he said you re better off with insurance I asked why is he pushing for insurance so much when I m requesting to pay cash. Then he said well I can t get you in anytime soon, I said that s fine I m in no rush and was going to give me another reason for insurance again. I got in my car and left, never seen a business not want business unless it s not done through insurance. When I said, do you not want the business his response was I wasn t expecting you . I had made an appointment the week prior with the secretary, who scheduled me. Ridiculous.I won t return.Service: Body & Trim

The Crash Champions team was so fantastic from start to finish. I was a little shaken up after a hit and run (my first accident) but they were so reassuring and made the whole process as easy as can be and with quality work and seamless integration w/my insurance company.My Prius looks beautiful ( well for a Prius ), and, most importantly, is back to its baseline functionality. I really hope to not need them again anytime soon but very much appreciate their professionalism and integrity.Service: Body & Trim

They were terrible bad experience one of the clerk had mm wrong paper work wrong name told me he couldn t fix my car, came up with a lots of excuses and but s hopefully my insurance company never send me there again . there was another gentleman his insurance company sent him to Crash Campions the clerk told him he wasn t taking anymore claims because he was booked.I saw with my own eyes that he wasn t, it was so frustrating hope other customers see or don t go thru what I went thru wasted my morning

I went to get an estimate on the damages on my vehicle. While I was there I spoke with two employees who then had me speak with some lady who stated she would contact me. I waited five days however did not hear back and contacted them. Again this lady who was extremely rude stated she would call me back after she speaks with the owner. I waited for a call and again no call back. Horrible communication. I finally called back to find out they were not going to repair part of the damages.Very unprofessional!

I brought my car to Andrade Motorcar after being rear-ended. The work on the car was excellent and completed in a timely fashion. Staff was very professional and explained the work they did in great detail, even giving me a printed sheet outlining what was done. They even left the inside of my car very clean! Anthony worked on my Durango. Had front end damage. He/They did a magnificent job on it. Looks like nothing ever happened and they even detailed the inside of the car. I was so happy to see she was in good hands. Thank you guys. If I ever need a body shop I would go to them again.

Just picked up my 2017 Honda Ridgeline from Andrade Body Shop for the second time. I talked with Wayne through the entire process. When I picked up the truck on Friday, 6/3/2022, I noticed some problems with the paint and immediately pointed them out to Wayne. Wayne had referred to the factory finish that I could expect on more than one occasion. There was a run in the clear coat, some over spray and a strange milky white look to some of the finish on the passenger side door. He rescheduled me to bring the truck back to repair paint on Wednesday, 6/8/2022, just picked up and problems still exist. He was rude, turned and walked away from me and told me it wasn t a Maserati, just a truck. I will contact my insurance company and try to get my truck fixed at another body shop. I have had work done years ago by Otto s body shop on Campbell Ave in West Haven and was completely happy with the work the did for me!! Would never recommend using ANDRADE BODY SHOP!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had body work done after an accident. My Mazda3 seems even better than before. Steve was great at keeping us up to date on the car, and he seemed to take it personal that the car was fixed RIGHT! Car was stolen and sent here for body work and to be cleaned and have seats and car detailed. Cars body came back good but the interior was very poorly detailed. Something you wouldn t expect during a pandemic right? Used silverware in the center console. It was hardly cleaned and surprise surprise I found crack on the side of the seat. Use a different place that actually pays attention to detail. Steve told me they don t go through every nook and cranny with an attitude. Also when I received the car from them the side of the seat was broken and hanging and he told me that it just happens because Honda makes cheap seats . Like I said find a different place to send your car that actually cares about the work they do.Service: Body & Trim

Very good people to work with from start to finish. Promised my car would be done in a week and it was. Steve Zabielski was very helpful when I brought my car in and went above and beyond with working with the insurance company. Everyone there was very professional and kind I would recommend Andrade Motor Car 100%.

