Lou is always friendly and kind. He is honest and will tell it like it is but will always manage to get you into your dream vehicle. I love JR and SR because they always look out for me when I come into the shop. They really make it feel like you are a part of the family. I will always go back there because of those 3 guys. Also, because of Andrea who is very sweet and friendly.

My experience with Auto Fair exceeded all my expectations. I'm very skeptical when it comes to CT used car lots and shifty car sale tactics, as I'm sure are many others. NOT the case with Auto Fair. I worked with Louis who is just an upstanding gentleman. His professionalism was on another level. I was looking to purchase a reliable work truck, which they had a 2014 Nissan Frontier on the lot. The vehicle was in great looking shape at face value, but obviously when it comes to buying a used car, that means next to nothing. After the test drive, any thoughts or concerns about what I needed checked, Louis jotted down on a checklist and made sure it was addressed. They performed a full multi-point inspection and addressed the wheel balancing issue I felt. On the day of pick up, the truck was driving smooth and fully detailed for me. Louis really made the experience seamless for me; just right�to the point, professional, and extremely transparent. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from "Auto Fair". Ask for Louis when you make an�appointment!

I looked for used car dealers near me and this one had the highest rating with a 4.4. I'm giving them a 5-star rating because I think they earned their rating and shouldn't go down. Good selection, clean area, fair prices. Friendly, down to earth staff. Not the dreaded "car salesman" with negative connotations. I worked with Louis who was a good man and a Marine vet. He also speaks a bunch of languages if you know someone looking for a car but doesnt speak English.

Bought a truck from Auto Fair in West Haven and after a year of owning it, I found out it was not road worthy. It was both my fault and theirs for not checking the frame closer. The frame was painted black when I bought it so I thought it was undercoated but two weeks ago i noticed the frame was cracked on both sides. I only have driven it a few thousand miles in a year and have not ever loaded the truck so i was surprised. The auto repair shop took the bed off to repair the crack for 1,500$ and called me to tell me it would cost twice as much because the frame was riddled with rot. I told the dealership but they cannot help. I called the attorney but they said without evidence that the frame was cracked, i had no case and besides that i signed the "buying as-is" line, so I'm dumb. Very unfortunate situation for myself to be in, so I wanted to leave this review so people know to double and triple check the frames on the cars before buying. You guys can trust me because I'm a veteran and hard-working family man who didn't deserve this but wants to help someone else from going through it. I'm not mad at the dealership anymore. My pastor says God tells us to forgive, so I forgive them.

We brought a 2014-Lincoln-MKZ and are very happy with it. Bill and Bill Jr. were very honest and professional concerning our needs and questions. They let us test drive several cars and gave us the pluses and minuses of each car we looked at. We would happily recommend them to anyone.

Just bought my 2017 Nissan Altima from here and let me tell you it was such a quick and easy process! Louis was so helpful and the crew was also helpful and friendly! They made my experience a great experience and I left with the biggest smile on my face! Thank you again guys for everything

We just purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate from Bill at Auto Fair. We love the car !! This car was purchased as a second car for our family and Bill and the crew at Auto Fair made the whole experience smooth and simple. Everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and attentive to your needs. Very professional sales staff and their indoor car showroom is amazing !! Their customer service is second to none. A great family owned business that I highly recommend if you re in the market for a quality used vehicle. 5 Stars all the way !! Thank you

Auto fair has the best customer service. The owner son can work with you and will make things happen,Louis is very helpful and understanding. Be sincere and they will help to your satisfaction. All the workers are fun and helpful

Beautiful dealership however be careful. They will take your deposit not telling you the ground rules if there any and keep it buy or don t buy. Unscrupulous practices

Bought a car 3 weeks later the trunk stopped working and the sunroof shade broke, I also thought there was an issue with the transmission but the tech who was very nice explained it s the type of transmission the rogue has. As for the trunk and delayed start he believed it was the battery and replaced. The tech advised he needed to speak to the boss Bill Sr. who also sold me the car regarding the sunroof and battery but before he showed me a sunroof he had in the shop, explained it s not the same style but will ask the boss if they can throw it in. Bill Sr. comes out tech talks to him and he says ok replace the battery but the sunroof I need to take up with Nissan became very smug stated more than once I was unreasonable but I wasn t I just wasn t agreeing with him. I also explained that the tech said they had the part he then yelled well take the piece and pay for the labor and slammed my car door. I then asked why he claimed the transmission was replaced when I bought it now stating he didn t know for sure if it was and that that s what the last customer said at the time of sale he was very sure it was changed now after I paid cash for the car it s a different story.. I m sure they have some good cars but with me this guy was a totally liar and jerking

Wonderful car dealership I just bought my third car from Bill Junior today The reason I keep going back whenever I need any service whatsoever my car is generally serviced accurately within one day. Oil changes are a breeze, prices are better and beyond Fair.I can t wait to see what my 5th car will be in about six years.

We had a great experience buying from Bill Jr. and the Auto Fair team. No pressure sales tactics, no upselling, prompt replies and worked well with our bank and insurance. We negotiated the deal prior to arriving and we were in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. Much simpler than other dealers and a great example of how buying a car should work.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD. this place sold me a lemon truck that needs a million things done with the most important being a new transmission. Had to get a new transmission 2 months after buying it. I have put more money into fixing the truck than the price I paid to drive it off the lot. Mind you, most of the things needed to get fixed they claim is not covered under the warranty. My engine is currently leaking oil. I told them I don't want this car no more and they told me to take it up with the bank. I can't even enjoy the truck I didn't even have for a year yet because money is constantly getting put into it. They are highly unprofessional and only care about your money. Don't shop here for a car nor truck because you will be highly disappointed.

I bought my car on May and couples of days later I had to bring it back for a sound that they fix . Is September and I still fixing stuff from the truck that needs to be fix. Worst purchased I had made with this dealer.Anyone that is interested on purchasing a car from here make sure to get the right warranty and test drive the car! But on my opinion I do not recommend it to no one.

I just bought a 2013 Honda Accord it runs fantastic. This place is really good. The game name Louis worked with me very good. He was very professional and he's really a cool guy. I definitely recommend this place
