They took excellent care of my 1995 Range Rover Classic. I did both a WaxOyl undercoating and a deep interior clean, and they did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. You can tell they care for the cars like they would their own. I would highly recommend to anyone!

*A very professional experience.From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with a smile and the very professional appearance of the shop.They explain the whole process of what is going to be done to your vehicle in great detail. They welcome discussion of what you would like done to your vehicle in all aspects and are happy to help with service and/or recommendations to get your vehicle where you want it to be, from add ons to repairs.*Communication between you and the shop is on point.The finished product is unbelievable. Not only did they ceramic coat my vehicle, but I also had PPF applied on all the forward facing parts of the car. The window tint came out great. I also had all of the lights on the exterior of the car tinted, and they look terrific.We are very pleased with the outcome, so we also brought our RV and had them PPF all the front facing surfaces of the RV, proving their excellence with all vehicle types.From car wash to detailing to complete protection, we are very happy customers and highly recommend Castro Oasis.Sincerely,James and Jen

Amazing hand car wash. I had my car shipped from Florida and after washing my car 3 times, I finally found Castro Oasis. The staff was friendly and courteous. They did a great job getting rid of all the spots on my paint, my car was spotless after their service. The waiting area is very comfortable, neat and clean. Highly recommended!!

Castro Oasis is the best! Awesome, precision work. We had three cars detailed with Ceramic Pro and all were done to perfection. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I m not a review guy but they did amazing work. I bought a brand new Toyota tundra. I needed it serviced 3 weeks after buying it and I took it to Wallingford Toyota. I get the truck back and there was a crack in the plastic around the 14 inch screen. They denied doing it and tried saying it was a pry mark then tried to say the head unit was 7k. I brought my truck to Luis to see if they could wrap it. They fixed the plastic and wrapped it and it looks amazing. You d never tell something was broken. I also had them wash the truck with their Viper package and it looked amazing when I picked it up. I ll be bringing my truck back to be to be detailed.Service: Auto detailing

Castro Oasis did an magnificence job on my 2010 Infiniti EX35. The car looks new. Luis was very knowledgeable and great to work with. His shop was so organized and pristine...always a good sign of a high level of craftsmanship. I highly recommend this business.

Louis and the crew at Castro Oasis did a fantastic job detailing my dads 2015 Silverado 1500 ltz. My dad had chose to get an exterior detail with the 3 step paint correction and the 6month coverage of ceramic pro. What a difference!!!! The truck looks brand new!!!!! Not to mention that when we picked up the truck they had it parked on a turn table! Great service and great work! Brought my new 2023 Honda HRV Ex L to Castro Oasis and boy was I BLOWN AWAY! I promise you that Castro Oasis is not your ordinary car wash and car salon. While they also have the convenience of a hand car wash, their level of car care and attention to detail is out of this world and not comparable to anywhere else I ve ever been. Luis and his brother, along with the rest of the Castro Oasis team definitely take it to the next level. Not only do they care, but you can tell that this is more than a job to them, it s their PASSION. I will preface this review by saying if I could give Castro 10 stars I would. I have always cleaned my own vehicles because I m a perfectionist when it comes to the cleanliness of my truck inside and out.The staff at Castro is so good at what they do, I don t bother to clean my truck anymore. I ve been using the services here for the last 10 months and won t be changing that any time soon.My vehicle looks new inside and out when they are through cleaning it.The cost of the service this company provides is worth every penny.The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I m not typically a review person, but I felt inclined to do so. First time here at Castro Oasis. I am blown away with the work. Never have I ever gotten a car wash THIS clean and one that pays attention to detail like this. They took care of me right away and took the time to explain the benefits of what I had chosen to do on my car and how to continue taking care of it. I am very pleased with the service I have received. My wheels and calipers haven t been this clean in a long time. There was tar stuck alongside the bottom of the car and they took it all off leaving it spotless! I will certainly be going back for further care!Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing

Brought my used Honda Ridgeline for detailing/ceramic coating, window motor issues, HID fog light conversion, and welcome light conversion. A little bit of everything and in no way did it disappoint! Luis and team got everything done and made my vision a reality. I knew it was going to be good, but the transformation they pulled off exceeded all expectations! Trust this team with your vehicle.....and their hand washes are second to none as well!