I recently brought my car here referred by my insurance, my experience was horrible! Horrible customer service, I brought my car in for a window replacement and they told me it ll take more than a week for a window replacement! They also told me that it ll be more than one thousand dollars I specifically told them I don t want to spend more than 1 thousand dollars and he literally told me we re not a cheap place. I highly do not recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car which is a 2011 Mercedes Benz c300 to this auto body shop after I got into a fender bender because the Hartford insurance sent me to their body shop. This place is a scam. They told me my car was a total loss and that from visible damages they were looking at over $8,000.00 and also said this was all after market parts. And that was before they even looked under the hood. They stated things were broken that weren t. I had to go back to clean out my car and when I did there was a paper left on my front seat that listed all damages and prices for the parts and the grand total came to around $4,000.00 after all parts and labor. They straight lied to my face. They claimed my car was a total loss yet my car goes for over $12,000.00 on KBB for the condition it was in. So clearly they just lied to me to now go and fix it and re sell it. Such scam artists. And the employees are rude as ever! Do not bring your car here!!!!

not al all very disappointed a work that was said to be for a 7 or 8 days. had turn into 19 days and still is not ready. they dont even have the decency to call me and tell me what is going on with the car. I had to keep calling and is always a running arround with the day I have to pick up the vehicle. Very upset with this situation.Service: Painting

Had to bring my car back to their shop two times after they did body work because on my front fender driver side fender they left the paint all blotchy on the edge where they thought I wouldn t see it. Then the second time I had to take it back was because there was very small but noticeable rocks and dirt on my driver side door inside the clear coat. Luckily I had the lifetime guarantee through my insurance because not to mention they supposedly fixed my fender vent and claimed they used OEM clips like it originally had. Come to find out they used sheet metal screws and the inside of my fender was rusting. Will never go back nor recommend the owner/manager is rude and obviously doesn t care to do quality work. I asked him to use OEM parts because I have a 2016 wrx not like it was a beater and he still went ahead and used sheet metal screws. This shop is a joke. North Haven Auto Body is a lot better

I was all set to bring in my car for repairs. Once I spoke with the very rude and unprofessional Wayne. I decided to bring my car to a more professional auto body shop. Being without your car is stressful enough. The last thing I want is to deal with someone who clearly doesn't care about the customer or the car. Thanks Wayne from Andrade Motors for showing me you don't care. Way to go.

This is the third time we have had to use Andrade MotorCar for service and this group is good. They take care of your cars in such a Good way and Respectfully , the work is always done in a timely manner. Their is a young man who works there name is Anthony he is such a Nice and Respectful young man who speaks with you with Kindness and Patience, so Appreciate Him and Andrade MotorCar Service. Thank you for such good service.

Undoubtedly, great auto body work. However, If your looking for outstanding customer service. Keep looking!! They answer their phone, as if they either don t want to be bothered, or as if they re doing you a favor, by fixing your car!! You would think they re doing it for FREE.

Worst company in the world, bad customer service, and for a place that works for an insurance company to refuse work because of an insurance job is unheard of would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not only do I use Andrade for my autobody repairs I worked for them for many many years so I know the in's and outs of the autobody trade all I want to say to you haters is that I know for a fact they use the best of tools and equipment along with the paint and supplies and as for the workers I've worked with some of the best bodymen in the state!!! So I will always use them in the future I know i didn't have time to stop down last year when my wife's car got hit but beautiful job Dom , Ken, Bob and the rest of the crew see you soon!!!!!! My wife was rear ended mikes in orange towed our car to this place without our approval. Bob called me tolls me to come down and sign some papers. I told him my wife was handling this process and not to touch car until she called him. The next morning he called me with a quote, we wanted to get a 2nd opinion but they had already took car apart without our approval. Then tried to charges us a crazy amount for the tow of car, one who told them to tow to this place. Two there not suppose to touch car without verbal or written consent. Three car would be out of commission for over a week. The have a enterprise rental car satellite office. The agent tried to give my wife a car with defective tire, with a big chunk taking out. I pointed out this dangerous situation. He tried to ignore until I demanded another car. Overall very bad first impression. I pitty anyone who has cross path of this place
