We were in need of some Audi parts for an Audi we were trying to finish up for a customer for the July 4th weekend and Valenti Motors had them. I called Brian at 4:15 on Thursday afternoon 07/01/21 to see if the parts could still be shipped out UPS, Brian informed that UPS had already picked up. He then went out of his way to try and track down a UPS truck with no avail but then he took the extra effort and had the package delivered to the UPS hub in Watertown, CT. He called back with the tracking number so I could track the package. The parts arrived on Friday 07/02/21 and we were able to complete the job.Thank you Brian for the extra effort and your excellent customer service.*****

I didn't really visit the parts dept, I was there for a recall and the coffee machine was near the parts dept. As respects my recall, took me earlier then my apt., in and out in an hour, no charge and did a full inspection of the car too. (PS, fill up the swizzle sticks at the coffee machine)
