$1400 for a plastic bumper? Absolutely crazy.Small business, with big business prices. They have the luxury of picking and choosing which insurance companies they work with and don't work with. The companies that question their outlandish prices are the ones they dislike, go figure.

I would recommend A&S to anyone. Superior service and helpful. Very timely and honest. My car was brought there after an accident, unfortunately my ins. co. Is totalling my car, however, their service department was excellent, friendly and honest. They were very fast in getting back to me and completing their assessments, within a day of my car being dropped of they completed their estimates. Customer service can make or break a business and they were just awesome!Service: Vehicle Inspection

This place is quite amazing. It's like a One-Stop shop. They do everything and everything quite well. I have my brakes done excellent job. Going to have body work done. I don't think there's anything this place cannot do. Young lady Amanda is absolutely on the money. She went through my auto claim and got everything set up for me. Chris is quite a mechanic also prices are very reasonable or competitive at least. But they professional job. I highly recommend it from small jobs to large

While driving down I-95 the muffler on my car rotted away. I took my car to this shop and they were able to get the part and install it within a few hours of me dropping the car off. The price was extremely reasonable for the turn around time.The service tech Chris was extremely friendly, and clearly explained what work had to be done to get it working again. Since then I have had no issues and the car works fine.

I recently had some work done here on my Audi and wow Chris and his employees are absolute professionals. I cannot speak highly enough of this business. Like many people I struggle to find an auto repair business that I can trust. Fortunately, my search is over. Chris (the owner) has created a very honest, respectful, and highly capable team. My sense is they would never let anything leave the shop unless it is not just repaired but better than its pre-damaged state. They care about everything they do, and they are honest to the extreme, even if it means turning away unnecessary work. They work fast and are also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business as your one-stop-shop for all your automotive maintenance work. I won t go anywhere else from now on.Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Chris the owner was able to diagnose and fix all the issues with my car the first time. The quality of the work is great and the price was more than fair. He also gave me some recommendations on some future work that would need to be done to the car, and what he would charge for them, but he was not pushy about it. I am 100% going to be using this place in the future

I went in for a brake job. I did not tell the mechanic that I had already changed the driver side pads and just needed the passengers done. When they started they said they would call me when it was ready, 2 days went by, I called them, it was just a brake job, and keep in mind 3 days prior, I had replaced the pads on the driver side (the reason I didn't finish the job is because my compressor broke and I needed the job done ASAP). When I spoke with them, they told me that both front calipers were seized and needed to be replaced. I didn't want to get upset and have an argument with the person over the phone so I waited until I went in to pick up the car. I asked to see the seized caliper that I personally compressed 3 days earlier and it was mint, to confront them on doing more work then they had to to inflate the repair cost, but they conveniently said the core had already been returned... This was at Friday at 5PM. GRANTED, it is POSSIBLE that they were being honest, but with no proof, I don't believe them and I will never use them for repairs again or recommend them. There is plenty of other garages in the area who won't replace parts to charge more for the repair.Service: Brakes

I can't say enough about the work and service I have received at A&S Auto Repair and Body Shop, Inc. They're knowledgeable while at the same time friendly and down to earth. I have been pleased with the work done on my car, most recently discovering an animal's nest in my engine! Said animal chewed several wires, and they were able to fix it. My sincere thanks go out to the gentlemen providing expert services.

Great Job ChrisI brought my 2000 Hyundai Elantra, 5 speed, for a problem with a check engine light because I have to bring my car for emission and I had been doing some minor repair with my brother that did not fix the problem.Tony explain to me that a fume test needed to be done to know were the problem come from. As a result the canister ($192.26) was change and also the gas tank ($399.90). The cost of labor was $148.50 for the canister and $346.50 for the tank. This work take a week and I payed $1300.00. If you do simple mat the cost for services was $495, parts $592.16 add enviro fee $16.22 and taxes $77.62 equal $1,181. they overcharge $119 more. This work took a week and the damage of the clutch but the car past the emission testThe car was leave it on 08/26 with 177,123 miles and after wearing for parts they called me that it was ready on 08/30 according with the phone call on my voicemail at 3:30. I called back again at 4:15 at the shop was ready closed. After a long weekend and when I went to pick the car up on 09/3 I got the news that my car had the clutch broken or maybe the transmission need to be change. How that happened?. They did a test on Friday after they called me (How they did a test after called a customer that the car was ready?) Took me 17 years and more than 160 thousand miles to broken the original clutch and his mechanic took less than 1/2 a block and some feet of distance from the garage to broken a clutch. they return me the car after 2 day (177,424 miles) with excuse that the fluid was dark and cause the problem because was change for my brother 2 year ago. A good professional recognized a good job done by other.There is so many details that is to long to explain about this servicesI do not recommended this business. they were not clear with me and they cause another problem looking for other more expensive repairs

Not a very reputable place as far as my wife and I are concerned, brought my wife's car in to get some transmission work done and $1500 later we drive out and the car did not have second gear at all. We drive it right nack in for them to take the car back for a week this time and it never ran the same, transmission died a year later. They changed the brakes on my car and the car was worse than when I brought it in, sqeels all day long. You can do better than them.Services: Transmission, Brakes

I highly recommend A&S. They fixed my car for a great price, after the last shop I used told me it would cost me more to fix my car than it was worth. They also said it was so complex they didn t want to do the job.I took my car to A&S and they diagnosed the problems and found a critical safety problem ( a broken strut rubbing away at my tire) my last station missed.I dropped my car off the next morning and it was ready at Noon. It s riding like new, and I couldn t be happier.

It s hard to find a trustworthy shop and I was glad to find this one. The owner Chris is honest and a hard worker, same as his employees. I have met a few of them and they are all so polite and willing to work with me. They even found my wallet with cash in it and gave it back to me. If you are in the area and need work done to your car or truck this is the place to go.

My car had a bad oil leak. I called and within the hour (had to wait for the tow truck) they were able to take a look at it and tell me what the problem was, where it was located, how much everything would cost and when they could have it done by. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions I had. Will definitely be going back for all my cars maintenance ik the future.

I have to say I was a little apprehensive to go to A&S due to the mixed reviews but I have to say I am very happy I did. Worked with Chris. Definitely a fair price, quick turnaround, and high quality paint job to my Lexus. Highly recommend! Thanks Chris!

CANNOT TRUST THEM. Brought my car in with an obvious problem. Heater core leak, antifreeze on the floor inside the car. They insisted on performing cooling system pressure test anyway to find any other leaks. Charged me about $100 for the test which was NOT performed. The heater core was bypassed, but there are still two minor leaks which they did not say anything about. The reason they did not mention the leaks is that they never saw them since the pressure test that I paid for was not done.I also had a problem with ignition getting stuck. The mechanic told me he was going to call me the next morning with an estimate on the repair. I have never heard from him since I picked my car up.

A&S did a fantastic job on on my mustang. I had them install a new RXT clutch, APR splitter and paint match a Roush front bumper. I appreciate the great work and timely manner it was completed in.

I had transmission issues and after they finished my car would shake like it was falling apart. I brought it back and they could not replicate the issue as they were revving the engine like crazy when releasing the clutch but another mechanic checked it out and said that they never replaced or cut the flywheel. I went back and they said that the flywheel is fine and that there is nothing wrong with my car.Also after I got it back my car had a rattle in it and when I tried to show it to the mechanic when he was driving it he said that he was not able to hear it.