This team is really the best! Their passion shows in their work for sure. I tend to make a mess of my Jeep and Castro Oasis took the best care cleaning her up. Did a better job with dog hair than I ever could and fixed the scratches she had from the dealership! Super welcoming and friendly, and NOT PUSHY (as many females who love their cars are familiar with). 10/10. My friend recommended that I get Ceramic Pro on my new Tesla Model Y as he did for his vehicle and loves it. I found Castro Oasis in West Haven through their site as they are certified installers of all Ceramic Pro products. Boy oh boy am I glad I found them. First, let me start with the customer service I received. Luis Castro, the owner, is exactly the type of person I wanted helping me make decisions on protecting my vehicle. He s passionate about taking care of your vehicle as he treats it as it was his own. His communication style is patient and thorough. I had many, many, many questions, and concerns, and he addressed them all with an open mind. He s a person of science, and the products and processes he utilizes is based on this. This is important to me, and I can imagine most passionate vehicle owners feel the same way. Above all else, he s a kind person and it seems like his employees really enjoy what they do and being around him and each other. I think all these points translates into a superior quality product and service for all customers and their vehicles.I went into this process with a lot of doubt based on my internet research into Ceramic Coatings and Paint Protection File, but was willing to learn more from Luis and the Castro Oasis team. Let me start with saying what the products and service I purchased for my vehicle was not inexpensive but based on my experience at Castro Oasis and how my vehicle looks 4 weeks after I picked it up, I am certain the investment I made was worth it. I also like the fact that the Ceramic Coating will be notated on my Carfax report which should make my vehicle more desirable when I decide to sell it. In the end, I went with the following products and services with Castro Oasis: Ceramic Pro ION 7-year Coating (all painted parts, PPF, glass, rims and all exterior plastics), KAVACA Paint Protection File (Front bumper, headlamps, fog lamps and side mirrors) and KAVACA Ultimate IR Ceramic Window Film on the windshield (55% tint) and front doors (35% tint). I went with the highest level of tint as the price difference KAVACA Ultimate IR Ceramic Window Film and KAVACA IR Ceramic Window Film was minimal but the benefits between of the two was significant. There was a couple of minor issues with windshield tint but we re waiting a couple of months to see if the curing process fixes them. If not, Luis guaranteed me that he would address it. I m 100% confidence this minor concerns will be resolved one way or another. Since I ve had this work done, I ve gone back to get two car amazing hand washes as I wanted to ensure I did exactly what is needed to ensured the Ceramic Pro ION product cured properly.Overall, you won t regret going to Castro Oasis if you are looking for your vehicle to be protected, shine, and look its best. Their process is meticulous and will treat your vehicle to a spa day. Thanks for everything Castro Oasis team. After moving my new car from TX to CT, the Oasis team tinted my windows and touched up my PPF and Ceramic Pro Lifetime coating. Without a doubt, the very best hand wash and detail I have ever experienced!! It was rewarding to see the Oasis team in action, with enthusiasm and meticulous attention to every detail making my car auto show ready. At the end of this first visit, I could tell from the beaming smiles of the staff, they were as proud of my car as I was and I then knew the moto, "We Love Cars," was more than a slogan!

Let me start off by saying that I NEVER take my car to get washed by anyone because I m always terrified of something happening. But once I heard of the amazing job the Castro team does I figured if other people I trust are going, I ll give it a shot.The staff is BEYOND friendly and when I tell you that they made my girl look RIGHT - they got the job done beyond my expectations.I will only be taking my cars here from now on & have also already asked about tinting for my daily.Not only did the team do an exceptional job but the prices for the services are extremely reasonable.If you re going anywhere to get your car washed or detailed - it better be here!!!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming

We've been here twice , so far. Once for a nice detailed wash and the second for a ceramic coat finishing on a Dodge Challenger. Beside the very personable, knowledgeable and friendly staff, the work they do is top notch. NO ONE does the kind of high quality car care than they do here. Called for a quote for tints on a Thursday. Got a price right over the phone within minutes. My car was in the shop that very Saturday getting work done. So far so good a few weeks later. Not a bubble or any imperfections yet. And to top it off. When I picked up my car, they gave it a nice wash which was unexpected. Excellent first experience! The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and fast. They carefully explained the hand wash options to me and they offered a tailored set of services for my specific car needs - just a few extra bucks. The lobby is the cleanest I've ever seen at a car wash. Check out process was so easy and the manager is so friendly. My car has never looked better! The window tint and ceramic pro services were amazing, and even when I brought it back thinking I d have to replace the film on one of my windows due to scratches (from a passenger) they were able to get out most of the scratch! The hand washes are phenomenal as well. Luis and his team did a full detail on my fathers truck and applied ceramic pro onto my Honda accord. Their work and professionalism has been nothing short of top notch. The exterior of my vehicle looks better than brand new after there work and my fathers truck has him feeling like his interior is brand new. Had the pleasure of getting my car washed here and it was amazing! I prefer a hands on car wash because a touch less one damaged my gas cap. Loved sitting in the lobby and they were very thorough! Owner was super nice and explained all options to me. Definitely coming back!
