Our Ford F350 Turbodiesel had an issue previously.... fuel injector clamp bolt head shear off while towing our camper last August. We were stranded Sunday in Hampton, NH & had truck towed to RJB garage in Hampton. We picked up our truck the following weekend & drove back home to CT.Truck wasn't fixed right, smoking under hood, so we figured maybe local garage Breunues could figure out what's wrong, fuel leak, etc.caising smoke from under the hood. Within same day, Breunues garage replaced crankcase filter and fuel return line ... but shes still smoking under hood, so we brought it back for a closer look. Hopefully, they find the issue soon.

Gotta tell you, it was smooth. Car had a hole in oil pan as a result of road debris I drive over. Needed a tow, called AAA. The tow came and told me his shop could do this repair. Was able to pick up car by 5p. Three days and 100 miles, no issues.

Stay away from them scammers. I call them get a quote of radiator change . Told me genuine price on phone i have took my truck to him to get it fix . He raised his price by $1k . . Very un experienced people stay away at any cost . Go to soba truck repair right down the street from them

Extremely helpful. I was on roadside assistance for 6 hours. They were informed in the last minute. They (Mike) came without a delay and fixed the issue. They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I will call them in my next car emergency.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I work with tow yards a lot to get release information. And there were two employees (man and a woman), that assisted me in getting vehicle release information for our customer, that was so patient and helpful. Explained everything clearly and the charges for the tow seems to be cheaper than a lot of other companies I worked with. I hope this business prospers and those two, Greg and the young lady whose name I didn't get, have a wonderful day.

My daughter broke down in West Haven. A friend recommended Bruneau a. They came out and towed her into the shop and had her back on the road in just a few hours.Staff is friendly and the shop is the cleanest I have ever seen. Definitely will be recommending them and will be back.

Took my truck to them my work truck that I needed fixed. Was willing to pay whatever it was. They didn t want to work on it charged me 125.00 and were no help at all. Must be nice taking all that Covid money from the town. you can pick and choose what jobs you wanna do and screw the guy with the small local business who needed help. They get a Big zero from me.

They're awful. They treat and talk to their employees as if it were the 1900s, especially their black employees. They do not provide good business even for their customers. Everytime you go in there the boss and their secretary has a nasty attitude. I will never do business there again. While I was there getting my car serviced I ran into other customers who also had the same complaint.Service: Brake service & repair

Called and spoke to Nicole, very friendly and understanding, asked all the right questions to expedite the process. I was in a bad mood from previous dealing with a competitor of your company I would rather not name at this time. She was understanding, the appointment was made, and promises were kept, within the hour a unit was at my location to transfer my vehicle to the dealer. The serviceman was professional and the cost was cheaper that what I was quoted from competitor. I not soon after received a call from dealer informing me of my vehicles arrival. All around a great experience. I will certainly remember this instance.

in dire need of car repair when 1000 miles away from regular service technician. Kie lee and staff were amazing. Reluctant to try unknown firm, I was blown away by trustworthy competent honorable professionals here. i would recommend this firm as a premier providerThanks to all.

My tractor was broken down on the side of the highway and I had already called amother tow service to handle it. A driver from this Bruneau's company see's and asks if I need help. I told him I had someone coming and he went back to his truck. He comes back a few minutes later and politely asked if I was sure. Because he was so nice, I allowed him to work on my truck. The minute they started working and knew they'd get paid, the service and politeness went out the window. They literally held me hostage (true story) until my job paid them but they took their sweet time both calling my job and sending them out the bill. What should have taken 10 minutes has had me here for 40. I very rarely write bad reviews, I do not recommend them.Service: Car towing

I had a very good experience. Sure I was unhappy my car got towed but let s face it they have a job to do and they didn t make the call during the storm, the authorities did. When going to pick up my car they were very helpful with directions and went out of their way to make sure my daughter and I arrived safely given the circumstances. Everyone had a can do attitude and was very friendly . I was having the worst day and they actually made it better with their customer service and warm personalities. Thats rare to find in a business much less a towing company!

As a single mother of 3 kids and on a limited income I was very lucky when AAA towed my vehicle in. I was very impressed with the knowledgeable staff there undived attention and understandable description for my vehicles issues. Even when it came down to the price they are very fair and don't hit you in the pocketbook. Very happy and loyal customer

Our vehicle was involved in an accident and they arrived before the tow company we called did. They said they arrived first and weren't going to get screwed by us. We told them we did not authorize them to tow us as our towing company was there. They forcibly took our vehicle without our authorization and then told us we owe them $5,500 even though our towing contractor quoted us $800. Filing a police report, this company is literally doing highway robbery. I asked them how they got to that number and a breakdown in the charges and they said they don't dob that until we pay and sign a document that says we won't do a charge back on our credit card company.

I wish they were more organized. Waited almost 3 hours outside in the snow and wind for my car. Called beforehand to confirm it was there, when i got there i gave my info and still had to wait, which i wouldnt have minded if it was 45 mins, but at least 7 people who arrived after me got their cars before me.

There was a storm and I went out when they were trying to take my car. They asked me for $200 cash or they were taking my car, and I didn t have the cash. Then I called and asked how much it was to get my car and they said $270 EXACT CHANGE. So I go to ATM and the. To get my car, turns out the lot and the place to pay are 2 different locations. And the ATM doesn t give change so I basically had to leave a tip. This place is a scam and should be shut down.

Just has transmission work done & I'm very satisfied. Polite staff, reasonable price.. My truck actually runs better now than when I bought it. This is the repair shop that I will be dealing with going forward.. Great job, thanks!!!!

