Can I just say that this is the best experience I have ever had dealing with getting a car fixed. Jenny, who very clearly loves her job and helping her customers understand exactly what s wrong, greeted me 6 months after my initial repair remembering me like she saw me yesterday. I paid a more than fair price to have a transmission repaired and drove away feeling confident that I had picked the right place for this service. When I I was informed by different mechanic that my transmission was currently leaking, Budget fit me right in the next morning, thoroughly inspected my transmission and showed me that it was actually totally OK and the leak was coming from somewhere else. So grateful!

Clutch in my truck gave out while i was visiting family in CT from NH for the holidays, they were the first shop that was able to come get the truck AND finish it up before the new year. There were a few hiccups in the process due to some wrong parts ordered/delivered but at the end they had my truck back up and running before the estimate they gave. Would absolutely recommend having them service anything youve got when you need it, they were a pleasure to work with!

Jennie Rodriquez is very professional. When I took my Ford Fusion car there I was treated in way that made me want to go back there for their service again and again. On top of that, she offered a one year warranty on what they fixed on the car.This is absolutely incredible and I will recommend her and their service for anyone who needs quality and professional service.Thank you Jennie. My father dropped his truck off to be fixed and quickly became ill so he only called to check on the truck once before dying. I went in to share the news a month later to finalize things and the secretary Jenni, mechanic Robert were completely amazing explaining everything to me and made he smile talking about my dad s joyful personality.I appreciate the owner so much for all that he did to make this heartbreaking situation end with tears of joy. If you are looking for a great team to care for your vehicle and you, this is the place!You will never find an auto body shop where the owner offer to give you a ride home.

I highly recommend Budget Transmission for any auto repair needs. I recently brought my son s car in for some work including wheel bearings and brakes. Sammy, Jennie, and Mike were all outstanding to work with. Great customer service and a very knowledgeable team. From the minute I walked in they took care of all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the work they were going to be doing. Explained everything and communicated throughout the process. Car was ready quickly; the entire process went very smoothly. And their car wash is the best in the area! I love this place. They always great with customer, they greet you when you come in and always offer you something to drink while you wait. I have been with Budget Transmission Center for almost 10 years and I have any complaints and would recommend them to anybody with my eyes close. If you want a job while done on your car. Don't hesitate to go too Budget Transmission center where the job gets done right.

I had a transmission put in my vehicle and I was having a few problems with an aftermarket warranty and Jenny at Budget Transmission made it happen as painlessly as possible and she was always professional and courteous. Every time I called the office they took the time to answer my questions and they also gave me advice that was not only in my best interest but also the best way for me to save as much as possible on the job. I would recommend Budget Transmission for all your transmission needs!!!

There isn t a single thing that I can say that they didn t fully take care of for me. I called them when the transmission went on my car and I was having a hard time with the aftermarket warranty company not covering the entire transmission job but Jenny got on it and made it happen for me.They are completely professional and willing to do whatever it takes to get your car back on the road and getting you where you need to go with as little pain as possible. They treated me like family and they gave me their best advice on what was in my best interest and what was best for my automobile. I can t thank them enough for everything that they did. They come highly recommended and I will never hesitate to bring my car to Budget Transmission and neither should you!!Service: Transmission

There is absolutely no way this establishment has a 4/5 star rating! In my experience they receive zero stars! The workers are not efficient they do not provide the services fast and effectively they Mis diagnose vehicles and or get mixed up! Lack communication with customers and their turnover time is the worst! I do not recommend! Jenny the receptionist is horrible at her job and gets cars mixed up and will give you misinformation related to your vehicle!

They are definitely the worst in the field of mechanics, they make you wait, they charge you a very high price and to make matters worse, they deliver your car in poor condition. My husband took his car in for a repair and when he picked it up and drove his car on the highway the front tires came off and he had a horrible accident. They don't even deserve to be called people.

I got my car fixed. Runs ok. Never received a receipt of what was done on my vehicle. I called and asked for it to be emailed to me never received it. So I don t really remember what was done to it. Smh

Excellent customer service. Jenny and Mike are a dynamic duo. The staff (including ALL the mechanics) were super friendly and helpful. The turnaround time for my car was quick too. About a year ago I brought my car to Budget. Jenny is awesome. My car needed a TCM fixed or replaced. After they supposedly fixed my car I drove it the very next day and heard a lot of noise. I drove the car back to them they told me it must be the transmission. Jenny tried to help me with the my car insurance but they were Rediculous. Here is where it got CRAZY. after running up mileage so I can get the warranty. The warranty company still denied me. Then I was told I could drive the car. So when I went to get my car it would not start. This is what happened to my car: 1) I had to get a new Battery only had the battery for one year, 2) I had to replace the fuel pump, 3) I had to replace the Alternator 4) one head light did not work. 5) the interior of the car was filthy. Grease stains everywhere. I came to Budget for a TCM issue and ended up paying for everything that they broke ( the battery I believe was stolen and replaced by a old battery). Thanks Jenny for your help but I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

My transmission went on my main work truck, I called them up. They towed it in the same day, gave me an estimate next day, and took care of my truck. The estimate was right on point with the final bill, the final bill was actually even a little less. I went back for my check up and they got me right in. Jenny was on top of everything for me, and the technicians were excellent!! My truck runs great, thank you!

If your having transmission problems don't bring your car here specially if it's a foreign they know nothing about foreign went in told em I needed the clutches on my tyranny ended up with 2 transmissions new battery cause apparently it was "swole" lmao 4 month wait 11 thousand in debt and they tollaty destroyed the car and communication is horrible never again 11 in debt and no car

Got scammed, they took out my original car parts that needed repairing and replaced them with cheap cheap parts. My car is not running how it was running when I bought them the car, do not recommend, they scam on labor $1600+ for labor, but didn t even do the job correctly

The work was done on time and I did it when I said was gonna do it and I needed something I ve done they will do it for nothing. I expect to come back. If I have any problems, the staff is courteous, friendly, and well spoken.

We brought our RV here for transmission work and were very happy with the service. The transmission needed a lot of work and the team put a ton of effort and care into getting us back on the road. My car was down bad for 2 months. Jenny and Joe ready made my experience better and turned a terrible situation into a pleasant experience. I really appreciated their realism of my situation, the full transparency, and constant optimism.
