I bought some crossbars prior to a 9 day road trip. Before ordering, I confirmed with customer service that they would make it to me in a timely manner. Steve responded within minutes informing me they would make it. When they arrived, the box was badly damaged: with a dent in the bars, missing a manual, missing keys and already had a rubber strip trimmed & installed across the bars. I suspect these were returns (the rubber strip as I found out from my local Volvo dealer comes uninstalled & untrimmed). I could've worked with these bars, however they're useless without the keys to unlock the bars prior to installation.I called and left a detailed voicemail as well as leaving multiple emails to support. This time I did not get any response. My conclusion, this business will be courteous and responsive only when it favors a sale. Any problems you run into, you're on your own.

Bought a part and it last about 8 months. Company didn't honor warranty

Bought a replacement wheel (rim) and paid for overnight shipping which still made it cheaper than the dealership.

Bad shopping experience, it keeps saying the billing address is incorrect... on the phone they cant help...