My AAA tow driver, Omar, was from Bruneau's. He was awesome. I am not familiar with the business but I hope AAA pays attention to who is making them look good.

24 hour towing but they don't have a 24 hour receptionist to verify if your car is there and to take payment. I know other garages that handle better than this. My car got towed yesterday because of the snow storm and now I'm sure to pay for yesterday, and today because no one is there. And possibly tomorrow. Great way to make a money pit and rip people off and causing disruption in their lives when you can't have access to resolve your issue 24/7. This is the first.

Brian, JT, and Manuel are an incredible team. They showed up early to move my equipment (tractor and trailer) to Freightliner. Then, Brian allowed Manuel and myself to head to the consignee to deliver my freight. The prices are beyond fair, probably the best prices I've ever encountered in the United States. And Manuel is one of the most skilled and professional truck drivers I've ever worked with. You can tell that he is a real veteran. Don't bother looking up any other company. My mother was broken down on the highway and called AAA and when this company showed up a man named Jason was refusing to let us bring our purses into his truck he said it would be too crowded there would be no room and when we got into the truck it was very spacious. instead of Towing us to our destination he pulled over to a service area and told us to get out of the truck and we did not have our phones or purses for any kind of help and he started to drive away with our vehicle. He was in front of the State Police building trying to do this so he was trying to get away with our car and our purses and all of the contents of our vehicle. I then called AAA to complain because he left us in a fire lane tow away Zone and sped off right in front of the police officer who started running after his truck to stop him... Just to find out that AAA said that towing company had nothing to do with our call that they had sent another company called Roberto's. Everyone in the parking lot saw the whole thing and my mom tried to physically grab hold of the truck to stop him and he was driving away putting her life in danger. What kind of business are you running here? Then before he drove off he was sure to call me and my mother stupid retards and I've decided to omit the other disgusting vulgar language that he used. He tried to get away with my mother's vehicle and our purses... when the real AAA showed up they said the fact that he wasn't wearing the AAA uniform what is a Telltale sign that this was very fishy... and the fact that this company showed up before the call was even completed showed that this was illegal. They said it sounded like he had a very bad anger problem and that no tow company should ever leave a vehicle in a fire zone tow away Zone that it was illegal. Nice!!!!! Again, what kind of business is this?

Tevin was a very nice and efficient tow truck driver. My car broke down on the side of the highway; he did a great job and was courteous, quick, and kind. Highly recommend.

My son needed a tow because his alternator died in a Walmart parking lot. He was parked by the tire service entrance because he had gone there to try to purchase a battery but they were closed. He called me to ask for a ride so I drove there, in my pj s, mind you, because it was late and I was in for the evening. We saw the tow truck pull in from the back, make a U-turn, and drive away. Thinking he was lost, I followed his truck, and pulled up alongside and, not realizing he was on the phone, blew the car horn. He rolled down the window and told me he was on the phone. I waited, and when he was off, I explained to him where the car was. I pulled my car around, and waited for him to follow, but he didn t. I drove back to where my son s car was parked, and he told me that the driver refused to tow the car because the gates were closed to the entrance. Then my son walked to the front of Walmart s parking lot, flagged the driver down, and when he opened the passenger door to speak to the driver, the driver freaked out. My son apologized but the driver refused to listen to my son and drove away. Apparently, the driver assumed that my son was trying to leave without paying Walmart for services done to his car! After speaking to the manager of the store, AAA, and Bruno s garage, we waited another half an hour, in the cold, for the driver to return. When he finally came, I was sitting in my car, and he said something, I don t remember because at that point I was frustrated with his assumption, and I told him that my son would not get his keys until he paid his imaginary bill, at which the driver said, he could have a spare key. The way he said it was sarcastic, and I stared at this driver, and more words were exchanged, not good, mind you, and I called him a name I won t say in this review, at which he exploded into a rage of words, called us white trash, that he was there to help us, when he was clearly there to provide a service, unhooked my son s car, explained that there are consequences, then told my son that he was sorry but then said, birds of a feather flock together, and drove off, leaving us stranded in the cold. Thank God I had my car to get us both home. As an afterthought, I know that I should not have called him a name, but at that point, I was beyond frustration, and just wanted to get home myself. After all this, I said to myself, okay, so I probably deserved it, but then I found out that he said to the people that I spit in his face, and that is a flat-out lie! Why would he lie? Because he knew I called him out for his unprofessional behavior, his refusal to stay there and speak to the manager to resolve the situation, and his assumption that we were trying to pull a so-called slick move. I do not hold this complaint against the garage, but I do believe this driver s attitude was not pleasant, plus the fact he labeled us white trash, and then he lied about what transpired. It was quite bizzare and I cannot fathom a driver providing a service, but then driving off because he got called a name from a very frustrated customer. He is obviously not what I called him, and I will take responsibility for that and apologize, but accusing me of spitting in his face is a lie, and one has to question what his motive was for saying it, perhaps to cover for his unprofessional behavior and ridiculous assumption about not paying Walmart a bill, which clearly was not the case. In any event, I m sure there are drivers that would take the time to get the story before driving off and leaving customers out in the cold. I guess the customer is not right in this case. I angered the God of tow truck drivers. I hope future customers do not have to experience what my son and I did. Thank you for your service, Bruno.

These guys couldn t be any better! Highly highly recommend these guys to anyone. Extremely friendly and fair on prices, have used then now multiple time for various jobs always amazing service!
